In.ersexualism occurs in.all species of.maxn.als an. the pathogen.sis of.abn.rmal developmen. of.the gon.ds is still un.lear. Thus, the aim of.this report is to describe the hormon.l an. histopathological f.n.in.s f.om a case of.bilateral true hermaphroditism in.a mixed-breed bitch due to the f.w case reports published in.olvin. hormon.l levels in.dogs with in.ersexuality. Serum was obtain.d f.om the an.mal bef.re surgery an. was submitted to hormon. measuremen.s. Progesteron. an. testosteron. were evaluated by radioimn.n.assay an. estrogen.by ELISA （immun.-en.ymatic assay）. The values of.progesteron., testosteron. an. estrogen.con.en.ration. were 2.26 n./mL, 0.05 n./mL an. 9.7 pg/mL, respectively. The proportion.of.ovarian.tissue f.un. in.the ovotestes af.er histopathological examin.tion.was higher in.relation.to semin.f.rous tubules, which may explain.the low level of.serum testosteron.. Low con.en.ration.of.serum testosteron. may have con.ributed to the partial virilization.of.extern.l gen.talia, sin.e the an.mal on.y had clitoral hypertrophy. Estrogen.an. progesteron. levels f.un. were compatible with the in.tial stage of.estrus （preovulatory LH （lutein.zin. hormon.） surge）, which shows that ovarian.f.llicles f.un. in.the bilateral ovotestes con.ributed to the occurren.e of.the estrous cycle bef.re surgery. Quan.itation.of.serum hormon.s may also shed light on.the cause of.disturban.es in.sex dif.eren.iation.in.can.n. species. More studies are n.eded to elucidate the real cause of.in.ersex in.dogs.

The decreasin. of.hazard ratio f.r can.er in.iden.e (HRCVD) in.the ran.e of.twen.y n.tive tissues (lun., liver, brain. hematologic, n.uroen.ocrin. ren.l, pan.reas, lymphoid, bladder, colon. lip-oral-head-n.ck, leukocytic, rectum an. an.s, thyroid, sof. tissue, prostate, skin. ovarian. breast, uterin.) as much, as decreasin. of.the level of.cardiovascular pathology (CVD) in.the host bef.re malign.zation. have been.described by C.f. Bell et al. in.2023. Earlier, in.2022, the decreasin. of.5-year mortality f.om can.er in.similar ran.e of.tissues discussed by us as the in.erse depen.en.e f.om the con.en. of.stem CD34 markers in.tissues bef.re malign.zation. with example of.population.in.En.lan.. In.presen. article we in.estigate the in.errelation.between.both data more thoroughly, usin. accessible an. more represen.ative population. level of.the data. The an.lysis shows that high level of.HRCVD is able to predicts on.y high can.er death f.r tissue sites in.the begin.in. of.the ran.e, bein. applied to the ref.ren. data of.can.er cases an. deaths in.estimated population.of.USA 2024. Alon. with this, an.in.reasin. the con.en. of.CD34 stem marker in.the n.tive tissues of.the same ran.e was f.vorite f.r in.reasin. of.can.er’s cases at the en. of.the ran.e, dimin.shin., in.parallel, the sign. of.vasculo-en.othelial pathology, i.e. HR CVD. Thus, the cases (in.iden.e) of.can.er depen. directly rather f.om con.en. of.CD34, which preexisted in.n.tive sites, than.that f.om HRCVD. f.rther an.lysis shows that CD34 con.en. averaged over twen.y cites domin.tes over that CD2 marker of.total T-cells more than.7 times, in.oppose to their ratio in.the blood. The en.an.emen. of.stem CD34 marker in.the ran.e of.tissues is accompan.ed by un.direction.l risin. of.its maturin. derivatives, vasculo-en.othelial CD31 an. total T-cells CD2 markers, which con.en.s relate positively to in.reasin. of.can.er death in.US population.2024. f.ver is the primary reason.f.r con.ultation.an. admission.to pediatric emergen.y departmen.s. The aim of.this study was to describe the clin.cal, etiological an. progn.stic aspects of.acute f.ver in.children.aged 0 - 15 years. Patien.s an. Methods: This was a prospective cross-section.l study f.om April 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022 an. af.ected all children.aged 0 to 15 years old with a temperature of.39˚C or higher (≥), havin. less than.f.ve days an. hospitalized in.the pediatric departmen. of.the Gabriel Touré Un.versity Hospital. Results: Durin. the study period, 150 children.were in.luded, the sex-ratio was 0.85. Children.aged 0 - 5 years represen.ed 71.4% of.the sample. Ref.ren.es represen.ed more than.half.of.the sample, or 58% of.cases. Body temperature was above 40˚C in.18.7% of.cases. f.n.tion.l sign. were domin.ted by respiratory sign. in.28% an. digestive sign. in.18%. Clin.cal pallor was f.un. in.55.3% of.children.associated with sign. of.respiratory struggle in.70% of.cases an. tachycardia in.40% of.patien.s. An.mia was presen. in.65.3% of.patien.s. Hyperleucocytosis an. leukopen.a were f.un. in.45.3% an. 43.3% of.patien.s respectively. The C-reactive protein.was positive in.44.7% of.patien.s an. Cytobacteriological Examin.tion.an. Chemistry of.Cerebrospin.l f.uid was positive in.8.7% of.cases. The thick drop was positive in.44.7% of.patien.s an. blood cultures grew in.6 patien.s. Etiology was domin.ted by severe malaria 54 cases (36%), pn.umon.a (19.3%), men.n.itis (12.6%), an. in.those un.er on. mon.h it was bacterial n.on.tal in.0}ction.(8.6%). In.our study, slightly more than.on. patien. out of.three died durin. hospitalization. 36% (54 cases/150) an. amon. these 70% (38 cases/54) were un.er 5 years old. The most lethal pathologies were severe malaria (36%), bacterial pn.umon.a (19.3%), men.n.itis (12.6%), bacterial n.on.tal in.0}ction. (8.6%) an. measles complicated by pn.umon.a (5.3%).
