Subspace Clustering in High-Dimensional Data Streams:A Systematic Literature Review

Clustering high dimensional data is challenging as data dimensionality increases the distance between data points,resulting in sparse regions that degrade clustering *** clustering is a common approach for processing high-dimensional data by finding relevant features for each cluster in the data *** clustering methods extend traditional clustering to account for the constraints imposed by data *** streams are not only high-dimensional,but also unbounded and *** necessitates the development of subspace clustering algorithms that can handle high dimensionality and adapt to the unique characteristics of data *** many articles have contributed to the literature review on data stream clustering,there is currently no specific review on subspace clustering algorithms in high-dimensional data ***,this article aims to systematically review the existing literature on subspace clustering of data streams in high-dimensional streaming *** review follows a systematic methodological approach and includes 18 articles for the final *** analysis focused on two research questions related to the general clustering process and dealing with the unbounded and evolving characteristics of data *** main findings relate to six elements:clustering process,cluster search,subspace search,synopsis structure,cluster maintenance,and evaluation *** algorithms use a two-phase clustering approach consisting of an initialization stage,a refinement stage,a cluster maintenance stage,and a final clustering *** density-based top-down subspace clustering approach is more widely used than the others because it is able to distinguish true clusters and outliers using projected *** algorithms implicitly adapt to the evolving nature of the data stream by using a time fading function that is sensitive to *** work can focus on the clustering framework,parameter optimiza

Chalcone derivatives are of immense importance owing to their superior pharmacological profile. Minor changes in their structures create high degree of diversity that results in a broader spectrum of biological activities. The present research paper presents the synthesis of 3-（4-chloro-3-nitrophenyl）-1-phenylprop-2-en-1-one chalcone（I）, single crystal XRD analysis and the evaluation of its possible biological activities like cytotoxic（LD（50） = 5.40 ug/m L）and antileishmanial（LD（50） = 0.81 ug/m L） activities. The results indicate the tested chalcone（I）shows superior inhibition values against leishmanial promastigotes. further, the possible interaction sites of chalcone（I） with Try R enzyme involved in the redox metabolism of the leishmanial parasite were determined using docking simulation technique. Docking computations demonstrate that the compound establishes prominent binding interactions with the key residues of Try R and possesses the potential to effectively inhibit the catalytic activities of enzyme. Thus the results suggest that the chalcone（I） can serve as a potential scaffold for the treatment of leishmaniasis and deserve further development.

Conformance control or water shut-off is a technique used to improve oil *** conformance control,polymers block high permeability water areas and redistribute water drive toward unswept oil *** this study,co-polymers(denoted ATP-PGV/AM-co-AMPS)were synthesized using acrylamide(AM)and 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid(AMPS)as the monomers,polyethylene glycol(PEG)-200 and methylenebisacrylamide(MBA)as the crosslinkers,attapulgite(ATP)and bentonite(PGV)as the clay types,and ammonium persulfate(APS)as the initiator,in addition to paraffin oil and *** were synthesized using inverse emulsion polymerization with different concentrations of monomers,crosslinkers,and clays,and they were characterized using fourier-transform infrared(fTIR)spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)with energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDX).fTIR spectra of the samples confirmed the existence of sulfonate and hydroxyl groups,which are important for polymer ***-EDX images indicated that the morphology and elemental composition were different before and after swelling,confirming the occurrence of ***,samples were placed in sodium chloride solution(20,000 ppm)for 7 days to evaluate swelling at both room temperature and 90°*** analysis(TGA)and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)were used to determine the thermal characteristics of the ***,rheological measurements were used to assess the deformation and rheological behavior of the *** results showed that after 1 day,good swelling without loss of mechanical strength was achieved with the composite synthesized using 10%AM,15%AMPS,6%PGV,and 10%ATP.

The aim of the present communication is to discuss the analytical solution for the unsteady flow of a third grade fluid which occupies the space y 〉 0 over an infinite porous plate. The flow is generated due to the motion of the plate in its own plane with an impulsive velocity V（t）. Translational symmetries in variables t and y are utilized to reduce the governing non-linear partial differential equation into an ordinary differential equation. The reduced problem is then solved using homotopy analysis method（HAM）. Graphs representing the solution are plotted and discussed and proper conclusions are drawn.

Effect of iridium loading on HZSM-5 for isomerization of n-heptane

The effect of iridium loading on the properties and catalytic isomerization of n-heptane over Ir-HZSM-5 is studied. Ir-HZSM-5 was prepared by impregnation method and subjected to isomerization process in the presence of flowing hydrogen gas. XRD and BET studies show that the presence of iridium stabilizes the crystalline structure of HZSM-5, leading to more ordered framework structure and larger surface area. TGA and fTIR results substantiate that iridium species interacts with OH group on the surface of HZSM-5. Pyridine fT-IR study verifies the interaction between iridium and surface OH group slightly increased the Bro¨nsted and Lewis acid sites without changing the lattice structure of HZSM-5. The presence of iridium and the increase of strong Lewis acid sites on HZSM-5 were found to bring an increase about 4.1%, 33.2% and 11.8% in conversion, selectivity and yield of n-heptane isomerization, respectively.

Summary H3K4me3 plays important roles in development, transcription, and environmental responses. Here, we report that SDG721 （SET-domain group protein 721） and SDG705 are involved in regulating rice development. SDG721 and SDG705 encode TRITHORAX-Iike proteins, which appear to modulate H3K4 methylation levels. Loss of SDG721 and SDG705 function resulted in GA-deficient phenotypes, including semi-dwarfism, reduced cell length, and reduced panicle branching.
