In this paper, three-dimensional f.nite element analysis using the commercial ANSYS sof.ware is perf.rmed to study the thermal perf.rmance of.a thermally enhanced f.-PBGA (f.ip-chip plastic ball grid array) assembly in both natural and f.rced convection environments. The thermally enhanced f.-PBGA assembly is a basic f.-PBGA assembly with a lid attached on top, af.er which an extruded-f.n heatsink is attached on the top of.the lid. The f.nite element model is complete enough to include key elements such as bumps, solder balls, substrate, printed circuit board, extruded-f.n heatsink, lid, vias, TIM1 (thermal interf.ce material 1), TIM2 (thermal interf.ce material 2), lid-substrate adhesive and ground planes f.r both signal and power. Temperature f.elds are simulated and presented f.r several package conf.gurations. Thermal resistance is calculated to characterize and compare the thermal perf.rmance by considering alternative design parameters of.the polymer-based materials and the thermal enhancement components. The polymer-based materials include underf.ll, TIM1, TIM2, lid-substrate adhesive and substrate core material. The specif.c thermal enhancement components are the extruded-f.n heatsink and the lid.

Owing to the complex lithology of.unconventional reservoirs,f.eld interpreters usually need to provide a basis f.r interpretation using logging simulation *** the various detection tools that use nuclear sources,the detector response can ref.ect various types of.inf.rmation of.the *** Monte Carlo method is one of.the primary methods used to obtain nuclear detection responses in complex ***,this requires a computational process with extensive random sampling,consumes considerable resources,and does not provide real-time response ***,a novel f.st f.rward computational method(f.CM)f.r nuclear measurement that uses volumetric detection constraints to rapidly calculate the detector response in various complex environments is ***,the data library required f.r the f.CM is built by collecting the detection volume,detector counts,and f.ux sensitivity f.nctions through a Monte Carlo ***,based on perturbation theory and the Rytov approximation,a model f.r the detector response is derived using the f.ux sensitivity f.nction method and a one-group dif.usion *** environmental perturbation is constrained to optimize the model according to the tool structure and the impact of.the f.rmation and borehole within the ef.ective detection ***,the method is applied to a neutron porosity tool f.r *** various complex simulation environments,the maximum relative error between the calculated porosity results of.Monte Carlo and f.CM was 6.80%,with a rootmean-square error of.0.62 *** f.eld well applications,the f.rmation porosity model obtained using f.CM was in good agreement with the model obtained by interpreters,which demonstrates the validity and accuracy of.the proposed method.

A ceramic tube supported γ alumina silica inorganic composite membrane was made by modif.ing a ceramic tube supported γ alumina f.lm with a silica sol using sol gel method. The thickness of.the silica thin f.lm was 750? and the pore diameter was less than 5?.The prepared silica molecular sieve membrane displayed a high hydrogen permeability and high selectivities of.H 2/N 2 and H 2/CO 2 gas mixtures. This composite membrane can be used to separate high purity hydrogen of.more than 99 5% f.om various kinds of.industrial waste gas mixtures containing hydrogen.

A tubular micro f.ltration membrane was prepared with α alumina powder and ceramic tube support using dip coating method. The prepared membrane was characterized by SEM, mercury porosimetry and permeability measurement. The ef.ects of.the suspension properties and the preparation conditions on the structure and the membrane properties were discussed. The membrane was made with a top layer thickness of.50 μm , an average pore diameter of.0 45 μm , a porosity of.42% and a water f.ux of.6 5×10 -2 l/(m 2 h Pa). The membrane has a narrow pore distribution and good strength without crack f.rming, which can be used in industrial micro f.ltration process.

A stable colloidal boehmite sol was made with the aluminium iso propoxide made in China and used to prepare the supported γ alumina membrane using sol gel method. The γ alumina thin layer was characterized by SEM, N 2 sorption method and permeation measurement. The γ alumina membrane was prepared with unif.rm surf.ce, thickness of.3 μm and average diameter of.about 5 nm. The permeabilities of.the single gases of.H 2, N 2, Ar and their separation f.ctors were measured. The experimental data explained a behavior of.Knudsen dif.usion f.r the gas transport through the thin membrane.

An adaptive control approach is presented in this paper f.r tracking desired trajectories in interactive manipulators. The controller design incorporates prescribed perf.rmance f.nctions (PPf.) to improve dynamic perf.rmance. Notably, the perf.rmance of.the output error is conf.ned in an envelope characterized by exponential convergence, leading to convergence to zero. This f.ature ensures a prompt response f.om admittance control and establishes a reliable saf.ty f.amework f.r interactions. Simulation results provide practical insights,demonstrating the viability of.the control scheme proposed in this paper.

The biopharmaceutical industry contributes substantially to volatile organic compounds(VOCs)emissions,causing growing concerns and social developmental *** study conducted an on-site investigation of.the process-based emission of.VOCs f.om three biopharmaceutical *** the workshops of.the three enterprises,26 VOCs were detected,which could be sorted into 4 classes:hydrocarbons,aromatic hydrocarbons,oxygen-containing compounds,and nitrogen-containing *** were the main components of.waste gases,accounting f.r 44.13%-77.85%of.the overall ***-based source prof.les were compiled f.r each process unit,with the f.rmentation and extraction units of.tiamulin f.marate being the main source of.VOC *** heptanone,vinyl acetate,diethylamine,propylene glycol methyl ether(PGME),and benzene were screened as priority pollutants through a f.zzy comprehensive evaluation *** level concentration simulation results of.the Gauss plume dif.usion model demonstrated that the dif.usivity of.VOCs in the atmosphere was relatively high,indicating potential non-carcinogenic and carcinogenic risks 1.5-2 km ***,the process-based f.rmation potentials of.ozone and secondary organic aerosols(SOAs)were determined and indicated that N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone,dimethyl heptanone,and PGME should be pref.rentially controlled to reduce the ozone f.rmation potential,whereas the control of.benzene and chlorobenzene should be prioritized to reduce the generation of.*** results provide a basis f.r understanding the characteristics of.VOC emission by biopharmaceutical industries and their dif.usion,potentially allowing the development of.measures to reduce health risks and secondary pollution.
