Dengue has been well recognized as a global public health threat,but only sporadic epidemics and imported cases were reported in recent decades in *** July 2014,an unexpected large dengue outbreak has occurred in Guangdong province,China,resulting in more than 40000 patients including six *** clarify and characterize the causative agent of this outbreak,the acute phase serum from a patient diagnosed with severe dengue was subjected to virus isolation and high-throughput sequencing(HTS).Traditional real-time RT-PCR and HTS with Ion Torrent PGM detected the presence of dengue virus serotype 2(DENV-2).A clinical DENV-2 isolate GZ05/2014 was obtained by culturing the patient serum in mosquito C6/36 *** complete genome of GZ05/2014 was determined and deposited in Gen Bank under the access number *** analysis based on the complete envelope gene showed that the newly DENV-2 isolate belonged to Cosmopolitan genotype and clustered closely with other Guangdong strains isolated in the past *** amino acid mutations that are obviously known to increase virulence or replication were identified throughout the genome of GZ05/*** high homology of Guangdong DENV-2 strains indicated the possibility of establishment of local DENV-2 circulation in Guangdong,*** results help clarify the origin of this epidemic and predict the future status of dengue in China.

In pedestrian re-recognition,the traditional pedestrian re-recognition method will be affected by the changes of background,veil,clothing and so on,which will make the recognition effect *** order to reduce the impact of background,veil,clothing and other changes on the recognition effect,this paper proposes a pedestrian re-recognition method based on the cycle-consistent generative adversarial network and multifeature *** comparing the measured distance between two pedestrians,pedestrian re-recognition is ***,this paper uses Cycle GAN to transform and expand the data set,so as to reduce the influence of pedestrian posture changes as much as *** method consists of two branches:global feature extraction and local feature *** the global feature and local feature are *** fused features are used for comparison measurement learning,and the similarity scores are calculated to sort the samples.A large number of experimental results on large data sets CUHK03 and VIPER show that this new method reduces the influence of background,veil,clothing and other changes on the recognition effect.

Objective: To investigate clinical efficacy and pharmacological mechanism of Hu - po - Xiao - Shi - Chong - Ji inpatients with renal stones. Methobs: 48 patients with renal stones were treated with basic drugs(antibiotic, pain - reliever). 21 of 48cases (Treatment group)were treated with Hu - Po - Xiao - Shi - Chong - Ji 30g/b(Weifang Chinase pharmaceutical Factory prod-uct, major ingredients: amber, red bean, angelica, etc). Stone removal rate, B- MG and 24 - hour urine calcium excretion(U )were observed at pre - treatment and 4 weeks after treated with Hu - Po - Xiao - Shi - Chong - Ji. Results: U and UinPatients with renal stones were higher significantly than those in healthy person(Phanges occurred in control group. Conclusion: Hu - Po - Xiao - Shi - Chong- Ji is effective in treating renalstones. Hu-Po - Xiao - Shi - Chong - Ji can improve proximal tubule reabsorption function and reduce urinary C excretion, maybe hilpful in treating and preventing renal stones.

本文采用第一性原理的方法系统研究了UO2的晶体结构、电子结构和弹性性质.在计算中采用广义梯度近似结合Hubbard U项描述电子的局域强关联效应.首先通过计算能带带隙大小并与理论值比较的方法,得到了合理的有效库仑相关作用能(Ueff)的取值,同时通过态密度的计算,进一步验证了Ueff取值的合理性.计算得到UO2中U原子的Ueff值为3.30 e V(Ueff=U-J,U=3.70 e V,J=0.40 e V).应用此参数计算得到的UO2晶格常数为5.54,带隙宽度为2.17 e V.该结果优于目前现有的研究结果,同时在同样的Ueff值条件下计算所得到的弹性常数与实验值也符合得较好.相较于之前的基于实验测量并分析得到的Ueff值,我们所采用的方法在对UO2性质描述上更为准确.不同的有效库仑相关作用能取值下的态密度结果表明,有效库仑相关作用能的大小可以影响铀原子5f电子轨道的分布.
