Optical multilayer thin film structures have been widely used in numerous photonic ***,existing inverse design methods have many drawbacks because they either fail to quickly adapt to different design targets,or are difficult to suit for different types of structures,e.g.,designing for different materials at each *** methods also cannot accommodate versatile design situations under different angles and *** addition,how to benefit practical fabrications and manufacturing has not been extensively considered *** this work,we introduce OptoGPT(Opto Generative Pretrained Transformer),a decoder-only transformer,to solve all these drawbacks and issues simultaneously.

for asymptotically flat black holes,Reall-Santos method is a convenient tool to compute leading higher derivative corrections to the thermodynamic quantities without actually solving the modified field ***,there are subtleties in its generalization to asymptotically AdS black holes with general higher derivative *** of all,it is necessary to know all the higher derivative holographic counterterms and the surface terms implementing the variational principle and subtracting the *** then needs to solve for the modified AdS radius and rescale the time coordinate in an appropriate way such that the induced metric on the conformal boundary of AdS black hole is not *** observe that Reall-Santos method can be directly applied to a particular 4-derivative gravity model,known as the Einstein-Weyl gravity,which does not modify the AdS radius and requires only the Gibbons-Hawking-York term and holographic counterterms for the 2-derivative *** thus suggest that to compute the thermodynamic quantities of AdS black holes in general 4-derivative theories of gravity,one simply needs to transform it to a Einstein-Weyl gravity with identical thermodynamic variables by appropriate field *** explicitly verify this proposal with spherically-symmetric and static charged black holes in Einstein-maxwell theory extended with generic 4-derivative interactions.

In this paper,the principal decomposition of the velocity gradient tensor[∇v]is discussed in 3 cases based on the discriminant∆:∆l eigen value and a pair of conjugate complex eigen values,∆>0 with 3 distinct real eigen values,and∆=0 with 1 or 2 distinct real eigen *** velocity gradient tensor can also be classified as rotation point,which can be decomposed into three parts,i.e.,rotation[R],shear[S]and stretching/compression[SC],and non-rotation point,we defined a new resistance term[l],and the tensor can be decomposed into three parts,i.e.,resistance[l],shear[S]and stretching/compression[SC].Example matric are also displayed to demonstrate the new *** of principal decomposition between 3 different cases,and between Resistance and liutex will also be discussed.

This paper aims to propose a fourth-order matrix spectral problem involving four potentials and generate an associated liouville integrable hierarchy via the zero curvature formulation. A bi-Hamiltonian formulation is furnished by applying the trace identity and a recursion operator is explicitly worked out, which exhibits the liouville integrability of each model in the resulting hierarchy. Two specific examples, consisting of novel generalized combined nonlinear Schr?dinger equations and modified Korteweg–de Vries equations, are given.

High-intensity vortex beams with tunable topological charges and low coherence are highly demanded in applications such as inertial confinement fusion(ICf) and optical communication. However, traditional optical vortices featuring nonuniform intensity distributions are dramatically restricted in application scenarios that require a high-intensity vortex beam owing to their ineffective amplification resulting from the intensity-dependent nonlinear effect. Here, a low-coherence perfect vortex beam(PVB) with a topological charge as high as 140 is realized based on the super-pixel wavefront-shaping technique. More importantly, a globally adaptive feedback algorithm(GAfA) is proposed to efficiently suppress the original intensity fluctuation and achieve a flat-top PVB with dramatically reduced beam speckle contrast. The GAfA-based flat-top PVB generation method can pave the way for high-intensity vortex beam generation,which is crucial for potential applications in ICf, laser processing, optical communication and optical trapping.

In-situ electron irradiation and aging are applied to introduce high-density precipitates in an Mg-10Gd-3Y-1Zn-0.5Zr(GWZ1031K,wt.%)alloy to improve the *** results show that the hardness of the Mg alloy after irradiation for 10 h and aging for 9 h at 250℃ is 1.64 GPa,which is approximately 64% higher than that of the samples before being *** is mainly attributed to γ'precipitates on the basal plane after irradiation and the high-density nanoscale β'precipitates on the prismatic plane after aging,which should be closely related to the irradiation-induced homogenous *** latter plays a key role in precipitation *** result paves a way to improve the mechanical properties of metallic materials by tailoring the precipitation through irradiation and aging.

A new COX1 primer for soil nematode metabarcoding was designed,and this primer outperforms other commonly used COX1 primer pairs in species recovery and quantity of PCR products.•The lack of reference database is the main reason that led to the low species recovery in COX1 metabarcoding.•We expanded current NCBI database by adding 51 newly generated COX1 reference *** nematodes play important roles in soil ecosystems and often serve as bioindicators of soil *** identification of soil nematodes is often difficult due to their limited diagnostic characters and high phenotypic *** barcoding and metabarcoding techniques are promising but lack universal primers,especially for mitochondrial COX1 *** this study a degenerated COX1 forward primer COIfGED was *** primer pair(COIfGED/JB5GED)outperforms other four commonly used COX1 primer pairs in species recovery and quantity of polymerase chain reaction(PCR)*** metabarcoding analysis,the reads obtained from the new primer pair had the highest sequencing saturation threshold and amplicon sequence variant(ASV)diversity in comparison to other COX1 as well as 18S rRNA *** annotation of ASVs suggested the new primer pair initially recovered 9 and 6 out of 25 genera from mock communities,respectively,outperformed other COX1 primers,but underperformed the widely used 18S Nf1/18Sr2b primers(16 out of 25 genera).By supplementing the COX1 database with our reference sequences,we recovered an additional 6 mock community species bringing the tally closer to that obtained with 18S *** summary,our newly designed COX1 primers significantly improved species recovery and thus can be supplementary or alternative to the conventional 18S metabarcoding.
