Based on bibliographic research, the article examines how pharmaceuticals address people‟s sexual needs and desires,stimulated by creative economy. The main argument indicates that pharmaceuticals create conditions for do-it-yourself sexualities,based on bodily stereotypes disseminated by creative industries, which reflect dominant heteronormative discourses. People shapetheir bodies, enhance sexual experiences, and foster sexual hygiene and prevention of sexually transmitted infections.

Objective:To investigate the isolation of enterobacteria associated with Macrobrachium amazonicum(***) farming and evaluate the in vitro antimicrobial susceptibility of Vibrio ***:strains were isolated from female *** prawns and environmental and hatchery *** assays were used to identify bacterial genera and those belonging to the genus Vibrio were submitted to further analyses for species identification,through Vitek 2 automated system and *** test was performed according to Clinical Laboratory standards ***:The following genera of enlerobacteria were recovered:Enterobacter(n=11),Citrobacter(n=10),Proteus(n=2),serratia(n=2),Kluyvera(n=2),Providencia(n=2),Cedecea(n=1),Escherichia(n=1).Edwardsiella(n=1) and BulliauxeUa(n=1).As for Vibrio,three species were identified:Vibrio cholerae non-O1/non-O139(n=4).Vibrio vulnificus(***)(n=1) and Vibrio mimicus(n=1).Vibrio *** minimum inhibitory concentrations values within the susceptibility range established by Clinical Laboratory standards Institute for almost all antibiotics,except for ***,which presented intermediate profile to ***:Enterobacteria do not seem to be the most important pathogens associated with *** farming,whereas the recovery of Vibrio *** larviculture,with emphasis on Vibrio cholerae and ***,deserves special attention due to their role as potentially zoonotic aquaculture-associated ***,the intermediate susceptibility of *** to ampicillin reflects the importance of monitoring drug use in prawn farming.

Objective: To evaluate the genetic diversity of clinical and environmental isolates of Burkholderia pseudomallei(***) recovered in Ceara, Brazil, and screen these isolates for the presence of type three secretion system virulence ***: Nineteen *** isolates(9 from clinical cases and 10 from soils)were *** amplified polymorphic DNA was performed with primers OPQ-2, OPQ-4 and OPQ-16 to evaluate the genetic diversity, and type three secretion system gene was detected through polymerase chain ***: Random amplified polymorphic DNA showed a genetic relatedness of approximately 50% among the tested *** isolates, which were grouped into two clades, of which the biggest ones comprised 18/19 isolates for primer OPQ-2, and 17/19 isolates for primer *** OPQ-4 grouped the isolates into three clades comprising 1/19, 3/19 and 15/19 ***, type three secretion system gene was detected in all tested ***: This is an effort to type *** strains from Ceara, which is important for better understanding this pathogen, contributing for the epidemiological surveillance of melioidosis in this endemic region.

Based on bibliographic research,the article analyzes how queer architecture challenged gentrification,real estate speculation,and segregation of minorities in creative *** results show that the architecture of queer spaces can be understood as a practice of gender and sexual resistance and biopolitical disobedience,as the capitalist architecture worked as a biopolitical technology for producing gender and sexuality and shaping political and sexual identities through techniques of surveillance and the construction of the public/private divide for controlling gender and sexual reproduction.

The World society for Virology(WsV) was founded and incorporated as a nonprofit organization in the United states in 2017. WsV seeks to strengthen and support both virological research and virologists who conduct research of viruses that affect humans, other animals, plants, and other organisms. One of the objectives of WsV is to connect virologists worldwide and support collaboration. fulfilling this objective, virologists from fourteen countries in North America,Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East met on 25–27 th August 2019 in stockholm, sweden at the Karolinska University Hospital for the first Committee Meeting of WsV. This meeting included compelling keynote and honorary speeches and a series of 18 scientific talks were given encompassing a diverse array of subjects within virology. followed by the scientific session, a business session was held where multiple aspects and next steps of the society were discussed and charted out.

Three-phase induction motors are becoming increasingly utilized in industrialﬁeld due to their better efﬁciency and simple *** speed control of an induction motor is essential in a variety of applications,but it is dif-ﬁcult to *** research analyses the three-phase induction motor’s perfor-mance usingﬁeld-oriented control(fOC)and direct torque control(DTC)*** major aim of this work is to provide a critical evaluation of devel-oping a simple speed controller for induction motors with improving the perfor-mance of Induction Motor(IM).for controlling a motor,different optimization approaches are accessible;in this research,a fuzzy Logic Controller(fLC)with fractional Order Darwinian Particle swarm Optimization(fODPsO)algorithm is presented to control the induction *** fOC and DTC are controlled using fODPsO,and their performance is compared to the traditional fOC and DTC *** scheme had its own simulation model,and the results were com-pared using hardware experimental and *** terms of time domain speciﬁcations and torque improvement,the proposed technique surpasses the existing method.

One of the most accurate approaches for calculating lattice thermal conductivity,κ_(l),is solving the Boltzmann transport equation starting from third-order anharmonic force *** addition to the underlying approximations of ab-initio parameterization,two main challenges are associated with this path:high computational costs and lack of automation in the frameworks using this methodology,which affect the discovery rate of novel materials with ad-hoc ***,the Automatic Anharmonic Phonon Library(AAPL)is *** efficiently computes interatomic force constants by making effective use of crystal symmetry analysis,it solves the Boltzmann transport equation to obtain κ_(l),and allows a fully integrated operation with minimum user intervention,a rational addition to the current high-throughput accelerated materials development framework ***“experiment ***”study of the approach is shown,comparing accuracy and speed with respect to other available packages,and for materials characterized by strong electron localization and *** AAPL with the pseudo-hybrid functional ACBN0 is possible to improve accuracy without increasing computational requirements.

The therapeutic promise of small interfering RNAs （siRNAs） for specific gene silencing is dependent on the successful delivery of functional siRNAs to the cytoplasm. Their conjugation to an established delivery platform, such as gold nanoparticles, offers tremendous potential for treating diseases and advancing our understanding of cellular processes. Their success or failure is dependent on both the uptake of the nanoparticles into the cells and subsequent intracellular release of the functional siRNA. In this study, utilizing gold nanoparticle siRNA-mediated delivery against C-MYC, we aimed to determine if we could achieve knockdown in a cancer cell line with low levels of intracellular glutathione, and determine the influence, if any, of polyethylene glycol （PEG） ligand density on knockdown, with a view to determining the optimal nanoparticle design to achieve C-MYC knockdown. We demonstrate that, regardless of the PEG density, knockdown in cells with relatively low glutathione levels can be achieved, as well as the possible effect of steric hindrance of PEG on the availability of the siRNA for cleavage in the intracellular environment. Gold nanoparticle uptake was demonstrated via transmission electron microscopy and mass spectroscopy, while knockdown was determined at the protein and physiological levels （cells in s-phase） by in-cell westerns and BrdU incorporation, respectively.
