目的观察远志提取物对Aβ25-35致阿尔采末病(AD)大鼠学习记忆障碍的影响,并探讨其可能的机制。方法制备远志水煎液提取物;大鼠海马区注射Aβ25-35建立痴呆大鼠学习记忆障碍模型,设置正常对照组,模型组,远志提取物低、中、高剂量(0.5、1、2 g·kg-1·d-1)组,连续灌胃给药12周,采用Morris水迷宫进行学习记忆能力的行为学检测,Western blot法检测AD大鼠脑组织海马区p53、cleaved-caspase-3的蛋白表达,测定大鼠脑组织海马区超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、单胺氧化酶-B(MAO-B)的活力以及丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果 Morris水迷宫结果实验显示,远志提取物各剂量组AD大鼠的定位航行逃避潜伏期和游泳路程较模型组显著降低(P<0.05),游过平台所在象限的次数和在平台所在象限的时间占总时间的比例t/t总显著升高(P<0.05)。与模型组相比,远志提取物各剂量组AD大鼠模型脑组织海马区p53、cleaved-caspase-3蛋白的表达显著降低(P<0.05),SOD的活性增加(P<0.05),MAO-B活性和MDA的含量降低(P<0.05)。结论远志提取物能显著提高Aβ25-35致AD大鼠的学习记忆能力,其机制可能是抑制凋亡、抗氧化作用有关。

Electrocatalytic conversion of renewable biomass is emerging as a promising route for sustainable chemical production;hence it urgently calls for developing efficient electrocatalysts with low potentials and high current ***,a Pr-doped Co(OH)_(2)hexagonal sheet(Pr/Co=1/9,in mole)is synthesized by electrodeposition as highly performant catalyst for 5-hydroxymethylfurfural(HMF)oxidation reaction(HMFOR)to produce 2,5-furandicarboxylic acid(FDCA).This novel and low-cost catalyst possesses a rather low onset potential of 1.05 V(***)and requires only 1.10 V(***)to reach a current density of 10 mA cm^(-2)for HMFOR,significantly outperforming Co(OH)_(2)benchmark(i.e.,210 mV higher to reach10 m A cm^(-2)).The origin of Pr promotion effect as well as the evolution of CoOOH catalytic sites and HMFOR process has been deeply elucidated by physical characterizations,kinetic experiments,in situ electrochemical techniques,and theoretical *** unique Pr-ameliorated CoOOH active centers enable 100%conversion of HMF,99.6%selectivity of FDCA,and 99.7%Faraday efficiency,with a superior cycling durability toward *** can be one of the most outstanding results for Co-based HMFOR catalysts to date in the *** this work can help open up new horizons for constructing novel and efficient Co-based electrocatalysts by the utilization of lanthanide elements.

The new energy power generation is becoming increasingly important in the power *** as photovoltaic power generation has become a research hotspot,however,due to the characteristics of light radiation changes,photovoltaic power generation is unstable and random,resulting in a low utilization rate and directly affecting the stability of the power *** solve this problem,this paper proposes a coordinated control strategy for a newenergy power generation system with a hybrid energy storage unit based on the lithium iron phosphate-supercapacitor hybrid energy storage ***,the variational mode decomposition algorithm is used to separate the high and low frequencies of the power signal,which is conducive to the rapid and accurate suppression of the power fluctuation of the energy storage ***,the fuzzy control algorithm is introduced to balance the power between energy *** this paper,the actual data is used for simulation,and the simulation results show that the strategy realizes the effective suppression of the bus voltage fluctuation and the accurate control of the internal state of the energy storage unit,effectively avoiding problems such as overshoot and over-discharge,and can significantly improve the stability of the photovoltaic power generation systemand the stability of the Direct Current *** is of great significance to promote the development of collaborative control technology for photovoltaic hybrid energy storage units.

