CdMoO_2._2.H_2. was synthesized in laboratory. Its thermal stability was investigated by means of Th ermog ravimetric analysis (TGA), and its tribological characteristics at temperatures up to 500℃ were examined by sliding a Sialon ceramic and GCr15(AIS152.00) steel ball against a W18Cr4V(AISI T1) steel disc on a high temperature ball-on-disc tribometer. The morphologies of and the elemental distributions in the worn surfaces of the ceramic and GCr15 ball were observed and determined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) equipped with energy dispersion spec- trometry (EDS). The chemical states of some typical elements in the worn surfaces of the ceramic ball and steel ball were explored with X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). As the results, CdMoO_2._2.showed good lubricity for Sialon ceramic/W18Cr4V steel and GCr15/W18Cr4Vpair from room temperature to 400℃. The XPS analytical results indicate that CdMoO_2._2.experienced tribochemical reactions during the friction process at 300℃, thereby generating S and Mo of higher valence for both pair. While for GCr15/W18Cr4V pair, produced MoS_2. SEM observations of the worn surfaces of the Sialon ceramic and GCr15 ball show that a surface protective film composed of the lubricants and their decomposed products was formed thereon, which contributes to keep the sliding surfaces off contact and abate the adhesion and scuffing on the lubricated surfaces, therefore to decrease the friction coefficients.

A facile growth procedure by low-pressure chemical vapor deposition(LCVD)has been developed to obtain single crystal TiO2.nanorods on Ni-coated Ti *** morphology of samples is critically depended on the growth *** a range of growth temperature of 700～800°C,single crystal TiO2.nanorods are obtained in *** nanorods are high purity rutile with a preferential orientation[110].On a critical temperature 850°C,the nanorods can not gain;the nanocrystal grain film is formed *** the samples as the field emitters directly,the field emission(FE)of both TiO2.nanorods and grain film were investigated at room *** the growth temperature increases from 700°C to 750,and 800°C,the turn-on field of the nanorods decreases from 3.96 V/μm to 2.98,and 2.16 V/μm,*** TiO2.grain film shows a higher turn on field of 7.46 V/μ*** nanorod films show good FE stability during 480 *** well FE properties of emitters may be related to numerous advantages of TiO2.nanorods,such as high aspect ratios,low work function(4.5 eV),well chemical stability and good contact with Ti *** addition,the temperature dependence of FE from the nanorod synthesized at 750°C has been *** environmental temperature of emission tests increases from room temperature(17°C)to 2.7°C,the turn-on field of the nanorods decreases from 2.16 to 1.76 V/μm,whereas the current density *** is clear that the FE properties of TiO2.nanorods are critically affected by environmental *** behaviors may be attributed to the reduction of effective work function of emission site with a moderate increase of environmental temperature.

以氧化铕和氧化铟粉末混合体为原料,采用化学气相沉积法,在12.0°C左右制成了In2.3:Eu3+纳米发光材料,用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、拉曼光谱(Raman)、荧光光谱(PL)对晶体结构、形貌、振动模和发光特性进行研究,发现制成的纳米材料具有正八面体结构,平均直径约1000 nm,该材料在614,639,658,664 nm有比较强的红光发射峰,这归因于In3+与Eu3+之间的能量传递。而且通过荧光光谱研究发现保温1和保温2.h,后者强度是前者4倍之多。

A new cluster line approach for the composition rule of Laves phase-related BCC solid solution hydrogen-storage alloys was presented. The cluster line in a ternary phase diagram refers to a straight composition line linking a specific binary cluster to the third element. In the Laves phase-related BCC solid solution alloy system such as Ti-Cr-V, Ti-Cr tends to form binary Cr2.i Laves phase while Ti-V and Cr-V to form solid solutions. This Laves phase is characterized by a close-packing icosahedral cluster Cr7Ti6. A cluster line Cr7Ti6-V is then constructed in this system. Alloy rods with a diameter of 3 mm of compositions along this line were prepared by copper-mould suction method. The alloy structure is found to vary with the V contents. Furthermore, the P-C-T measurements indicate that the cluster-line (Cr7Ti6)1-xVx alloys have large hydrogen storage capacities.

The high purity （Ce0.8Nd0.2.1.9）1-x（MoO3）x（x=0, 0.005, 0.010, 0.02.; Ce0.8Nd0.2.1.9=NDC） solid solutions were prepared by modified sol-gel method. The structures and electric conductivities were characterized by X-ray diffraction（XRD）, field-emission scanning electron microscopy（FESEM） and electrochemical impedance spectros copy（EIS）. The XRD results show that the materials were pure phase with a cubic fluorite structure. Compared to the undoped-NDC samples, MoO3 doped-NDC showed higher sintered density（over 96%） at reduced sintering tempera ture. The electric conductivity（σt） of （Ce0.8Nd0.2.1.9）1-x（MoO3）x at 400 °C was 9.58×10-4 S/cm when x=0.010, which was higher than that of undoped-NDC samples（σt=3.2.×10-4 S/cm）. The obtained optimal amount of the MoO3 was x=0.010 in this system.

