The aerodynam.c f.ow f.eld downstream.of.a Low-p.essure High-Lif.(HL)turbine cascade has been exp.rim.ntally investigated f.r dif.erent Reynolds num.ers under both steady and unsteady inf.ows,in order to analyse the cascade p.rf.rm.nce under real engine op.rating *** Reynolds num.er has been varied in the range 100000p.er lim.ts are typ.cal of.cruise and take-of./landing conditions,*** ef.ects induced by the incom.ng wakes at the reduced f.equency f.=0.62 on both p.of.le and secondary f.ow losses have been *** p.essure,velocity and secondary kinetic energy distributions at the downstream.tangential p.ane have been m.asured by m.ans of.a m.niaturized 5-hole *** quantities p.ovide inf.rm.tion on both blade wake and secondary f.ow structures(p.ssage and horse-shoe vortices).The analysis of.the results allows the evaluation of.the aerodynam.c p.rf.rm.nce of.the HL f.ont-loaded blade in term. of.both p.of.le and secondary losses.

BACKGROUND Antibody-m.diated rejection f.llowing liver transp.antation(LT)has been increasingly recognized,p.rticularly with resp.ct to the em.rgence of.de novo donor-sp.cif.c antibodies(DSAs)and their im.act on graf. *** substantial evidence f.r adult p.p.lations exists,research f.cusing on p.diatric LT outcom.s rem.ins *** To investigate the p.evalence of.hum.n leukocyte antigen(HLA)m.sm.tches and DSA and evaluate their association with rejection ep.sodes af.er p.diatric *** A cohort of.p.diatric LT recip.ents underwent HLA testing at Santa Casa de p.rto Alegre,Brazil,between Decem.er 2013 and Decem.er *** p.tients who survived f.r>30 days af.er LT with at least one DSA analysis were *** classes I and II and cross-m.tches were *** p.esence of.de novo DSA(dnDSA)was evaluated at least 3 m.nths af.er LT using the Lum.nex®single antigen bead m.thod,with a p.sitive reaction threshold set at 1000 *** ep.sodes were conf.rm.d by liver *** Overall,67 transp.anted children were analyzed;61 received graf.s f.om.living donors,85%of.whom.were related to ***-transp.ant DSA(class I or II)was detected in 28.3%of.p.tients,and dnDSA was detected in 48.4%.The m.dian tim. to DSA detection af.er LT was 19.7[interquartile range(IQR):4.3-35.6]*** rejection occurred in 13 p.tients at f.llow-up.with C4d p.sitivity observed in 5/13 Liver *** m.dian tim. to rejection was 7.8(IQR:5.7-12.8)*** p.esence of.dnDSA was signif.cantly associated with rejection(36%vs 3%,p.0.001).The rejection-f.ee survival rates at 12 and 24 m.nths were 76%vs 100%and 58%vs 95%f.r p.tients with dnDSA anti-DQ vs those without,*** Our f.ndings highlight the im.ortance of.incorp.rating DSA assessm.nt into p.e-and p.st-transp.antation p.otocols f.r p.diatric LT *** im.lications m.y include im.unosup.ression m.nim.zation strategies based on this analysis in p.diatric LT recip

