Sm(Co_(bal)Fe_(0.245)Cu_(0.07)Zr_(0.02))7.8(at%)sintered magnets with high remanence(B_(r)~1.15 T)were prepared using a traditional powder metallurgy *** magnetic properties,especially intrinsic coercivity(H_(cj)),were obtained through adjusting isothermal procedure parameters.H_(cj)of the magnets increases from 305 to 752 kA·m^(-1)with isothermal annealing time increasing from 3 to 20 h,while B_(r) of the magnets almost keeps *** the bright field transmission electron microscopy(TEM)images,it is found that:(1)there is dispersed precipitated phase with very small size in the magnet annealed for 3 h,while the magnets annealed for 20 h have distinct and intact cellular structure;(2)the number density of Z-phase in magnet annealed for 20 h is bigger than that for 3 ***,the finer microstructures were studied with high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM).

Objective To assess the effect and safety of bloodletting puncture at hand twelve jing-Well points(HTWPs)in acute stroke patients with conscious *** In this multi-center and randomized controlled trial,360 patients suffered from ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke with conscious disturbance within 48 h from the onset of symptom were divided into bloodletting(180 cases)and control(180 cases)groups using a block *** in both groups received routine Western medicine,and patients in the bloodletting group received additional bloodletting puncture at HTWPs on admission immediately before conventional *** primary outcome measure was Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS)score and the secondary outcomes included blood pressure,respiratory rate and pulse *** variables were evaluated at baseline(before bloodletting),0(after bloodletting immediately),15,30,50 and 80 min post *** At 80 min post bloodletting,the proportion of patients with improved consciousness in the bloodletting group was greater than the control group(P0.05).Conclusion The bloodletting puncture at HTWPs was safe and could improve conscious levels of ischemic stroke patients,highlighting a first-aid intervention for acute stroke.

In this paper, we consider existence and uniqueness of positive solutions to three coupled nonlinear SchrSdinger equations which appear in nonlinear optics. We use the behaviors of minimizing sequences for a bound to obtain the existence of positive solutions for three coupled system. To prove the uniqueness of positive solutions, we use the radial symmetry of positive solutions to transform the system into an ordinary differential system, and then integrate the system. In particular, for N = 1, we prove the uniqueness of positive solutions when 0≤ β=μ1 = μ2 =μ3 or β 〉 max{l,μ2,μ3}.

As mass transport mechanisms,the spreading and mixing(dilution) processes of miscible contaminated compounds are fundamental to understanding reactive transport behaviors and transverse *** this study,the spreading and dilution processes of a miscible contaminated compound in a three-dimensional self-affine rough fracture were simulated with the coupled lattice Boltzmann method(LBM).Moment analysis and the Shannon entropy(dilution index) were employed to analyze the spreading and mixing processes,*** corresponding results showed that the spreading process was anisotropic due to the heterogeneous aperture distribution.A compound was transported faster in a large aperture region than in a small aperture region due to the occurrence of preferential *** the spreading and mixing processes were highly dependent on the fluid flow velocity and molecular *** calculated results of the dilution index showed that increasing the fluid flow velocity and molecular diffusion coefficient led to a higher increasing rate of the dilution index.

By combining sand tank tests with numerical simulations, this paper studies the temperature fields around constant heat sources to reveal the mechanism of the natural convection and its influence on the temperature fields in the process of energy storage. Using the ＂24-channel temperature auto acquisition system＂ developed by our research group in the tests, the temperatures are recorded at measuring points within the research area in the tests, the revised Brinkman equation and a transfer-convection balance model are used for solving the aquifer water-thermal coupling problems, and through comparison of the test results with the calcula- tion results, it is discovered that the influence ranges and the variations of the two temperature fields are consistent, which validates the mathematical model. On the basis of this, we also study the influences of the heat source positions and the boundary conditions on the temperature fields, and the results show that, under the natural convection, the heat source positions may influence the distri- bution of the temperature fields, thus affect the energy storage. For the same energy storage layer, the temperature field for the top energy storage is characterized by a smaller heat influence range and a relatively concentrated temperature distribution. However, when the heat source is at the bottom, the range of a temperature field, and the temperature is relatively dispersed, which is not favorable to heat recycle, with the same heat source position, the boundary conditions determine the size of the critical Rayleigh number, and thus have an influence on the occurrence and the strength of the natural convection, and accordingly, on the temperature fields.

In this article, the traffic hydrodynamic model considering the driver＇s reaction time was applied to the traffic analysis at the intersections on real roads. In the numerical simulation with the model, the pinch effect of the right-turning vehicles flow was found, which mainly leads to traffic jamming on the straight lane. All of the results in accordance with the empirical data confirm the applicability of this model.

The generalized-stacking-fault energies are calculated to illustrate the dissociation of〈c＋a〉dislocation on pyramidal I plane in *** c surfaces of {1011} plane and its adjacent planes {3034} and {3032} are presented using Liu embedded-atom-method potential method,and one possible dissociation path of 1/3{1123} dislocation on {1011} plane with minimum energy is ***,another two reasonable dissociation paths of 1/3{1123} dislocation successively on {3034} and {3032} planes are also ***,based on molecular dynamics simulations of magnesium single crystals under c-axis compression,the possible slip path is further examined and discussed.

The stress-associated protein （SAP） multigene family is conserved in both animals and plants. Its function in some an- imals and plants are known, but it is yet to be deciphered in wheat （Triticum aestivum L.）. We identified the wheat gene TaSAP17-D, a member of the SAP gene family with an AN1/AN1 conserved domain. Subcellular localization indicated that TaSAP17-D localized to the nucleus, cytoplasm, and cell membrane. Expression pattern analyses revealed that TaSAP17-D was highly expressed in seedlings and was involved in NaCI response, polyethylene glycol （PEG）, cold, and exogenous abscisic acid （ABA）. Constitutive expression of TaSAP17-D in transgenic Arabidopsis resulted in enhanced tolerance to salt stress, confirmed by improved multiple physiological indices and significantly upregulated marker genes related to salt stress response. Our results suggest that TaSAP17-D is a candidate gene that can be used to protect crop plants from salt stress.
