A Q-switched distributed Bragg reflector fiber laser using a graphene passive saturable absorber is proposed in a cavity consisting of a fiber Bragg grating and faraday rotator mirror as end mirrors, together with a highly doped erbium-doped fiber as a gain source. The laser has a Q-switched threshold of about 28 mW and a tunable repetition rate of 10.4-18.0 kHz with varying pump power. The shortest pulse width obtained from the system is 3.7 its, with a maximum pulse energy and peak power of 22.2 nJ and 3.4 mW, respectively.

Glasses with chemical formula of {[(TeO2)0.7(B2O3)0.3]0.8[SiO2]0.2}1-x{MnO2}x where x = 0.00 ≤ x ≤ 0.05 molar fraction were fabricated using melt quenching technique. The temperature used in the heat treatment process of the glass sample is 600?C. Calorimetric measurement had been carried out to study the thermal properties of the fabricated glass. The crystallization kinetics of the glass system we reexamined under non-isothermal conditions via differential scanning calorimetric (dSC). The glass transition (Tg), onset glass transition (To), maximum crystallization temperature (Tc) and melting temperature (Tm) were determined. Results from dSC proved that the studied glasses have good thermal stability (Ts) in which indicates its high resistance to devitrification. Strong indicator for the glass forming ability of a glass material, Hurby parameter (Kgl) was also calculated in this research.

The precise brain tumor diagnosis is critical and shows a vital role in the medical support for treating tumor *** brain tumor segmentation for cancer analysis from many Magnetic Resonance Images(MRIs)created in medical practice is a problematic and timewasting task for *** a result,there is a critical necessity for more accurate computeraided methods for early tumor *** remove this gap,we enhanced the computational power of a computer-aided system by proposing a finetuned Block-Wise Visual Geometry Group19(BW-VGG19)*** this method,a pre-trained VGG19 is fine-tuned with CNN architecture in the block-wise mechanism to enhance the system`s *** publicly accessible Contrast-Enhanced Magnetic Resonance Imaging(CE-MRI)dataset collected from 2005 to 2020 from different hospitals in China has been used in this *** proposed method is simple and achieved an accuracy of 0.98%.We compare our technique results with the existing Convolutional Neural network(CNN),VGG16,and VGG19 *** results indicate that our proposed technique outperforms the best results associated with the existing methods.

This research is focused on the analysis of the sequence stratigraphic units of f3 Block,within a wave-dominated delta of Plio–Pleistocene *** wells of f3 block and a 3d seismic data,are utilized in this *** conventional techniques of 3d seismic interpretation were utilized to mark the 11 surfaces on the seismic *** of seismic sequence stratigraphic interpretation,using well logs,and subsequent 3d geostatistical modeling,using seismic data,aided to evaluate the shallow hydrocarbon *** resulting models were obtained using System Tract and facies models,which were generated by using sequential stimulation method and their variograms made by spherical method,moreover,these models are validated via *** Cdf curve generated from upscaling of well logs using geometric method,shows a good relation with less percentage of errors(1 to 2 for facies and 3 to 4 for System Tract models)between upscaled and raw data that complements the resulted *** approaches help us to delineate the best possible reservoir,lateral extent of system tracts(LST and/or HST)in the respective surface,and distribution of sand and shale in the *** clinoform break points alteration observed on seismic sections,also validates the sequence stratigraphic *** GR log-based facies model and sequence stratigraphy-based System Tract model of SU-04-2 showed the reservoir characteristics,presence of sand bodies and majorly LST,respectively,mainly adjacent to the main fault of the studied ***,on the seismic section,SU-04-2 exhibits the presence of gas pockets at the same location that also complements the generated facies and System Tract *** generated models can be utilized for any similar kind of study and for the further research in the f3 block reservoir characterization.

Abnormal growth of brain tissues is the real cause of brain *** for the diagnosis of brain tumor at initial stages is one of the key step for saving the life of a *** manual segmentation of brain tumor magnetic resonance images(MRIs)takes time and results vary significantly in low-level *** address this issue,we have proposed a ResNet-50 feature extractor depended on multilevel deep convolutional neural network(CNN)for reliable images segmentation by considering the low-level features of *** this model,we have extracted features through ResNet-50 architecture and fed these feature maps to multi-level CNN *** handle the classification process,we have collected a total number of 2043 MRI patients of normal,benign,and malignant *** model CNN,multi-level CNN,and ResNet-50 based multi-level CNN have been used for detection and classification of brain *** the model results are calculated in terms of various numerical values identified as precision(P),recall(R),accuracy(Acc)and f1-score(f1-S).The obtained average results are much better as compared to already existing *** modified transfer learning architecture might help the radiologists and doctors as a better significant system for tumor diagnosis.

Extensive use of lambda-cyhalothrin（LC） for agricultural and domestic pest control leads to the accumulation of its residues in soil and water,which poses a serious threat to the *** of LC at the point source is the most effective way to avoid its spread and harmful ***,this study was planned to investigate the potential of indigenously isolated bacteria for the remediation of LC in cotton-vegetated *** potent LC-degrading bacteria,Brucella intermedia Halol,Alcaligenes faecalis CH1S,and Aquamicrobium terrae CH1T,were isolated from a pyrethroid-contaminated soil.A consortium CHST comprising these three strains was found to exhibit a higher potential for LC degradation as compared to the individual *** degradation of LC by CHST was optimized for four varying factors,i.e.,pH,inoculum density（Id）,carbon source（CS）,and initial pesticide（i.e.,LC）concentration（PC）,by applying Taguchi design of *** contributions of these factors to the biodegradation of LC were found to be in the order of pH> CS> PC> *** enhanced degradation of LC（84%） was attained at pH 7.0 in minimum salt medium containing 10 mg L-1LC and 3% *** consortium CHST was also augmented in sterilized and unsterilized soil microcosms at three PCs,i.e.,2,5,and 10 mg *** 21 d of incubation,complete LC degradation was achieved at 2 mg kg-1PC in sterilized as well as unsterilized soil,whereas at higher PCs,the extent of degradation was comparatively *** PC of 5 mg kg-1,88% and 96% LC degradation were observed in sterilized and unsterilized soils,respectively,compared to 79% and90% degradation at 10 mg kg-1,*** biodegradation,the major metabolite of LC,i.e.,3-phenoxybenzoic acid,was produced and further *** a cotton-planted soil spiked with 10 mg kg-1LC,the consortium degraded 91.8% LC,as well as improving the agronomic parameters of the cotton *** a nutshell,the consortium CHST was found to be a promising
