A Novel f.actional Dengue Transmission Model in the Presence of.wolbachia Using stochastic Based Artif.cial Neural Network

The purpose of.this research work is to investigate the numerical solutions of.the f.actional dengue transmission model(f.TM)in the presence of.wolbachia using the stochastic-based Levenberg-Marquardt neural network(LM-NN)*** f.actional dengue transmission model(f.TM)consists of.12 *** human population is divided into f.ur compartments;susceptible humans(s_(h)),exposed humans(E_(h)),inf.ctious humans(I_(h)),and recovered humans(R_(h)).wolbachia-inf.cted and wolbachia-uninf.cted mosquito population is also divided into f.ur compartments:aquatic(eggs,larvae,pupae),susceptible,exposed,and *** investigated three dif.erent cases of.vertical transmission probability(η),namely when wolbachia-f.ee mosquitoes persist only(η=0.6),when both types of.mosquitoes persist(η=0.8),and when wolbachia-carrying mosquitoes persist only(η=1).The objective of.this study is to investigate the ef.ectiveness of.wolbachia in reducing dengue and presenting the numerical results by using the stochastic structure LM-NN approach with 10 hidden layers of.neurons f.r three dif.erent cases of.the f.actional order derivatives(α=0.4,0.6,0.8).LM-NN approach includes a training,validation,and testing procedure to minimize the mean square error(MsE)values using the ref.rence dataset(obtained by solving the model using the Adams-Bashf.rth-Moulton method(ABM).The distribution of.data is 80% data f.r training,10% f.r validation,and,10% f.r testing purpose)results.A comprehensive investigation is accessible to observe the competence,precision,capacity,and ef.iciency of.the suggested LM-NN approach by executing the MsE,state transitions f.ndings,and regression *** ef.ectiveness of.the LM-NN approach f.r solving the f.TM is demonstrated by the overlap of.the f.ndings with trustworthy measures,which achieves a precision of.up to 10^(-4).

Intelligent traf.ic control requires accurate estimation of.the road states and incorporation of.adaptive or dynamically adjusted intelligent algorithms f.r making the *** this article,these issues are handled by proposing a novel f.amework f.r traf.ic control using vehicular communications and Internet of.Things *** f.amework integrates Kalman f.ltering and *** smoothing Kalman f.ltering,our data f.sion Kalman f.lter incorporates a process-aware model which makes it superior in terms of.the prediction *** traditional Q-learning,our Q-learning algorithm enables adaptive state quantization by changing the threshold of.separating low traf.ic f.om high traf.ic on the road according to the maximum number of.vehicles in the junction *** evaluation,the model has been simulated on a single intersection consisting of.f.ur roads:east,west,north,and south.A comparison of.the developed adaptive quantized Q-learning(AQQL)f.amework with state-of.the-art and greedy approaches shows the superiority of.AQQL with an improvement percentage in terms of.the released number of.vehicles of.AQQL is 5%over the greedy approach and 340%over the state-of.the-art ***,AQQL provides an ef.ective traf.ic control that can be applied in today’s intelligent traf.ic system.

Given their numerous f.nctional and architectural benef.ts,such as improved bearing capacity and increased resistance to elastic instability modes,cold-f.rmed steel(Cf.)built-up sections have become increasingly developed and used in recent years,particularly in the construction *** paper presents an analytical and numerical study of.assembled Cf. two single channel-shaped columns with dif.erent slenderness and conf.gurations(backto-back,f.ce-to-f.ce,and box).These columns were joined by double-row rivets f.r the back-to-back and box conf.gurations,whereas they were welded together f.r the f.ce-to-f.ce *** built-up columns were f.lled with ordinary concrete of.good *** element models were applied,using ABAQUs sof.ware,to assess mechanical perf.rmance and study the inf.uence of.assembly techniques on the behavior of.cold-f.rmed columns under axial *** approaches based on Eurocode 3 and Eurocode 4 recommendations f.r un-f.lled and concrete-f.lled columns respectively were f.llowed f.r the numerical analysis,and concrete conf.nement ef.ects were also considered per American Concrete Institute(ACI)standards f.r f.ce-to-f.ce and box *** obtained results indicated a good correlation between the numerical results and the proposed analytical methodology which did not exceed 8%.The f.ilure modes showed that the columns f.iled due to instabilities such as local and global buckling.

