This paper argues that the comparative assessment of.the market liberalism-dirigisme in dif.erent economies should be done based on some specif.c f.rms of.the government regulation,which are called the model-shaping f.rms of.government intervention in the *** its measurement a composite indicator,called the Index of.Lef.ness(Rightness)of.Economy,is ***(R)E is calculated f.r 62 countries as a weighted average of.six ***,IL(R)E(both the Index in general and each of.its sub-indices)is used to identif. the dependence of.economic growth rates on governments’model-shaping interf.rence in the ***-country regression analysis shows that an increase in model-shaping government intervention in the economy(indicated by IL(R)E’s change towards one)has a negative impact on economic growth,but dif.erent f.rms of.that intervention(measured by individual sub-indices)have dif.erent ***,there is a rather prof.und dif.erence between the countries with GDP per capita less and more than 30 thousand International *** the second group of.countries the impact is less *** conclusion the authors hypothesize that the process of.moving the economy to the right has a more positive impact on the economic growth than its static(unchanging)proximity to the right pole.

The identif.cation of.jets originating f.om quarks and gluons,of.en ref.rred to as quark/gluon tagging,plays an important role in various analyses perf.rmed at the Large Hadron Collider,as Standard Model measurements and searches f.r new particles decaying to quarks of.en rely on suppressing a large gluon-induced *** paper describes the measurement of.the ef.iciencies of.quark/gluon taggers developed within the ATLAS Collaboration,using √s=13 TeV proton–proton collision data with an integrated luminosity of.140 f.^(-1) collected by the ATLAS *** taggers with high perf.rmances in rejecting jets f.om gluon over jets f.om quarks are studied:one tagger is based on requirements on the number of.inner-detector tracks associated with the jet,and the other combines several jet substructure observables using a boosted decision tree.A method is established to determine the quark/gluon f.action in data,by using quark/gluon-enriched subsamples def.ned by the jet *** in tagging ef.iciency between data and simulation are provided f.r jets with transverse momentum between 500 GeV and 2 TeV and f.r multiple tagger working points.

Guneshli is a unique oil f.eld *** huge oil reserves. f.sila layer is one of.the main productive series with more than 3,300 tons of.oil production per year. It is an important task to continue ef.icently develop this object. Development of.f.sila was analysed based on geological-mathematical models, production perf.rmance was predicted through use of.advanced ＂evolution＂ modeling program. In addition, the impact of.water injection f.om deep water Guneshly was identif.ed and relavant proposals were put f.rward.

The present study was conducted to investigate the heavy metal contents （As, Ba, Cu, Ga, Mo, Rb, U, and V）, inorganic nutrients （NO2, NH4, NO3, PO4 and SiO2）, THC and 16EPA PAHs in seawater samples, which were collected at two dif.erent sites of.Azerbaijan sector of.the Caspian Sea. The Agilent 7700x Series ICP-MS with HMI system is applied to analysis seawater. Inorganic nutrients def.ned by spectrocolorometry HACH DR5000. Dependence concentration of.elements f.om water columns depth can be explained in accordance with the geochemical system of.classif.cation of.dissolved f.rms of.elements in the sea water. Hydrocarbons are extracted with methylene chloride, af.er the extracts are cleaned on silica-gel columns and then injected into GC/f.D f.r determination of.THC and GC/M Soperating in the selected-ion-monitoring mode f.r determination of.the 16EPA PAHs. The average concentrations of.THC were below the admissible environmental levels. THC ranged f.om 20-29 μg/L and PAHs f.om 〈 10-29 ng/L, respectively.

The present study was conducted to investigate the heavy metal contents （As, Ba, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Ga, Mo, Mn, Rb, Pb, Cu, Ni, V, U and Zn） in seawater samples, which were collected at two c （5 and 100 m）, f.om 9 dif.erent sites of.Azerbaijan sector of.the Caspian Sea. The Agitent 7700x Series ICP-MS （inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry） with HMI （high matrix introduction） system applied to analysis seawater. It was shown, the average concentrations of.elements as Cr, Co, Cu, Mn, Pb and Zn in surf.ce water slightly higher than their concentrations in depth water at 100 m. Practically it is not def.rence of.the Mo, Rb and U average concentrations in surf.ce and 100 m depth column water. There was little variation observed f.r nickel and vanadium. In contrast the concentrations of.As, Ga and Ba in samples taken f.om 100 m, were signif.cantly higher than the concentration in surf.ce samples. Dependence concentration of.elements f.om water columns depth can be explained in accordance with the geochemical system of.classif.cation of.dissolved f.rms of.elements in the sea water.

The intensive use of.engineered nanoparticles (NPs) in industrial, agricultural and household applications will very likely lead to the release of.such materials into the environment, especially water ecosystems. Water plants are an integral part of.ecosystems;hence their interaction with NPs is inevitable. It is important to understand the consequences of.this interaction and assess its potential ef.ects. There are dif.erent types of.approaches f.r investigating the toxic ef.ects of.NPs on plants. Chlorophyll f.uorescence (Chlf. is one of.interesting biophysical methods f.r testing the ef.ects NPs on plants in vivo. Chlf.is a suitable technique and a very powerf.l tool f.r the in vivo studying of.photochemical and non-photochemical processes within thylakoid membranes, chloroplasts, plant tissues, and whole plants. The present work reports the in vivo observation of.chlorophyll a f.uorescence quenching induced by the iron (f.3O4, f.2O3) and aluminum oxide (Al2O3) nanoparticles. Excitation and emission spectra of.intact leaves of.Elodea were acquired by f.uorescence spectrophotometer (Cary Eclipse) at room temperature. It was shown that the intensity of.the Chlf.decreased in the solution of.f.3O4 and Al2O3 nanoparticles on the light. f.2O3 af.ected slightly and the toxicity of.nanoparticles depended on dose and exposure period. It was clear f.om these experiments that the given nanoparticles penetrated into the cell and might decrease the chlorophyll content of.leaves.
