The adenovirus E1A proteins are primarily concerned with modulating cellular metabolism to make the cell more susceptible to virus replication. In this study, adenovirus E1A gene was amplified via PCR on the HEK-293 cells genome and cloned into prokaryotic expression vector pRsetB. The recombinant plasmid pRsetB-E1A was expressed in *** BL21 and the relative molecular mass（Mr） of expressed fusion protein was approximately 36000. The recombinant protein was purified on a Ni-NIA agarose column and detected by SDS-PAGE and Westem blot. The purified recombinant protein was then injected into rabbits and anti-E1A polyclonal antibody with high titer was obtained.

Silicon is essential for optimal growth of rice(Oryza sativa L.).This study was conducted to fine map qHUS6.1,a quantitative trait locus(QTL) for rice hull silicon content previously located in the interval RM510-RM19417 on the short arm of chromosome 6,and to analyze the effect of this QTL on the silicon content in different organs of *** progenies of a residual heterozygous line of rice were detected using 13 microsatellite markers in the vicinity of *** plants with overlapping heterozygous segments were *** sets of near isogenic lines(NILs) were developed from the selfed progenies of the 3 *** were grown in a paddy field and the silicon contents of the hull,flag leaf,and stem were measured at *** on analyses of the phenotypic distribution and variance among different genotypic groups in the same NIL set,a significant genotypic effect was shown in the NIL set that was heterogenous in the interval RM19410-RM5815,whereas a significant effect was not found in the remaining 2 NIL sets that were heterogenous in either of the intervals RM4923-RM19410 or *** comparison among the physical positions of the 3 heterogenous segments,qHUS6.1 was delimited to a 64.2-kb region flanked by RM19410 and RM19417 that contains nine annotated genes according to the genome sequence of *** QTL showed strong effects on all of the three traits tested,and the enhancing alleles were always derived from the paternal line Milyang *** present study will facilitate the cloning of qHUS6.1 and the exploration of new genetic resources for QTL fine mapping.

There are so many non-Newtonian fluids in our daily life,such as milk,blood,cytoplasm,and mucus,most of which are viscoelastic heterogeneous liquid containing cells,inorganic ion,metabolites,and *** microfluidic microparticle-manipulating applications,the target particles are practically distributed within the biological fluids like blood and *** viscoelasticity of biological fluid is constantly ignored for simplicity especially when the fluid is substantially diluted and contains rather complex ***,even the fluid’s ultraweak viscoelasticity actually affects the microparticle migration and may bring a completely different behavior compared with the Newtonian *** a result,a robust and easy operated on-chip viscoelasticity sensor is potential and desired in many research and industrial fields,including assay sample preparation,clinical diagnostics,and on-chip *** this work,we employed stable non-Newtonian fluid-polyethylene oxide(PEO)solutions with various concentrations to investigate and calibrate effects of the weak fluidic viscoelasticity on microparticle behaviors in a double-layered microfluidic *** analogy-based database of fluidic patterns for viscoelasticity sensing and relaxation time measurement was ***,we tested different biological fluids including blood plasma and fetal bovine serum and proved that they exhibited similar viscoelasticity effects to the PEO solutions with the corresponding concentration,which reached a good agreement with available results by *** detection limitation of relaxation time can reach 1 *** promised a robust and integrated on-chip microfluidic viscoelasticity sensor for different biological fluids without complicated calculations.

Effects of long-term thermal exposure on γ’ particles evolution and impact toughness in the weld joint of Nimonic 263(N263)superalloy were deeply studied at 750℃.Results showed that the precipitates in the weld metal were mainly composed of fine γ’ particles,bulky MC carbides,and small M23C6 *** the thermal exposure time increasing from o to 3000 h,γ’ particles in the weld metal grew up from 19.7 nm to 90.1 nm at an extremely slow *** being exposed for 1000 h,γ’ particles coarsened and some of them transformed into acicular η *** the same time,MC carbides decomposed to form η phase and γ’ *** dynamic transition ensured the slight reduction in impact toughness of the weld metal after the thermal exposure,which indicated the stable serving performance of N263 weld joint.

In view of the inconsistency of channel gains and a large amount of interference noise in Solar Broadband Radio Spectrometer(SBRS) observation data,they will seriously affect the analysis of SBRS *** this paper,a method of Radio Frequency Interference(RFI) detection and mitigation for SBRS observation data is ***,the SBRS observation data are preprocessed,a part of the observation data was selected to calculate the mean and variance to achieve the normalization of the entire observation data,which can avoid the influence of strong noise on the normalization ***,we proposed an adaptive threshold RFI detection method based on fusion wavelet transform reconstruction and an RFI elimination method based on neighborhood weighted *** is worth mentioning that to detect RFI interference signals of different magnitudes,we adopted an iterative approach to the RFI detection and mitigation *** qualitative analysis of real observation data and quantitative analysis of simulated data,it is shown that the method proposed in this paper can effectively eliminate RFI in SBRS observation data,and improve the quality of observation data for further scientific analysis.

Growth of SnO_2 Nanoflowers on N-doped Carbon Nanofibers as Anode for Li-and Na-ion Batteries

It is urgent to solve the problems of the dramatic volume expansion and pulverization of SnO_2 anodes during cycling process in battery systems. To address this issue, we design a hybrid structure of N-doped carbon fibers@SnO_2 nanoflowers(NC@SnO_2) to overcome it in this work. The hybrid NC@SnO_2 is synthesized through the hydrothermal growth of SnO_2 nanoflowers on the surface of N-doped carbon fibers obtained by electrospinning. The NC is introduced not only to provide a support framework in guiding the growth of the SnO_2 nanoflowers and prevent the flower-like structures from agglomeration, but also serve as a conductive network to accelerate electronic transmission along one-dimensional structure effectively. When the hybrid NC@SnO_2 was served as anode, it exhibits a high discharge capacity of 750 Ah g^(-1) at 1 A g^(-1) after 100 cycles in Li-ion battery and 270 mAh g^(-1) at 100 mA g^(-1) for 100 cycles in Na-ion battery, respectively.
