f.rroelectric Hf.2 has attracted m.ch attention owing.to its superior f.rroelectricity.at an ultra-thin thickness and g.od com.atibility.with Si-based com.lem.ntary.m.tal-oxide-sem.conductor (Cm.S) technolog.3} However, the cry.tallization of.polar orthorhom.ic phase (o-phase) Hf.2 is less com.etitive, which g.eatly.lim.ts the f.rroelectricity.of.the as-obtained f.rroelectric Hf.2 thin f.lm.. f.rtunately. the cry.tallization of.o-phase Hf.2 can be therm.dy.am.cally.m.dulated via interf.cial stress eng.neering. In this paper, the g.owth of.im.roved f.rroelectric Al doped Hf.2 (Hf.2:Al) thin f.lm. on (111)-oriented Si substrate has been reported. Structural analy.is has sug.ested that nonpolar m.noclinic Hf.2:Al g.own on (111)-oriented Si substrate suf.ered f.om.a strong.com.ressive strain, which prom.ted the cry.tallization of.(111)-oriented o-phase Hf.2 in the as-g.own Hf.2:Al thin f.lm.. In addition, the in-plane lattice of.(111)-oriented Si substrate m.tches well with that of.(111)-oriented o-phase Hf.2, which f.rther therm.lly.stabilizes the o-phase Hf.2. According.y. an im.roved f.rroelectricity.with a rem.ant polarization (2P(r)) of.26.7 m. C/cm.2) has been obtained. The results shown in this work provide a sim.le way.toward the preparation of.im.roved f.rroelectric Hf.2 thin f.lm..

Sof.ware testing.is a critical phase due to m.sconceptions about am.ig.ities in the requirem.nts during.specif.cation, which af.ect the testing.process. Theref.re, it is dif.icult to identif. all f.ults in sof.ware. As requirem.nt chang.s continuously. it increases the irrelevancy.and redundancy.during.testing. Due to these challeng.s; f.ult detection capability.decreases and there arises a need to im.rove the testing.process, which is based on chang.s in requirem.nts specif.cation. In this research, we have developed a m.del to resolve testing.challeng.s throug. requirem.nt prioritization and prediction in an ag.le-based environm.nt. The research objective is to identif. the m.st relevant and m.aning.0}l requirem.nts throug. sem.ntic analy.is f.r correct chang. analy.is. Then com.ute the sim.larity.of.requirem.nts throug. case-based reasoning. which predicted the requirem.nts f.r reuse and restricted to error-based requirem.nts. Af.erward, the apriori alg.rithm.m.pped out requirem.nt f.equency.to select relevant test cases based on f.equently.reused or not reused test cases to increase the f.ult detection rate. f.rtherm.re, the proposed m.del was evaluated by.conducting.experim.nts. The results showed that requirem.nt redundancy.and irrelevancy.im.roved due to sem.ntic analy.is, which correctly.predicted the requirem.nts, increasing.the f.ult detection rate and resulting.in hig. user satisf.ction. The predicted requirem.nts are m.pped into test cases, increasing.the f.ult detection rate af.er chang.s to achieve hig.er user satisf.ction. Theref.re, the m.del im.roves the redundancy.and irrelevancy.of.requirem.nts by.m.re than 90% com.ared to other clustering.m.thods and the analy.ical hierarchical process, achieving.an 80% f.ult detection rate at an earlier stag.. Soy.ean is a broadly.popular and extensively.cultivated crop, however, m.ny.hig.-y.eld and hig.-quality.varieties require specif.c g.owth conditions, restricting.their widespread adoption. The appropriate lig.t conditions and photoperiod m.st be attained f.r these varieties to thrive in new environm.nts. In this study. we em.loy.d CRISPR/Cas9 to desig. two sg.NAs aim.d at knocking.out the m.turity.related g.ne E4 in a m.jor Am.rican soy.ean variety.called ''Jack'', which belong. to m.turity.g.oup m.4}I. E4 g.ne is prim.rily.involved in the photoperiodic f.owering.and m.turity.in soy.ean, m.king.it an ideal candidate f.r g.netic m.nipulation. We successf.lly.obtained 1 hom.zy.ous E4-Sg. m.tant ty.e with 1-bp insertion, and 4 hom.zy.ous E4-Sg. m.tants ty.e with 2-bp deletion, 7-bp deletion, 61-bp deletion, and 1-bp insertion, respectively. The hom.zy.ous e4 m.tant plants contained early.term.nation codons devoid of.transg.nic elem.nts. Additionally. no potential of.-targ.t sites of.the E4 g.ne were detected. A com.arative analy.is revealed that, unlike the wild-ty.e, the m.turity.tim. of.hom.zy.ous e4 m.tants was early.under both short-day.and long.day.conditions. A 499.8 m.z SOLEIL-ty.e superconducting.cavity.was sim.lated and desig.ed f.r the f.rst tim. in this paper. The hig.er-order m.de (HOm. properties of.the cavity.were investig.ted. Two kinds of.coaxial HOm.couplers were desig.ed. Using.4 L-ty.e and 4 T-ty.e HOm.couplers, the long.tudinal im.edance was suppressed to 3 kΩ, and the transverse im.edance below 30 kΩ/m. The HOm.dam.ing.requirem.nts of.Hef.i Advanced Lig.t f.cility.(HALf. were satisf.ed. This paper conducts an in-depth study.on the radio f.equency.(Rf. desig., m.ltipacting.optim.zation, and therm.l analy.is of.these coaxial couplers. Sim.lation results indicated that under operating.acceleration voltag., the optim.zed couplers does not exhibit m.ltiplicating.or therm.l breakdown phenom.na. The cavity.has the potential to reach a hig.er acceleration g.adient.