目的:对比观察小剂量阿加曲班与阿司匹林治疗急性脑梗死患者的疗效与安全性。方法:136例急性脑梗死患者随机均分为观察组和对照组。两组患者均给予抗颅内压增高、抗氧化应激、脑神经保护、吸氧、控制血压血糖、抗感染、调节水电解质酸碱平衡等常规治疗。在此基础上,对照组患者给予注射用精氨酸阿司匹林100 mg,加入0.9%氯化钠注射液250 ml,静脉滴注,每日1次。观察组患者给予阿加曲班注射液40 mg,加入0.9%氯化钠注射液500 ml中,24 h持续静脉滴注,连用2 d;2 d后剂量减至10mg,加入0.9%氯化钠注射液100 ml中,静脉滴注,每日1次,连用5 d。两组患者疗程均为7 d。观察两组患者的临床疗效,治疗前后美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、Bathel指数评分及不良反应发生情况,并随访2年观察脑梗死复发情况。结果:观察组患者总有效率显著高于对照组,1年、2年脑梗死复发率均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:在常规治疗的基础上,小剂量阿加曲班较阿司匹林可显著改善急性脑梗死患者的神经功能、降低脑梗死复发率,且安全性较好。

In this study, we consider a single-link flexible manipulator in the presence of an unknown Bouc-Wen type of hysteresis and intermittent actuator faults. First, an inverse hysteresis dynamics model is introduced, and then the control input is divided into an expected input and an error compensator. Second,a novel adaptive neural network-based control scheme is proposed to cancel the unknown input hysteresis. Subsequently,by modifying the adaptive laws and local control laws, a fault-tolerant control strategy is applied to address uncertain intermittent actuator faults in a flexible manipulator system. Through the direct Lyapunov theory, the proposed scheme allows the state errors to asymptotically converge to a specified interval. Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed scheme is verified through numerical simulations and experiments.

Phthalic acid esters(PAEs)are a group of compounds widespread in the *** investigate the occurrence and accumulation characteristics of PAEs,surface water samples were collected from the Three Gorges Reservoir area,*** total concentrations of∑_(11)analyzed PAEs(11PAEs)in the collected water samples ranging from 197.7 to 1,409.3 ng/L(mean±IQR:583.1±308.4 ng/L).While DEHP was the most frequently detected PAE,DnBP and DnNP were the most predominant PAEs in the analyzed water samples with a mean contribution of 63.3%of the∑_(11)*** concentrations of the∑_(11)PAEs in the water samples from the upper reaches of the Yangtze River were significantly higher than those from themiddle *** better understand the transport and fate of the PAEs,seven detected PAEs were modeled by Quantitative Water Air Sediment Interaction(QWASI).The simulated and measured values were close for most PAEs,and differences are within one order of magnitude even for the worst *** all simulated PAEs,water and particle inflow were main sources in the reservoir,whereas water outflow and degradation in water were important removal *** contribution ratios of different sources/losses varied fromPAEs,depending on their *** calculated risk quotients of DnNP in the Three Gorges Reservoir area whether based onmonitoring or simulating results were all far exceeded the safety threshold value,implying the occurrence of this PAE compound may cause potential adverse effects for the aquatic ecology of the Three Gorges Reservoir area.

将岩心分析数据与测井信息相结合,直接利用或构建渗透率测井响应敏感参数,采用多元线性回归分析建模方法,研究建立了鄂尔多斯盆地研究区长61低孔低渗储层渗透率测井解释模型。依据泥质含量参数特征,对两种不同岩性特征的储层分类进行渗透率测井响应敏感参数多元线性回归分析,分别建立渗透率测井解释模型,对应于研究区两类不同的沉积微相特征。结果表明,分类建立的模型测井解释渗透率与岩心实测渗透率一致性良好,满足研究区解释精度要求。因此,在沉积微相背景约束条件下,对研究区储层选择合理的测井参数进行多元线性回归分类建立渗透率测井解释模型在研究区低孔低渗储层中可以达到较好的应用效果。

为解决多变操作环境下精馏塔在线控制调优问题,分析了精馏塔传统的控制策略与缺陷,提出精馏塔基于知识管理的智能化控制框架。框架引入知识管理体系结构,解决了模型构建、表述、引用等更适应于工程化应用的信息化处理技术,采用单神经元自适应控制策略,确定不同条件下动态优化的馏出物组成,进而确定各控制点的控制参数。并研究精馏塔知识管理的模型表达方式,在面向对象建模方法基础上,采用面向智能体的建模方法,建立了客体(对象)类、主动实体(智能体)类和最优化模型类,通过知识推理将三个类关联形成精馏塔管控一体化的知识化智能平台,其中知识推理采用了基于人工神经网络的数据挖掘技术。实际应用证明该体系结构是可行的。
