Comparative Study on Processing Property Between CWW CO_2 Gas Shielded Welding and SAW

Cable welding wire（CWW）CO2gas shielded welding is an innovative process arc welding with high efficiency,high quality and low consumption,in which cable wire is used as consumable *** CO2gas shielded welding and submerged arc welding（SAW）are used for contrast studies on processing property of high strength steel A36used in ship *** results show that the shapes of weld seam,using CWW CO2gas shielded welding and SAW,are good and no weld defect such as air hole,flaw,slag inclusion,incomplete fusion,lack of penetration and so on are found in the weld *** the rotating of arc during CWW CO2gas shielded welding process has a strong stirring effect on molten pool,the grain in the heat affected zone（HAZ）of the joints,using CWW CO2 gas shielded welding,is *** failure positions of joints by CWW CO2gas shielded welding and SAW are all in the base metal,but tensile strength of CWW CO2gas shielded welding joint is higher than that of SAW joint by an average of 2.3%.The average impact energy of HAZ,using CWW CO2gas shielded welding and SAW,is almost equal,but the average impact energy of the weld seam using CWW CO2gas shielded welding is increased by 6%,and the average impact energy of the fusion line is increased by 7%.The 180°bending tests for the joints of CWW CO2 gas shielded welding and SAW are all qualified,and the joints hardness is all less than HV 355,but hardness of CWW CO2gas shielded welding wire welding joint near the fusion line is obviously *** can be concluded that the properties of CWW CO2gas shielded welding are better than those of the SAW joint,and CWW CO2gas shielded welding is suitable for welding high strength steel A36used in ship structure.

Background The peritoneum response to peritoneal dialysis can lead to fibrosis. The transforming growth factor β1 （TGF-β1 ） plays a key role in regulating tissue repair and remodelling after injury. Connective tissue growth factor （CTGF）, a downstream mediator of TGF-β1 inducing fibrosis, has been implicated in peritoneal fibrosis. Vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） plays a key role in angiogenesis that can hasten peritoneal fibrosis. In this study, we investigated the effect of small interfering RNA （siRNA） of CTGF by pRETRO-SUPER （PRS） retrovirus vector on the expression of CTGF and VEGF in human peritoneal mesothelial cells. Methods Retrovirus producing CTGF siRNA were constructed from the inverted oligonucleotides and transferred into packaging cell line PT67 with lipofectamine, and the virus supernatant was used to infect human peritoneal mesothelial cell （HPMC）. The cells were divided into seven groups： low glucose DMEM, low glucose DMEM ＋ TGF-β1 5 ng/ml, low glucose DMEM ＋ TGF-β1 5 ng/ml ＋ PRS-CTGF-siRNA1-4 and low glucose DMEM ＋ TGF-β1 5 ng/ml ＋ PRS. The expression of CTGF and VEGF were measured by semiquantitative RT-PCR and Western blot. Results Low levels of CTGF and VEGF were detected in confluent HPMCs. Following stimulation with TGF-β1 , the levels of CTGF and VEGF were significantly upregulated （P〈0.01）. Introduction of PRS-CTGF-siRNA1-4 resulted in the significant reduction of CTGF mRNA and protein, and VEGF mRNA （P〈0.01）, especially in groups PRS-CTGF-siRNA, and PRS-CTGF-siRNA4. The introduction of PRS void vector did not have these effects （P〉0.05）. Conclusions The expression of CTGF siRNA mediated by PRS retrovirus vector can effectively reduce the level of CTGF and VEGF induced by TGF-β1 in cultured HPMCs. This study may provide potential therapeutic strategies to prevent the peritoneal fibrosis.

TANDEM and GMAW Twin Wire Welding of Q690 Steel Used in Hydraulic Support

Compared with using semi-automatic gas shielded arc welding, using automatic TANDEM twin wire welding and twin wire gas metal arc welding （GMAW） to weld Q690 steel, a low-alloy high-strength structural steel used in the hydraulic support in the fully-mechanized mining face, the welding speed, deposition rate, production environment and welding quality can be obviously improved. Compared with GMAW twin wire welding, a refined micro- structure in the weld and heat-affected zone （HAZ）, narrow HAZ and improved joint strength were achieved with TANDEM on Q690. Also, due to the push-pull pulsed way in TANDEM welding, the droplet transfer, distribution on heat flow and interaction between two arcs were completely different from those in GMAW twin wire system. The heat input of TANDEM is only about 76.6% of GMAW, and correspondingly, the welding speed and welding seam can be obviously improved. The complete oscillation caused by TANDEM pulsed current occurred in the welding pool, which refined the grains in the microstructure. The results show that TANDEM twin wire welding is very suitable in the welding of Q690 used in the hydraulic support.

