the paper introduces a novel approach f.r detecting structural damage in f.ll-scale structures using surrogate models generated f.om incomplete modal data and deep neural networks(DNNs).A signif.cant challenge in this f.eld is the limited availability of.measurement data f.r f.ll-scale structures,which is addressed in this paper by generating data sets using a reduced f.nite element(f.)model constructed by SAP2000 sof.ware and the MAtLAB programming *** surrogate models are trained using response data obtained f.om the monitored structure through a limited number of.measurement *** proposed approach involves training a single surrogate model that can quickly predict the location and severity of.damage f.r all potential *** achieve the most generalized surrogate model,the study explores dif.erent types of.layers and hyperparameters of.the training algorithm and employs state-of.the-art techniques to avoid overf.tting and to accelerate the training *** approach’s ef.ectiveness,ef.iciency,and applicability are demonstrated by two numerical *** study also verif.es the robustness of.the proposed approach on data sets with sparse and noisy measured ***,the proposed approach is a promising alternative to traditional approaches that rely on f. model updating and optimization algorithms,which can be computationally *** approach also shows potential f.r broader applications in structural damage detection.

Calix[n]arenes was utilized to detect PABA,the primary sunscreen *** study investigates the interaction of.calix[4]arene(C4),calix[6]arene(C6),and PABA using the Langmuir method and f.rst-principle density f.nctional theory(Df.).Using the Langmuir-Schaef.r(LS)technique,an ultrathin f.lm composed of.calix[n]arenes and their complexes with PABA was deposited on various *** on the Langmuir study,the PABA molecule was bonded to the lower rims of.both C4 and C6 with the host-guest ratio of.1:*** of.the LS f.lms f.rmed were then characterized by ultravioletvisible spectroscopy(UV-Vis),f.urier-transf.rm inf.ared spectroscopy(f.IR)and carbon,hydrogen,nitrogen,sulf.r elemental analyzer(CHNS).the band gap reduction obtained in the Df. study denotes the charge transf.r interaction with promising reactivity between the calix[n]arenes and *** sensing of.PABA by C4 and C6 is successf.l based on the f.rmation of.bonding between them due to the hosts’ef.ective trapping *** outcomes of.this study could be applied to drug delivery systems f.r f.ture pharmaceutical and medical applications.

We investigate decomposition of.codes and f.nite languages. A prime decomposition is a decomposition of.a code or languages into a concatenation of.nontrivial prime codes or languages. A code is prime if.it cannot be decomposed into at least two nontrivial codes as the same f.r the languages. In the paper, a linear time algorithm is designed, which f.nds the prime decomposition. If.codes or f.nite languages are presented as given by its minimal deterministic automaton, then f.om the point of.view of.abstract algebra and graph theory, this automaton has special properties. the study was conducted using system f.r computational Discrete Algebra GAP. .

Ef.ects of.Supplemental Glutamine and Lysine on Growth Perf.rmance of.Broiler Chickens

the optimum levels of.Lysine and Glutamine needed f.r growth perf.rmance and maintenance of.the chicken broilers were evaluated in a randomized 3 × 4 f.ctorial arrangement of.dietary treatments. the battery cages measured 99 × 66 × 25 cm that can be suf.icient f.r 5 birds. Day old Chicken broilers totaling 180 were assigned to dietary treatments comprising of.3 concentrations of.Lysine (0.85, 1.14, and 1.42) each in combination with 4 concentrations of.Glutamine (0, 1, 2, and 3). Each dietary treatment was replicated 3 times and each replication had 5 birds. the birds were given f.ed and water ad libitum with a 23-hour light regimen f.r a period of.4 weeks. then, the experimental birds were evaluated f.r body weight gain, f.ed consumption, and f.ed conversion in order to determine their optimum requirement f.r dietary Lysine and Glutamine. Based on the f.ndings of.this study, the highest perf.rmance was observed in birds f.d the diet supplemented with 1.42 lysine and 1% glutamine, but the highest improvement in f.ed conversion was observed in diet contain 1.14 and 1.42 with 1% and 3% glutamine, respectively. Birds f.d 1.42 lysine and 1% glutamine had the highest total body weight gain and f.ed consumption. the lysine requirements in the diet f.r Chicken are between 1.14 and 1.42 with glutamine level of.1%.

CompactChain:an ef.icient stateless chain f.r UtXO-model blockchain

In this work,we propose a stateless blockchain called CompactChain,which compacts the entire state of.the UtXO(Unspent transaction Output)based blockchain systems into two RSA *** f.rst accumulator is called transaction Output(tXO)commitment which represents the tXO *** second one is called Spent transaction Output(StXO)commitment which represents the StXO *** this work,we discuss three algorithms:(i)to update the tXO and StXO commitments by the *** miner also provides the proof. f.r the correctness of.the updated commitments;(ii)to prove the transaction’s validity by providing a membership witness in tXO commitment and non-membership witness against StXO commitment f.r a coin being spent by a user;(iii)to update the witness f.r the coin that is not yet spent;the experimental results evaluate the perf.rmance of.the CompactChain in terms of.time taken by a miner to update the commitments and time taken by a validator to verif. the commitments and validate the *** compare the perf.rmance of.CompactChain with the existing state-of.the-art works on stateless *** shows a reduction in commitments update complexity and transaction witness size which inturn reduces the mempool size and propagation latency without compromising the system throughput(transactions per second(tPS)).

On the “Onion Husk” Algorithm f.r Approximate Solution of.the traveling Salesman Problem

the paper describes some implementation aspects of.an algorithm f.r approximate solution of.the traveling salesman problem based on the construction of.convex closed contours on the initial set of.points (“cities”) and their subsequent combination into a closed path (the so-called contour algorithm or “onion husk” algorithm). A number of.heuristics related to the dif.erent stages of.the algorithm are considered, and various variants of.the algorithm based on these heuristics are analyzed. Sets of.randomly generated points of.dif.erent sizes (f.om 4 to 90 and f.om 500 to 10,000) were used to test the algorithms. the numerical results obtained are compared with the results of.two well-known combinatorial optimization algorithms, namely the algorithm based on the branch and bound method and the simulated annealing algorithm. .

Memory def.cit,which is of.en associated with aging and many psychiatric,neurological,and neurodegenerative diseases,has been a challenging issue f.r *** till now,all potential drug candidates have f.iled to produce satisf. ctory ***,in the search f.r a solution,we f.und that a treatment with the gene corresponding to the RGS14414protein in visual area V2,a brain area connected with brain circuits of.the ventral stream and the medial temporal lobe,which is crucial f.r object recognition memory(ORM),can induce enhancement of.*** this study,we demonstrated that the same treatment with RGS14414in visual area V2,which is relatively unaf.ected in neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer s disease,produced longlasting enhancement of.ORM in young animals and prevent ORM def.cits in rodent models of.aging and Alzheimer’s ***,we f.und that the prevention of.memory def.cits was mediated through the upregulation of.neuronal arbo rization and spine density,as well as an increase in brain-derived neurotrophic f.ctor(BDNf..A knockdown of.BDNf.gene in RGS14414-treated aging rats and Alzheimer s disease model mice caused complete loss in the upregulation of.neuronal structural plasticity and in the prevention of.ORM *** f.ndings suggest that BDNf.mediated neuronal structural plasticity in area V2 is crucial in the prevention of.memory def.cits in RGS14414-treated rodent models of.aging and Alzheimer’s ***,our f.ndings of.RGS14414gene-mediated activation of.neuronal circuits in visual area V2 have therapeutic relevance in the treatment of.memory def.cits.
