By anchoring Tb^(3+)ions on its free carboxyl groups of the nanocaged NiMOF,a dual-emission self-calibrating sensor of Tb^(3+)@NiMOF was fabricated through coordination post-synthetic modification(PSM)*** Tb^(3+)ions as the secondary fluorescent signal and sensing active sites,Tb^(3+)@NiMOF presents great potentials in visually and efficiently monitoring EPI in serum,with high sensitivity and selectivity,fast response,excellent recyclable,and the low detection limit(LOD,3.06 ng/mL).Furthermore,a tandem combinational logic gate based intelligent detection system was constructed to improve the practicability and convenience of epinephrine(EPI)detection in serum by comparing the light emitted colour with the series standard colour cards preset in the *** work provides a promising approach of developing metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)based self-calibrating sensors for intelligent detection of bioactive molecules.

As the most common form of dementia,Alzheimer's disease(AD)is characterized by progressive cognitive impairments and constitutes a major social ***,the invasiveness and high costs of tests have limited the early detection and intervention of the *** a unique window of the brain,retinal changes can reflect the pathology of the *** this review,we summarize current understanding of retinal structures in AD;mild cognitive impairment(MCI)and preclinical AD,focusing on neurodegeneration and microvascular changes measured using optical coherence tomography(OCT)and optical coherence tomography angiography(OCTA)*** literature suggests that the impairment of retinal microvascular network and neural microstructure exists in AD;MCI and even preclinical *** findings provide valuable insights into a better understanding of disease pathogenesis and demonstrate that retinal changes are potential biomarkers for early diagnosis of AD and monitoring of disease progression.

This study aimed to reveal the influence of different free-iron-oxides contents on the strength and deformation characteristics of in situ lateritic soil.A test method that combined the selective chemical dissolution method and in situ Ménard pressuremeter test(PMT)was *** soaking time in dithioniteecitrateebicarbonate(DCB)solution was used as a variable to control the free-iron-oxides content in lateritic ***,the in situ lateritic soil boreholes with different soaking time were tested by *** results showed that the in situ horizontal pressure p0,critical edge pressure pf,ultimate pressure prediction pl,pressuremeter modulus Em,shear modulus Gm,and foundation-bearing capacity f0k of lateritic soil decreased rapidly after immersing in DCB solution within 1e4 *** increasing soaking time,the decrease rate reduced ***,the relationship curve between free-iron-oxides content and soaking time declined rapidly and then stabilized,and the free-iron-oxides content at the inflection point was 30.11 g/*** the free-iron-oxides content changed to the inflection point,the free-iron-oxides that played a cementing role was largely removed,indicating that the effective cementing iron-content of Miaoling lateritic soil was about 52.9%.This study demonstrated that the proposed test method can determine the influence of free-iron-oxides content on the strength and deformation characteristics of lateritic soil.

Reptiles are the most morphologically and physiologically diverse tetrapods,with the squamates having the most diverse *** is an important model system for understanding the role of visual ecology,phylogeny and behavior on the structure of visual *** this study,we compared three opsin genes(RH2,LWS and SWS1)among 49 reptile species to detect positively selected genes as well as amino acid *** results indicated that visual opsin genes have undergone divergent selection pressures in all lizards and RH2 and LWS suffered stronger positive selection than *** positively selected sites were picked out for RH2 and ***,many diagnostic sites were found between geckos and non-gecko lizards,most of which were located near the positively selected sites and some of them have already been reported to be responsible for significant shifts of the wavelength of maximum absorption(λ_(max)).The results indicated that the gecko lineage accelerated the evolution of these genes to adapt to the dim-light environment or nocturnality as well as the switch between nocturnality and diurnality.

Objective: To evaluate changes in chest X-rays, pulmonary function tests(PFTs) and quality of life in female breast cancer patients who had been treated with four cycles of neoadjuvant chemotherapy consisting of a regimen of cyclophosphamide, epirubicin and 5-fluorouracil(CEF regimen), and to determine the correlation between pulmonary function parameters and declined quality of ***: Twenty-nine eligible female patients diagnosed with breast cancer at the first visit who were 20-60 years old, were classified as the American Society of Anesthesiologists(ASA) Ⅰ-Ⅱ and patients whose body mass index(BMI) 0.05).Conclusions: Neoadjuvant chemotherapy can reduce lung diffusion function and quality of life in females with breast cancer.