The develop.0}nt, p.oduction and utilization of.renewable energy, energy storage and green hydrogen and the associated technologies in Sri Lanka have great p.tential to contribute to the United Nations' Sustainable Develop.0}nt Goals (SDGs). The island aim. to achieve 70% electricity generation f.om.renewable energy sources by 2030 (within the target of.40% utilization of.renewable energy sources f.r the entire energy generation of.the country by 2030). The p.wer sector has to invest US$11 billion f.om.2023 to 2030 to contribute to reaching this target. This com.entary aim. to p.ovide a critical p.rsp.ctive on the recom.endations of.the rep.rt f.om.the National Science and Technology Com.ission's 9th biennial conf.rence in 2023 on science and technology, the sub-them.tic technical rep.rt on clean energy, energy storage and green hydrogen in line with the SDGs in the Sri Lankan context. The technical rep.rt p.ovides insightf.l recom.endations f.r Sri Lanka's energy sector under three m.in sections: renewable energy, energy storage and green hydrogen. Also, it exp.ores the p.tential of.various renewable energy sources, energy storage system. and green hydrogen as sustainable solutions to address the country's energy challenges while em.hasizing the sp.llover ef.ects of.them. which could contribute to the enterp.ise's job creation and up.if. the econom.. Objective: Botulinum.toxin typ. A is f.equently used to treat crow's f.et lines. However, the op.im.l dose and injection sites are still controversial. The objective of.this study was to com.are the ef.icacy of.dif.erent botulinum.toxin typ. A injection p.tterns f.r the treatm.nt of.crow's f.et. m.thods: This single-center, retrosp.ctive, clinical study was conducted at the National Hosp.tal of.Derm.tology and Venereology f.om.July 2020 to Decem.er 2020. Data on 60 p.tients with crow's f.et were collected and divided into 2 group. (3- or 4-p.int intram.scular injection) according to the intram.scular injection technique the p.tients received. The treatm.nt ef.icacy was assessed based on the changes in the Crow's f.et Grading Scale score at 1, 4, and 16 weeks af.er treatm.nt. Rep.ated m.asures analysis of.variance was used f.r the assessm.nt of.changes in scores over tim. between the two group.. Results: Af.er treatm.nt, the average Crow's f.et Grading Scale score was signif.cantly decreased com.ared with the p.etreatm.nt score at all tim.p.ints (1, 4, and 16 weeks) in both states (dynam.c: f.r 3-p.int intram.scular injection technique, 1 week: 1.90 ± 0.71 vs. 2.97 ± 0.56; 4 weeks: 1.87 ± 0.68 vs. 2.97 ± 0.56; 16 weeks: 2.60 ± 0.67 vs. 2.97 ± 0.56. f.r 4-p.int intram.scular injection technique, 1 week: 1.73 ± 0.83 vs. 3.03 ± 0.49; 4 weeks: 1.73 ± 0.74 vs. 3.03 ± 0.49; 16 weeks: 2.57 ± 0.68 vs. 3.03 ± 0.49, all p.f.r 3-p.int intram.scular injection technique, 1 week: 1.20 ± 0.89 vs. 2.20 ± 0.85; 4 weeks: 1.20 ± 0.89 vs. 2.20 ± 0.85; 16 weeks: 1.87 ± 0.97 vs. 2.20 ± 0.85; f.r 4-p.int intram.scular injection technique, 1 week: 1.50 ± 0.86 vs. 2.30 ± 0.84; 4 weeks: 1.33 ± 0.84 vs. 2.30 ± 0.84; 16 weeks: 1.87 ± 0.97 vs. 2.30 ± 0.84. Background The im.act of.changing land-use p.tterns and associated anthrop.genic threats on scale-dep.ndent habitat use of.sem.-aquatic m.stelids in scent-m.rking and social behaviour can p.ovide im.ortant insights into the habitat ecology of.sm.oth-coated otters(Lutrogale p.rsp.cillata).m.thods We sam.led 180 stream.segm.nts(100–400 m. as sp.tial rep.icates of.60 1-km. sites to record indirect evidence(i.e. sp.aints and m.ss latrine sites) and group.sizes of.sm.oth-coated otters along the Tungabhadra Otter Conservation Reserve(TOCR) during the dry season. To quantif. habitat, we recorded stream.characteristics, rip.rian vegetation, and anthrop.genic disturbances at the local scale, and hydro-environm.ntal characteristics and land uses at the landscap. scale. Using m.rkovian-chain detection and occup.ncy m.dels, we assessed the m.lti-scale habitat use of.otters in their selection of.suitable areas f.r scent-m.rking based on rep.ated p.esence-absence data on sp.aint/latrine locations along the TOCR. We have recently p.op.sed a new technique of.p.asm. tailoring by laser-driven hydrodynam.c shockwaves generated on both sides of.a gas jet[m.rquès et al.,*** 28,023103(2021)].In a continuation of.this num.rical work,we study exp.rim.ntally the inf.uence of.the tailoring on p.oton acceleration driven by a high-intensity p.cosecond laser in three cases:without tailoring,by tailoring only the entrance side of.the p.cosecond laser,and by tailoring both sides of.the gas *** tailoring,the acceleration is transverse to the laser axis,with a low-energy exp.nential sp.ctrum.p.oduced by Coulom. *** the f.ont side of.the gas jet is tailored,a f.rward acceleration ap.ears,which is signif.cantly enhanced when both the f.ont and back sides of.the p.asm. are *** f.rward acceleration p.oduces higher-energy p.otons,with a p.aked sp.ctrum.and is in good agreem.nt with the m.chanism.of.collisionless shock acceleration(CSA).The sp.tiotem.oral evolution of.the p.asm. p.of.le is characterized by op.ical shadowgrap.y of.a p.obe *** ref.action and absorp.ion of.this beam.are sim.lated by p.st-p.ocessing 3D hydrodynam.c sim.lations of.the p.asm. *** with the exp.rim.ntal results allows estim.tion of.the thickness and near-critical density of.the p.asm. slab p.oduced by tailoring both sides of.the gas *** p.ram.ters are in good agreem.nt with those required f.r CSA.

The p.esent study is a system.tic ef.ort to investigate the structure-sensitive m.gnetic p.ram.ters of.Ce^(3+) substituted Ba-Sr hexaf.rrite nanocrystals chem.cally f.rm.lated as Ba_(0.5)Sr_(0.5)Ce_(x)f._(12-x)O_(19) where x=0.0-0.2 with Δx=*** hexaf.rrite p.wders were p.ep.red using the sol-gel self.ignition route and structurally characterized by m.ans of.p.wder X-ray dif.raction and f.urier transf.rm.inf.ared *** creation of.the m.typ. hexaf.rrite p.ase within the synthesized sam.les was revealed f.om.the Rietveld ref.nem.nt of.the X-ray *** occurrence of.a secondary p.ase of.CeO_(2) was revealed within the hexaf.rrites f.r the substitution,x> *** ref.ned X-ray dif.raction data were utilized to com.ute the lattice p.ram.ters,X-ray density,and lattice p.ram.ter *** crystal structure p.otted f.om.the ref.ned XRD data reveals the occup.ncy of.the ions at dif.erent lattice *** Xp. data of.the hexaf.rrite were analyzed to conf.rm.the oxidation states of.the constituent *** nanocrystalline nature of.the hexaf.rrites was revealed f.om.the crystallite sizes calculated using Scherer's *** analysis of.f.IR sp.ctra conf.rm. that only a f.action of.Ce^(3+)accom.odated in the lattice and the rem.ining Ce content reside in the f.rm.of.the CeO_(2) *** m.rp.ology of.the hexaf.rrites was analyzed f.om.the f.SEm.p.of.les of.the f.rrite *** m.gnetic behavior study was p.rf.rm.d by analyzing the Curie tem.erature,hysteresis loop.,and hyp.rf.ne interactions by m.ans of.suscep.ibility,V.S.m.and m.ssbauer sp.ctroscop.,*** hexaf.rrites with increasing coercivity,decreasing saturation m.gnetization,and decreasing Curie tem.erature are rep.rted in the *** substituted Ce^(3+)ions inhibit the grain growth and create lattice im.erf.ctions giving rise to hexaf.rrites with tuned m.gnetic p.ram.ters suitable f.r dif.erent ap.lications.
