本文提出了一个用稀释的8—羟基喹啉铜氯仿溶液光度法测定硫化物的方法。该方法基于有色络合物的有机溶液与阴离子水溶液一起振荡时产生脱色作用。确定了几个可变因素（pH、振荡时间、体积比等）对脱色的影响。本法非常灵敏(410mm处表观摩尔吸收系数为2.35×10～41mol-1cm-1)且可用于其它硫离子存在时硫化物的测定。对水中微量硫化物进行了光度法测定并将所得结果与亚、甲篮法所得结果进行了比较。在本工作中,8—羟基喹啉铜的氯仿溶液经硫化物水溶液反萃取后,常用于间接分光光度法测定硫化物。本方法简单,快速、灵敏且具选择性,它可用于其它硫离子存在时水中微克范围的硫化物分析。本方法与测定硫化物的经典分光光度法—亚甲篮法相比明显地优越。

ErNi2 ribbons were produced by rapid solidification using the melt spinning *** structural,magnetic and magnetocaloric properties in the as-solidified state were studied by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,magnetization and specific heat *** are single phase with the MgCu2-type crystal structure,a Curie temperature TC of 6.8 K and a saturation magnetization at2 K and 5 T of 124.0 A·m2/*** a magnetic field change μ0△H of 5 T(2 T) ribbons show a maximum magnetic entropy change |△SMpeak| of 24.1(16.9) J/(kg·K),and an adiabatic temperature change △Tadmax of8.1(4.4) K;this is similar to the previously reported literature for bulk alloys that were processed through conventional melting techniques followed by prolonged thermal *** addition,the samples also show slightly wider △SM(T) curves with respect to bulk alloys leading to a larger refrigerant capacity.

Plasma fibrinogen(f1)and fibronectin(pfN)polymerize to form a fibrin clot that is both a hemostatic and provisional matrix for wound *** 90%of plasma f1 has a homodimeric pair ofγchains(γγf1),and 10%has a heterodimeric pair ofγand more acidicγ′chains(γγ′f1).We have synthesized a novel fibrin matrix exclusively from a 1:1(molar ratio)complex ofγγ′f1 and pfN in the presence of highly active thrombin and recombinant factor XIII(rfXIIIa).In this matrix,the fibrin nanofibers were decorated with pfN nanoclusters(termedγγ′f1:pfN fibrin).In contrast,fibrin made from 1:1 mixture ofγγf1 and pfN formed a sporadic distribution of“pfN droplets”(termedγγf1+pfN fibrin).Theγγ′f1:pfN fibrin enhanced the adhesion of primary human umbilical vein endothelium cells(HUVECs)relative to theγγf1+fN *** dimensional(3D)culturing showed that theγγ′f1:pfN complex fibrin matrix enhanced the proliferation of both HUVECs and primary human *** in the 3Dγγ′f1:pfN fibrin exhibited a starkly enhanced vascular morphogenesis while an apoptotic growth profile was observed in theγγf1+pfN *** toγγf1+pfN fibrin,mouse dermal wounds that were sealed byγγ′f1:pfN fibrin exhibited accelerated and enhanced *** study suggests that a 3D pfN presentation on a fibrin matrix promotes wound healing.

Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus(SARS-CoV)-2 infection induces an exacerbated inflammation driven by innate immunity *** cells(DCs)play a key role in the defense against viral infections,for instance plasmacytoid DCs(pDCs),have the capacity to produce vast amounts of interferon-alpha(IfN-α).In COVID-19 there is a deficit in DC numbers and IfN-αproduction,which has been associated with disease *** this work,we described that in addition to the DC deficiency,several DC activation and homing markers were altered in acute COVID-19 patients,which were associated with multiple inflammatory ***,previously hospitalized and nonhospitalized patients remained with decreased numbers of CD1c+myeloid DCs and pDCs seven months after SARS-CoV-2 ***,the expression of DC markers such as CD86 and CD4 were only restored in previously nonhospitalized patients,while no restoration of integrinβ7 and indoleamine 2,3-dyoxigenase(IDO)levels were *** findings contribute to a better understanding of the immunological sequelae of COVID-19.