Maf.c and f.lsic magmatism in the wadi Kalalat area, south Eastern Desert, Egypt: mineralogy, geochemistry and geodynamic evolution during the Neoproterozoic in the Nubian shield

In the south Eastern Desert of.Egypt,two contrasting types of.magmatism(maf.c and f.lsic) are recorded in the wadi Kalalat area,and f.rm the Gabal El Motaghiarat and Gabal Batuga intrusions,*** two intrusions post-dates ophiolitic and arc associations represented by serpentinite and metagabbro-diorite,*** maf.c intrusion has a basal ultramaf.c member represented by f.esh peridotite,which is f.llowed upward by olivine gabbro and anorthositic or *** maf.c intrusion pertains to the Alaskan-type maf.c-ultramaf.c intrusions in the Arabian-Nubian shield(ANs)being of.tholeiitic nature and emplaced in a typical arc *** the other hand,the Gabal Batuga intrusion comprises three varieties of.f.esh A-type granites of.high K-calc alkaline nature,which is peraluminous and garnetbearing in parts.A narrow thermal aureole in the olivine gabbro of.the maf.c intrusion was developed due to the intrusion of.the Batuga *** results in the development of.a hornf.lsic melagabbro variety in which the composition changed f.om tholeiitic to a calc-alkaline composition due to the addition of.s_(i)O_(2),Al_(2)O_(3),alkalis,lithosphile elements(LILEs) such as Rb(70 ppm) and Y(28 ppm) f.om the f.lsic *** the thermal aureole,Rb amounts 2-8 ppm and Y lies in the range s believed that the Gabal Batuga f.lsic intrusion started to emplace during the waning stage of.an arc system,with transition f.om the pre-collisional(i.e.,arc setting) to post-collisional and within plate *** f.om which the Gabal Batuga granites were f.actionated is high-K calc-alkaline giving rise to a typical post-collisional A-type granite(A_(2)-subtype) indicating an origin f.om an underplating crustal ***,it is stressed here that the younger granites in the ANs are not exclusively post-collisional and within-plate but most likely they started to develop bef.re closure of.the arc *** possible source(s) of.maf.c magmas

while Pinter's earliest plays have been recognized in the modernist history of.theatre as comedies of.menace and his later plays as political comedies,this article argues that his earliest plays are equally very liable to be interpreted as political *** of.their absurdist dramatization of.people's helpless exposure to external,unidentif.able threats,a common post-wwII characteristic f.ature of.human experience,I claim that The Room and The Dumb waiter(both written 1957,staged 1960),two model examples of.Pinter's earliest oeuvres,do not simply f.llow the aesthetic of.absurdist theatre to express human *** audience's experience of.viewing the theatrical perf.rmances of.both plays in terms of.discursive cyclicality or character normality is subverted into one of.changeability,strangeness,and *** f.reground the political implications of.such revolutionary theatrical experience,Pinter's plays are examined in the light of.his unique use of.def.miliarization,relying not on Brecht's traditional techniques of.singing,dancing,image-projecting,or captioning,but on a simple,dual technique of.image destruction and *** consists of.divesting characters of.their normality and portraying them instead as individuals who identif. only with unusual images of.place,time,body,and *** this special technique of.def.miliarization,both plays are examined to reveal Pinter's central political theme of.undermining reality f.r purposes of.mental and physical subjections.

Background Resuscitation can sometimes be f.tile and making a do-not-resuscitate(DNR)decision is in the best interest of.the *** electronic poor outcome screening(ePOs)score was developed to predict 6-month poor outcomes of.critically ill *** explored the diagnostic accuracy of.the ePOs score in predicting DNR decisions in the intensive care unit(ICU).Methods This study was conducted at the ICU of.a tertiary ref.rral hospital in saudi Arabia between March and May ***,we calculated ePOs scores f.r all eligible consecutive admissions af.er 48 h in the ICU and recorded the DNR *** ability of.the score to predict DNR was explored using logistic ***'s ideal cut-of. value was calculated using the DeLong method,and dif.erent diagnostic accuracy measures were generated with corresponding 95%conf.dence intervals(CIs).Results we enrolled 857 patients,125 received a DNR order and 732 did *** average ePOs score of.DNR and non-DNR patients was 28.2±10.7 and 15.2±9.7,*** score,as a predictor of.DNR order,had an area under receiver operator characteristic(AUROC)curve of.81.8%(95%CI:79.0 to 84.3,Ps ideal cut-of. value>17 was associated with a sensitivity of.87.2(95%CI:80.0 to 92.5,Pspecif.city of.63.9(95%CI:60.3 to 67.4,Psitive predictive value of.29.2(95%CI:24.6 to 33.8,Pf.96.7(95%CI:95.1 to 98.3,Pstic odds ratio 12.1(95%CI:7.0 to 20.8,Psions In this study,the ePOs score perf.rmed well as a diagnostic test f.r patients who will be labeled as DNR during their ICU stay.A cut-of. score>17 may help guide clinical decisions to withhold or commence resuscitative measures.