Platelet-rich plasma(PRP)that has various growth factors has been used clinically in cartilage ***,the short residence time and release time at the injury site limit its therapeutic *** present study fabricated a granular hydrogel that was assembled from gelatin microspheres and tannic acid through their abundant hydrogen *** microspheres with the gelatin concentration of 10wt%and the diameter distribution of 1-10 lm were used to assemble by tannic acid to form the granular hydrogel,which exhibited elasticity under low shear strain,but flowability under higher shear *** viscosity decreased with the increase in shear ***,the granular hydrogel exhibited self-healing feature during rheology ***,granular hydrogel carrying PRP not only exhibited well-performed injectability but also performed like a‘plasticine’that possessed good *** granular hydrogel showed tissue adhesion ability and reactive oxygen species scavenging *** hydrogel carrying PRP transplanted to full-thickness articular cartilage defects could integrate well with native cartilage,resulting in newly formed cartilage articular fully filled in defects and well-integrated with the native cartilage and subchondral *** unique features of the present granular hydrogel,including injectability,plasticity,porous structure,tissue adhesion and reactive oxygen species scavenging provided an ideal PRP carrier toward cartilage tissue engineering.

Gene fusions and MET alterations are rare and difficult to detect in plasma samples. The clinical detection efficacy of molecular residual disease (MRD) based on circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with these mutations remains unknown. This prospective, non-intervention study recruited 49 patients with operable NSCLC with actionable gene fusions (ALK, ROS1, RET, and FGFR1), MET exon 14 skipping or de novo MET amplification. We analyzed 43 tumor tissues and 111 serial perioperative plasma samples using 1021- and 338-gene panels, respectively. Detectable MRD correlated with a significantly higher recurrence rate (P fusion/MET alterations in their MRD had reduced DFS compared to those who did not (P = 0.05). To our knowledge, this is the first comprehensive study on ctDNA-MRD clinical detection efficacy in operable NSCLC patients with gene fusions and MET alterations. Patients with detectable tissue-derived fusion/MET alterations in postoperative MRD had worse clinical outcomes.

Lipid metabolism play an essential role in occurrence and development of asthma,and it can be disturbed by phthalate esters(PAEs)and organophosphate fame retardants(OPFRs).As a chronic infammatory respiratory disease,the occurrence risk of childhood asthma is increased by PAEs and OPFRs exposure,but it remains not entirely clear how PAEs and OPFRs contribute the onset and progress of the *** have profiled the serum levels of PAEs and OPFRs congeners by liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry,and its relationships with the dysregulation of lipid metabolism in asthmatic,bronchitic(acute infammation)and healthy(non-infammation)*** PAEs and nine OPFRs congeners were found in the serum of children(1–5 years old)from Shenzhen,and their total median levels were 615.16 ng/m L and 17.06 ng/m L,***,the serum levels of mono-methyl phthalate(MMP),tri-propyl phosphate(TPP)and tri-n-butyl phosphate(TNBP)were significant higher in asthmatic children than in healthy and bronchitic children as ***-one characteristic lipids and fatty acids of asthma were screened by machine-learning random forest model based on serum lipidome data,and the alterations of infammatory characteristic lipids and fatty acids including palmitic acids,12,13-Di HODE,14,21-Di HDHA,prostaglandin D2 and Lyso PA(18:2)showed significant correlated with high serum levels of MMP,TPP and *** results imply PAEs and OPFRs promote the occurrence of childhood asthma via disrupting infammatory lipid and fatty acid metabolism,and provide a novel sight for better understanding the effects of plastic additives on childhood asthma.

In this research,a method employing micro-extrusion was designed to produce the micro-scaled barrel-shaped parts with complex geometrical features to study the feasibility of the proposed microforming method and its grain size effect on the formability of the complicated internal features in terms of deformation behavior,material evolution,accuracy of dimensions and final components *** results reveal that the deformation behavior is highly affected by grain size and becomes unpredictable with increased grain *** addition,assembly parameters including feature dimension,tolerance and coaxiality also vary with grain size,and the variation of grain size needs to be accommodated by different assembly types,viz.,clearance fit or transition *** the microstructural evolution aspect,it was identified there were two dead zones and four shear bands,and the formation of these deformation zones was barely affected by the variation in grain *** bulges,cracks,and fracture induced voids were observed on the surface of the final components,tailoring the microstructure of the working material with finer grains could significantly avoid these *** study advances the understanding of forming microparts by extrusion processes and provides guidance for microforming of similar microparts.

Objective:A novel technique was explored using an airbag-selective portal vein blood arrester that circumvents the need for an intraoperative assessment of anatomical variations in patients with complex intrahepatic space-occupying ***:Rabbits undergoing hepatectomy were randomly assigned to 4 groups:intermittent portal triad clamping(PTC),intermittent portal vein clamping(PVC),intermittent portal vein blocker with an airbag-selective portal vein blood arrester(APC),and without portal blood occlusion(control).Hepatic ischemia and reperfusion injury were assessed by measuring the 7-day survival rate,blood loss,liver function,hepatic pathology,hepatic inflammatory cytokine infiltration,hepatic malondialdehyde levels,and proliferating cell nuclear antigen ***:Liver damage was substantially reduced in the APC and PVC *** APC animals exhibited transaminase levels similar to or less oxidative stress damage and inflammatory hepatocellular injury compared to those exhibited by the PVC *** was significantly higher in the control group than in the other *** APC group had less bleeding than the PVC group because of the avoidance of portal vein skeletonization during ***,more operative time was saved in the APC group than in the PVC ***,the total 7-day survival rate in the APC group was higher than that in the PTC ***:Airbag-selective portal vein blood arresters may help protect against hepatic ischemia and reperfusion injury in rabbits undergoing partial *** technique may also help prevent liver damage in patients requiring hepatectomy.