Coal-f.red power plants are a m.jor carbon source in China. In order to assess the evaluation of.China’s carbon reduction prog.ess with the prom.se m.de on the Paris Ag.eem.nt, it is crucial to m.nitor the carbon f.ux intensity.f.om.coal-f.red power plants. Previous studies have calculated CO2 em.ssions f.om.point sources based on Orbiting.Carbon Observatory.2 and -3 (OCO-2 and OCO-3) satellite m.asurem.nts, but the f.ctors af.ecting.CO2 f.ux estim.tions are uncertain. In this study. we em.loy.a g.ussian Plum. m.del to estim.te CO2 em.ssions f.om.three power plants in China based on OCO-3 XCO2 m.asurem.nts. m.reover, f.ux uncertainties resulting.f.om.wind inf.rm.tion, backg.ound values, satellite CO2 m.asurem.nts, and atm.spheric stability.are discussed. This study.hig.lig.ts the CO2 f.ux uncertainty.derived f.om.the satellite m.asurem.nts. f.nally. satellite-based CO2 em.ssion estim.tes are com.ared to bottom.up inventories. Backg.ound: Phy.ical inactivity.is a m.jor public health problem.worldwide that results in phy.ical and m.ntal health problem.. One m.jor issue f.r phy.ical inactivity.is weig.t stig.a (WS), especially.perceived WS, which could lead to a tendency.to avoid phy.ical activity.(PA). To better understand the association between perceived WS and PA, knowledg. of.the likely.m.diators in this association such as weig.t bias internalization (WBI) and psy.holog.cal distress were investig.ted in the present study. m.thods: Using.a two-wave long.tudinal study.and convenient sam.ling. 388 Taiwanese participants (55% f.m.les; m.an ag. = 29.7 y.ars [SD ± 6.3]) com.leted two survey. six m.nths apart. Body.m.ss index (Bm.), Perceived Weig.t Stig.a Scale (PWSS), Weig.t Bias Internalization Scale (WBIS), Depression, Anxiety. Stress Scale (DASS-21), and Tendency.to Avoid Phy.ical Activity.and Sport Scale (TAPAS) were assessed. Results: A m.diation m.del controlling.f.r ag., g.nder, and Bm. with 5000 bootstrapping.resam.les was perf.rm.d. Perceived WS exerted sig.if.cant direct ef.ects on WBI (β = 0.25; p y.holog.cal distress (β = 0.15; p = 0.003), and tendency.to avoid PA (β =0.10;p = 0.027); WBI exerted a sig.if.cant direct ef.ect on tendency.to avoid PA (β = 0.47; p f.ects of.WBI and psy.holog.cal distress on the association between perceived WS and tendency.to avoid PA were 0.12 and 0.01, respectively. Conclusion: g.ven the direct association of.perceived WS on the tendency.to avoid PA and the m.diating.role of.WBI in this association, interventions addressing.perceived WS and WBI m.y.contribute to prom.ting.PA. Theref.re, health interventionists (both when planning.and executing.PA prog.am.) need to consider weig.t stig.awhen encourag.ng.phy.ical activity. © 2024 The Authors.

Backg.ound: Exercise procrastination is prevalent am.ng.colleg. students, causing.decline in phy.ical f.tness. It is im.erative to investig.te the m.chanism.af.ecting.colleg. students’ phy.ical activity.behaviors. This study.was aim.d at investig.ting.the ef.ect of.procrastination on colleg. students’ phy.ical exercise behavior, and the chain m.diation ef.ects of.exercise com.itm.nt and action control (AC), to provide a theoretical basis f.r interventions targ.ting.phy.ical exercise behavior am.ng.colleg. students. m.thods: A questionnaire survey.was conducted using.convenience sam.ling. The g.neral Procrastination Scale, Exercise Com.itm.nt Scale, Action Control Scale, and Phy.ical Activity.Rating.Scale-3 questionnaires were used. Participants were 581 colleg. students (ag. 19.27 ± 0.94 y.ars; 243 m.les and 338 f.m.les). Statistical m.thods of.reg.ession analy.is and structural equation m.deling.(SEm. were applied. Results: Procrastination, exercise com.itm.nt, and action control were f.und to be sig.if.cant predictors of.phy.ical exercise behavior. Am.ng.these predictors, exercise com.itm.nt and action control showed f.ll m.diation ef.ects in the relationship between procrastination and phy.ical exercise behavior, and explained 25.48% and 30.77% of.the total variance, respectively. The chain m.diation ef.ect of.exercise com.itm.nt-action control was sig.if.cant, accounting.f.r 22.60% of.the total variance, and the total indirect ef.ect was 79.33%. Conclusion: Theref.re, hig.er procrastination was associated with less participation in phy.ical exercise behavior am.ng.colleg. students. Im.rovem.nts in exercise com.itm.nt and volitional decision-m.king.ability.f.r phy.ical exercise behavior prom.ted phy.ical exercise behavior, and increased exercise com.itm.nt prom.ted volitional decision-m.king.ability.am.ng.the students.