The emerging mobile robot industry has spurred a flurry of interest in solving the simultaneous localization and mapping(SLAM)***,existing SLAM platforms have difficulty in meeting the real-time and low-pow-er requirements imposed by mobile *** specialized hardware is promising with regard to achieving high per-formance and lowering the power,designing an efficient accelerator for SLAM is severely hindered by a wide variety of SLAM *** on our detailed analysis of representative SLAM algorithms,we observe that SLAM algorithms advance two challenges for designing efficient hardware accelerators:the large number of computational primitives and ir-regular control *** address these two challenges,we propose a hardware accelerator that features composable com-putation units classified as the matrix,vector,scalar,and control *** addition,we design a hierarchical instruction set for coping with a broad range of SLAM algorithms with irregular control *** results show that,com-pared against an Intel x86 processor,on average,our accelerator with the area of 7.41 mm^(2) achieves 10.52x and 112.62x better performance and energy savings,respectively,across different *** against a more energy-efficient ARM Cortex processor,our accelerator still achieves 33.03x and 62.64x better performance and energy savings,respec-tively.

Constitutive Relationship and Hot Processing Maps of Mg-Gd-Y-Nb-Zr Alloy

The hot working behavior of Mg-Gd-Y-Nb-Zr alloy was investigated using constitutive model and hot processing maps in this work. Isothermal compression tests were conducted with temperature and strain rate range of 703-773 K and 0.01-5 s^（-1）, respectively. Improved Arrhenius-type equation incorporated with strain compensations was used to predict flow behavior of the alloy, and the predictability was evaluated using correlation coefficient, root mean square error and absolute relative error. Processing maps were constructed at different strains for Mg-Gd-Y-Nb-Zr alloy based on dynamic materials *** processing maps are divided into three domains and the corresponding microstructure evolutions are referred to the forming of straight grain boundaries, twinning, dynamic recrystallization and grain growth. Instability occurred mainly at the strain rate range of 0.3s^（-1）-0.5s^（-1）. The optimum processing domain is mainly at the temperature range of 703-765 K with the strain rate range of 0.01-0.1 s^（-1）.

The difference in microstructure leads to the diversity of shale mechanical properties and bedding fractures distribution *** this paper,the microstructure and mechanical properties of Longmaxi marine shale and Qingshankou continental shale were studied by X-ray diffractometer(XRD),field emission scanning electron microscope(FE-SEM)with mineral analysis system,and ***,the typical bedding layers area was properly stratified using Focused Ion Beam(FIB),and the effects of microstructure and mechanical properties on the distribution patterns of bedding fractures were *** results show that the Longmaxi marine shale sample contains more clay mineral grains,while the Qingshankou continental shale sample contains more hard brittle mineral grains such as *** Longmaxi marine shale sample,hard brittle minerals with grain sizes larger than 20μm is18.24%and those with grain sizes smaller than 20μm is 16.22%.For Qingshankou continental shale sample,hard brittle minerals with grain sizes larger than 20μm is 40.7%and those with grain sizes smaller than 20μm is 11.82%.In comparison to the Qingshankou continental shale sample,the Longmaxi marine shale sample has a lower modulus,hardness,and *** shales are formed by alternating coarse-grained and fine-grained layers during *** average single-layer thickness of Longmaxi marine shale sample is greater than Qingshankou continental shale *** two types of shale have similar bedding fractures distribution patterns and fractures tend to occur in the transition zone from coarse-grained to fine-grained *** orientation of the fracture is usually parallel to the bedding plane and detour occurs in the presence of hard brittle *** fracture distribution density of the Longmaxi marine shale sample is lower than that of the Qingshankou continental shale sample due to the strong heterogeneity of the Qingshankou continental *** current resea

How to accurately simulate the distribution of forest species based upon their biological attributes has been a traditional biogeographical *** gap models are very useful tools for examining the dynamics of forest succession and revealing the species structure of *** the present study,the GFSM(Gongga Forest Succession Model) was developed and applied to simulate the distribution,composition and succession process of forests in 100 m elevation *** results indicate that the simulated results of the tree species,quantities of the different types of trees,tree age and differences in DBH(diameter at breast height) composition were in line with the actual situation from 1400 to 3700 MASL(meters above sea level) on the eastern slope of ***,the dominant species in the simulated results were the same as those in the surveyed ***,the GFSM model can best simulate the features of forest dynamics and structure in the natural conditions of *** work provides a new approach to studying the structure and distribution characteristics of mountain ecosystems in varied ***,the results of this study suggest that the biogeochemistry mechanism model should be combined with the forestsuccession model to facilitate the ecological model in simulating the physical and chemical processes involved.
