Asymmetric membranes present better separation and service characteristics than the symmetric ones. In our preliminary studies the possibility of obtaining sintered porous materials with gradual structure by sedimentation of metallic and ceramic powders was demonstrated. Zirconium silicate （ZrSiO4） particles were used for the manufacturing of the porous supports, and mullite powder was deposited by sedimentation in order to achieve the active layer with pores size gradient. The used powders and the obtained structures were characterized by laser scattering particle size analyzer, scanning electron microscopy and mercury porosimetry. The permeability and the filtration fineness of the structures were also determined. By using a thin active layer made of small particles deposited onto a macro-porous support, one can achieve membranes with high flow rates and filtration fineness in the microfiltration area.

The Grass Snake, Natrix natrix, is one of the non-venomous oviparous snakes of the family Colubridae, found in mazandaran, a northern province of Iran. In order to study the spermatogenic cycle of this species in the area, sampling was done from April to November, and twenty-six male snakes were collected by hand during daylight hours. Testes were extracted from the specimens, and were fixed and prepared for histological examination. The results indicated that the spermatogenesis started in early June, November. The mean body length of the specimens was reached its height in August and September, and ended in measured 636.21 mm, and the mean volume of testes was 524.54 rnm3 and 569.06 mm3 for the right and left ones, respectively, and the mean weight of the testes was 0.051 g Spermatogenesis in this species is aestival and sperms are stored for use in the year following production.

We report the case of three female patients who were scheduled for surgical correction of residual left-to-right shunt after initial repair of sinus venosus atrial septal defect(SV-ASD)during *** excluding the possibility of an hemodynamic intervention,all three patients underwent a successful surgical closure through a right mini sub-axillary approach by using total peripheral cannulation for cardiopulmonary bypass and leaving the inferior vena cava completely un-snared allowing for an optimal visualization of the residual atrial septal communication and avoiding extensive dissection of mediastinal structures.

Improving Auditors＇ Going Concern Judgment by Applying Statistical failure Models as an Analytical Procedure

The main goal of this research is to enhance the auditor＇s judgment ability in going concern opinion by applying bankruptcy prediction models as an analytical procedure. Data for this research have been collected through questionnaires. The statistical population consists of auditors who are members of Iranian Association of Certified Public Accountants （IACPA）. The research results reflect that：（1） Auditors do not use statistical techniques for assessing going concern as an analytical procedure; （2） Auditors do not use these techniques as a tool to decrease the bias of judgments in assessing the going concern assumption; （3） Auditors do not use statistical techniques to assess audit risk in the planning stage; （4） Auditors do not use statistical techniques to assess audit risk in the final stage. furthermore this research shows that auditors believe that the ＂standard concerning usage of analytical procedures needs more clarification＂ and ＂statistical bankruptcy predication models can help auditors in the planning stage＂. The other goal of this research is to show different auditor＇s judgments in assessing the going concern opinion with and without applying the bankruptcy prediction models as an analytical procedure. The result shows that the judgment of auditors toward the going concern assumption has improved by using statistical bankruptcy predication models.

Arginine-glycine-aspartic acid （RGD） dendrimer-based nanopatterns on poly（L- lactic acid） were used as bioactive substrates to evaluate the impact of the RGD local surface density on the chondrogenic induction of adult human mesenchymal stem cells. During chondrogenic commitment, active extracellular matrix （ECM） remodeling takes place, playing an instructive role in the differentiation process. Although three-dimensional environments such as pellet or micromass cultures are commonly used for in vitro chondrogenic differentiation, these cultures are rather limited with respect to their ability to interrogate cells in celI-ECM interactions. In the present study, the nanopatterns of the tunable RGD surface density were obtained as a function of the initial dendrimer concentration. The local RGD surface density was quantified through probability contour plots for the minimum interparticle distance, constructed from the corresponding atomic force microscopy images, and correlated with the cell adhesion and differentiation response. The results revealed that the local RGD surface density at the nanoscale acts as a regulator of chondrogenic commitment, and that intermediate adhesiveness of cells to the substrates favors mesenchymal cell condensation and early chondrogenic differentiation.

We numerically investigate the trade-offs between the dispersion properties,coupling efficiency,and geometrical constraints in dual-wire （twin-lead） terahertz （THz） *** particular,we show that their inherent linearly polarized quasi-transverse electromagnetic （TEM） modes exist for waveguide transverse dimensions comparable with the wavelength,enabling significant end-fire coupling （10%） for numericalaperture limited Gaussian beams while supporting a relatively low-dispersion propagation of below 0.5 ps 2 /m,as desired for short-pulse time-domain spectroscopy *** from the dual-wire structure,we also demonstrate that low-dispersion tapers can be designed to improve coupling efficiency.

During the last decade, the leafhopper transmitted Wheat dwarf virus （WDV） has become a serious problem both in northwestern China and Hungary. In order to study the molecular diversity and population structure of WDV in these two countries, 39 Chinese isolates and 16 Hungarian isolates were collected from different regions of China and Hungary, and their genomes were sequenced. All isolates belonged to the wheat strain of WDV and showed limited genetic diversity. The highest and lowest nucleotide sequence identities among isolates from China and Hungary were 99.9 and 90%, respectively. In all isolates, the lowest nucleotide sequence identity was 89.5% between MO10-1 and KP10-5, which were collected from martonv^is^r and Kompolt, Hungary. Phylogenetic analyses showed the genome sequences of 55 WDV isolates belong to two big clades, but no clear correlation to geographical location. Population difference analyses indicated that the Chinese and Hungarian WDV populations have no significant difference. The regions in WDV genome with relatively low nucleotide diversities represented protein coding regions suggested that these regions evolved under negative selection, and might be one of the causes restricting the number of genetic variants.