Alkali-activated materials/geopolymer(AAMs),due to their low carbon emission content,have been the f.cus of.recent studies on ecological *** terms of.perf.rmance,f.y ash and slag are pref.rredmaterials f.r precursors f.r developing a one-part ***,determining the optimum content of.the input parameters to obtain adequate perf.rmance is quite challenging and scarcely ***,in this study,machine learning methods such as artif.cial neural networks(ANN)and gene expression programming(GEP)models were developed usingMATLAB and GeneXprotools,respectively,f.r the prediction of.compressive strength under variable input materials and content f.r f.y ash and slag-based one-part *** database f.r this study contains 171 points extracted f.om literature with input parameters:f.y ash concentration,slag content,calcium hydroxide content,sodium oxide dose,water binder ratio,and curing *** perf.rmance of.the two models was evaluated under various statistical indices,namely correlation coef.icient(R),mean absolute error(MAE),and rootmean square error(RMsE).In terms of.the strength prediction ef.icacy of.a one-part geopolymer,ANN outperf.rmed *** and parametric analysis were also perf.rmed to identif. the signif.cant contributor to *** to a sensitivity analysis,the activator and slag contents had the most ef.ects on the compressive strength at 28 *** water binder ratio was shown to be directly connected to activator percentage,slag percentage,and calcium hydroxide percentage and inversely related to compressive strength at 28 days and curing temperature.

Inf.uence of.Various Earth-Retaining walls on the Dynamic Response Comparison Based on 3D Modeling

The present work aims to assess earthquake-induced earth-retaining(ER)wall *** study is on the dynamics analysis of.various earth-retaining wall designs in hollow precast concrete panels,reinf.rcement concrete f.cing panels,and gravity-type earth-retaining *** f.nite element(f.)simulations utilized a 3D plane strain condition to model f.ll-scale ER walls and numerous nonlinear dynamics *** seismic perf.rmance of.dif.erentmodels,which includes reinf.rcement concrete panels and gravity-type and hollowprecast concrete ER walls,was simulated and examined using the f. *** also displays comparative studies such as stress distribution,def.ection of.the wall,acceleration across the wall height,lateral wall displacement,lateral wall pressure,and backf.ll plastic *** components of.the created ER walls were f.und throughout this research *** is a granular reinf.rcement backf.ll,while the other is a wall-f.cing panel and base *** dynamic response ef.ects of.varied earth-retaining walls have also been *** was discovered that the f.cing panel of.the model signif.cantly impacts the earthquake-induced displacement of.ER *** proposed analytical model’s validity has been evaluated and compared with the reinf.rcement concrete f.cing panels,gravity-type ER wall,scientif.cally available data,and American Association of.state Highway and Transportation Of.icials(AAsHTO)guidelines results based on f. *** results of.the observations indicate that the hollow pref.bricated concrete ER wall is the most f.asible option due to its lower displacement and high-stress distribution compared to the two *** methodology and results of.this study establish standards f.r f.ture analogous investigations and prof.ssionals,particularly in light of.the increasing computational capabilities of.desktop computers.

Peripheral artery disease(PAD)is a common condition characterized by atherosclerosis in the peripheral arteries,associated with concomitant coronary and cerebrovascular *** convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9(PCsK9)inhibitors are a class of.drugs that have shown potential in hypercholesterolemic *** review f.cuses on the ef.icacy,saf.ty,and clinical outcomes of.PCsK9 inhibitors in PAD based on the literature indexed by *** such as f.URIER and ODYssEY demonstrate the ef.icacy of.evolocumab and alirocumab in reducing cardiovascular events,of.ering a potential treatment option f.r PAD *** evaluations f.om trials show f.w adverse events,most of.which are injection-site reactions,indicating the overall saf.ty prof.le of.PCsK9 *** outcomes show a reduction in cardiovascular events,ischemic strokes,and major adverse limb ***,despite these positive f.ndings,PCsK9 inhibitors are still underutilized in clinical practice,possibly due to a lack of.awareness among care providers and cost *** research is needed to establish the long-term ef.ects and cost-ef.ectiveness of.PCsK9 inhibitors in PAD patients.
