Objective:To investigate the effect of seabuckthorn berries extract(SBE)on pulmonary vascular hyperpermeability in the mice model of acute lung injury(ALI)induced by lipopolysaccharide(LPS).Methods:Sixty Kunming mice were allocated into 6 groups by a random number table,including control,LPS,dexamethasone(Dex,1 mg/kg),and 120,240 and 480 mg/kg SBE groups,10 mice in each group.Except the control group,mice were pre-treated with Dex and SBE,respectively,for 7 days before LPS was intraperitoneally injected to induce ALl.Pulmonary vascular hyperpermeabilitywas evaluated by histopathologic observation and transvascular leakagedetermination.Tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)levels in serum were measured using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The expression of nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-k B)p65 in lung cells was determined by immunofluorescence analysis.The contents of cytoplasmic inhibitorof nuclear factor-kBkinase(IKK)and nuclearp65,as wellasdownstreamproteins of E-selectin(CD62E)and intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1),were determined using Western blot analysis.Results:Histopathological observation confirmed SBEtreatment alleviatedmorphological lesion induced by LPS.Compared with the LPS group,480 mg/kg SBE significantly decreased the water content of lung,Evans blue accumulation in lung tissue,and protein concentration and neutrophils count in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(P

The failure of the 2017 Xinmo catastrophic rockslide in Maoxian County, Sichuan, Southwest China was a combined effect of long-term and shortterm triggering factors. Field investigation, historical data collection, laboratory tests, chemical and microstructure analysis and numerical simulations were adopted herein to reveal the initiation and failure mechanism of the Xinmo rockslide. The analytical results showed that this failure involved the coupling of several triggering factors. The initial cracks in the rock mass were induced by historical earthquakes due to the convex topography and the direction effect. Rock masses from the source area of the Xinmo rockslide contain water-sensitive minerals, i.e., albite and chamosite, and the easily oxidized chemical element Fe, resulting in obvious strength deterioration under the action of water. The scanning electron microscopy(SEM) experimental results indicated that the internal structure of the rock mass is conducive to weathering. The compressive and shear strengths of the rock mass were reduced due to freeze-thaw cycles and weathering. The antecedent rainfall further deteriorated the stability of the slope, and stress and deformation accumulated continually in the locked section. Finally, the locked section sheared out, and the slope failed. An entrainment effect was observed in the Xinmo rockslide due to the presence of old landslide deposits and the antecedent rainfall, resulting in an amplification of the catastrophic rockslide. A simplified three dimensional analysis model was established in this study to reveal the influence of the triggering factors on the failure mechanism of the Xinmo rockslide.

BACKGROUND Healthcare workers(HCWs)are at increased risk of contracting coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)as well as worsening mental health problems and insomnia.These problems can persist for a long period,even after the pandemic.However,less is known about this topic.AIM To analyze mental health,insomnia problems,and their influencing factors in HCWs after the COVID-19 pandemic.METHODS This multicenter cross-sectional,hospital-based study was conducted from June 1,2023 to June 30,2023,which was a half-year after the end of the COVID-19 emergency.Region-stratified population-based cluster sampling was applied at the provincial level for Chinese HCWs.Symptoms such as anxiety,depression,and insomnia were evaluated by the Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7,Patient Health Questionnaire-9,and Insomnia Severity Index.Factors influencing the symptoms were identified by multivariable logistic regression.RESULTS A total of 2000 participants were invited,for a response rate of 70.6%.A total of 1412 HCWs[618(43.8%)doctors,583(41.3%)nurses and 211(14.9%)nonfrontline],254(18.0%),231(16.4%),and 289(20.5%)had symptoms of anxiety,depression,and insomnia,respectively;severe symptoms were found in 58(4.1%),49(3.5%),and 111(7.9%)of the participants.Nurses,female sex,and hospitalization for COVID-19 were risk factors for anxiety,depression,and insomnia symptoms;moreover,death from family or friends was a risk factor for insomnia symptoms.During the COVID-19 outbreak,most[1086(76.9%)]of the participating HCWs received psychological interventions,while nearly all[994(70.4%)]of them had received public psychological education.Only 102(7.2%)of the HCWs received individual counseling from COVID-19.CONCLUSION Although the mental health and sleep problems of HCWs were relieved after the COVID-19 pandemic,they still faced challenges and greater risks than did the general population.Identifying risk factors would help in providing targeted interventions.In addition,although a major proportion of HCWs have received public psychological educatio

为研究数控转台传动系统元动作的热误差建模方法,首先介绍了元动作理论以及有限元数值模拟的温度场模型假设及边界条件,并分析了温度场仿真所需的摩擦机理及参数计算方法.采用ANSYS仿真分析从稳态和瞬态两个方面对转动元动作进行数值模拟,并给出其中关键元动作的温升曲线,分析了元动作瞬态、稳态及热-结构耦合温度场和变形场,得到元动作温度分布云图、温升量及热变形量.通过热变形理论计算和热变形有限元分析,得到考虑动作件热变形的传动系统元动作热误差模型.