By two steps,first anodization in an ethylene glycol solution and then oxidation by a low-pressure chemical vapor deposition at 750°C,single crystal TiO2.nanorods (TNRs)were successfully synthesized on the TiO2.Ti *** morphology and the crystal phase of sample were characterized by field emission(FE)scanning electron microscopy and an X-ray Diffractometer,*** results indicate that the TNRs with large scale are perpendicular to the TiO2.Ti foils and they are rutile phase with a preferential growth direction of[110].More importantly,as mentioned to preparation of TNRs,the structure parameters of the TNRs,such as the aspect ratio and density,can be adjusted by the anodization *** the growth times in anodization increase from 30 to 480 s,the nanorods show various aspect ratios in a range of *** emission current density of the TNRs was measured by a planar diode *** results show the TNRs prepared by such method have good FE properties and such properties can be optimized indirectly by the anodization *** the anodization times are increased from 30 to 480 s,different turn-on fields within 1.78-6.46 V/μm are *** is clear that the TNRs synthesized by such method is favorable for FE emitter,for instance,the sample anodized 12. s shows a low turn-on field(1.78 V/μm),a high field enhancement factor(4756.69) and a good FE stability.

Metal-insulator-metal(MIM)cavity as a lithography-free structure to control light transmission and reflection has great potential in the field of optical ***,the dense top metal layer of the MIM prohibits any external medium from entering the dielectric insulation layer,which limits the application of the cavity in the sensing ***,we demonstrate a series of monolithic metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)based MIM cavities,which are treated by plasma etching to provide channels for chemical diffusion and to advance *** modulate the bandwidth of the MIM filters by controlling the MOF thickness as insulator *** plasma-etching is applied to build channels on the top metal layer without altering their saturation and brightness for chemical sensing *** etching time regulates the number and size of channels on the top metal *** behavior is demonstrated on the plasma-etched MOFs-based MIM cavity when external chemicals diffuse in the *** addition,we generate patterned structure of the MOFs-based MIM cavity via plasma-mask method,which can transfer to different substrates and produce a controllable structure color change for chemical *** MIM cavity may promote the advancement and applications of structural color in security imaging,color display,information anticounterfeiting,and color printing.

13C 2.-PASS spectra of two new cis-dioxo catecholatomolybdenum complexes (NH2.H2.H2.HCH2.2.H+)3[MovO 2.C6H4O2.2. and (NH2.H2.H2.H2.H2.2.H+)3[Mo(v)O2.(C2.2.2.2. have been obtained by solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), in which the spinning sidebands were well-separated. The principal components of the 13C shielding tensors were extracted by theoretically fitting the intensities of 13C spinning sidebands. The effects of counter cations on 13C {2. shift isotropy and shielding tensor of cis-dioxo catecholatomolybdenum complex anion [Mo (v)O2.C6H4O2.2.3? were studied, comparing the 13C CSA of those carbon sites in complex anions with that of the counter cations. Based on the known structure of the molybdenum complex crystal, theoretical values of 13C shielding tensors were calculated by the ainitio GIAO method, in comparison with the experimental results.

Lithium-sulfur(Li-S)batteries with advantages of high energy densities(2.00 Wh·kg^(-1)/2.00 Wh·L^(-1))and sulfur abundance are regarded as promising candidates for next-generation high-energy ***,the conventional carbon host used in sulfur cathodes suffers from poor chemical adsorption towards Li-polysulfides(LPS)in liquid electrolyte and sluggish redox kinetics,leading to low capacity and rate ***,carbon host used in Li metal anode with the intrinsic property of poor lithiophilicity and high Li-nucleation barrier gives rise to uncontrollable dendrite growth and further battery ***,non-carbon hosts with chemical adsorption toward LPS and catalytic activity for accelerating LPS redox conversion as well as lithiophilic property for guiding uniform Li deposition are proposed and demonstrated a high efficiency in both sulfur cathodes and Li metal *** this review,the principle and challenges of Li-S batteries are first presented,then recent work using non-carbon hosts in Li-S batteries is summarized comprehensively,and the mechanism of non-carbon host in improving sulfur utilization and stabilizing Li metal anode is discussed in ***,remaining challenges and outlook on the implementation of non-carbon host for practical carbon-free Li-S batteries are also provided.