污水处理厂尾水的持续排放会重塑受纳河流的理化和生物条件,对河流水质和水生态产生潜在影响.选取惠州市东江沿线2座污水处理厂的受纳河流进行水样采集及分析,利用高通量测序进行样品DNA分析,系统研究细菌和真菌群落的组成结构及其分布,结合水体的理化指标更全面地反映尾水排放对受纳河流的影响.结果表明,污水处理厂尾水排放口处TP和NH_(4)^(+)-N等营养盐指标均高于受纳河流上游,尾水排放对受纳河流微生物的影响显著,细菌群落的丰富度明显降低.对受纳河流微生物群落组成和水体理化指标进行统计分析,发现DOM、TP和NH_(4)^(+)-N的变化对浮游微生物群落结构可能起关键作用.通过对浮游细菌和真菌群落结构及水体的理化性质综合分析研究,能够更加全面地揭示污水处理厂尾水排放对受纳河流引起的复合生态效应,对污水处理厂提标改造和城市河流的保护具有重大意义.

Dynamic failure mode and energy-based identification method for a counter-bedding rock slope with weak intercalated layers

The dynamic failure mode and energybased identification method for a counter-bedding rock slope with weak intercalated layers are discussed in this paper using large scale shaking table test and the Hilbert-Huang Transform(HHT) marginal spectrum.The results show that variations in the peak values of marginal spectra can clearly indicate the process of dynamic damage development inside the model slope.The identification results of marginal spectra closely coincide with the monitoring results of slope face displacement in the test.When subjected to the earthquake excitation with 0.1 g and 0.2 g amplitudes,no seismic damage is observed in the model slope,while the peak values of marginal spectra increase linearly with increasing slope height.In the case of 0.3 g seismic excitation,dynamic damage occurs near the slope crest and some rock blocks fall off the slope crest.When the seismic excitation reaches 0.4 g,the dynamic damage inside the model slope extends to the part with relative height of 0.295-0.6,and minor horizontal cracks occur in the middle part of the model slope.When the seismic excitation reaches 0.6 g,the damage further extends to the slope toe,and the damage inside the model slope extends to the part with relative height below 0.295,and the upper part(near the relative height of 0.8) slides outwards.Longitudinal fissures appear in the slope face,which connect with horizontal cracks,the weak intercalated layers at middle slope height are extruded out and the slope crest breaks up.The marginal spectrum identification results demonstrate that the dynamic damage near the slope face is minor as compared with that inside the model slope.The dynamic failure mode of counter-bedding rock slope with weak intercalated layers is extrusion and sliding at the middle rock strata.The research results of this paper are meaningful for the further understanding of the dynamic failure mode of counter-bedding rock slope with weak intercalated layers.

Large-scale shaking table tests were conducted to study the dynamic response of a slope reinforced by double-row anti-sliding piles and prestressed anchor cables. The test results show that the reinforcement suppressed the acceleration amplification effectively. The axial force time histories are decomposed into a baseline part and a vibration part in this study. The baseline part of axial force well revealed the seismic slope stability, the peak vibration values of axial force of the anchor cables changed significantly in different area of the slope under seismic excitations. The peak lateral earth pressure acting on the back of the anti-sliding pile located at the slope toe was much larger than that acting on the back of the anti-sliding pile located at the slope waist. The test results indicate an obvious load sharing ratio difference between these two anti-slide piles, the load sharing ratio between the two anti-sliding piles located at the slope toe and the slope waist varied mainly in a range of 2-5. The anti-slide pile at the slope waist suppressed the horizontal displacement of the slope surface.

目的探讨运动训练在心血管疾病中研究的国际热点和前沿,为我国未来在该领域的研究提供参考。方法于2023年9月5日检索Web of Science Core Collection(WoSCc)数据库,纳入2010—2022年运动训练在心血管疾病中的研究。使用Microsoft Excel 2019进行年发文量的逐年变化分析。利用软件Cite Space进行文献计量分析,主要对文献期刊、作者、参考文献、关键词等进行分析。结果共纳入1274篇文献,在2010—2022年间发文量逐渐增加。运动训练在心血管疾病中的研究被国际学术界不断重视,该研究主要集中在美国,但该研究领域的国家、机构、作者之间缺少合作。结论运动训练在心血管疾病中的研究横跨医学、分子生物学、物理化学等其他学科,有较广泛的研究领域。该研究领域的热点关键词是运动训练、心脏康复和冠心病,而未来研究方向为干预、炎症反应、抗阻、成年人。

Physical model test is an effective way to unveil the dynamic response of a slope under seismic condition.The similarity design is the key of physical model test.An isolated similarity design method for shaking table tests was proposed and verified in this work.In this method,the relevant physical quantities were divided into several subsystems and subcharacteristic equations for each subsystem were then established based on the Buckingham similarity theory.Large-scale shaking table tests on a reinforced slope were adopted herein to illustrate the application of the proposed isolated similarity design method.The similarity system for the studied slope was divided into four parts in the process of similarity design.The geometrical dimension L,densityρand gravity g were selected as fundamental quantities for the similarity design,and four subcharacteristic equations were established for each subsystem.The dynamic responses of the recorded acceleration and axis force show that the seismic waves propagate well in the model slope.The proposed isolated similarity design method solves the conflict between the similarity requirement for all relevant physical quantities and the difficulty of test model fabrication to satisfy all similarity relations.
