Alzheimer’s disease（AD）is a neurodegenerative disorder characterized by accumulation of amyloid plaques and neurofibrillary *** to the development of these characteristic pathological hallmarks of AD,anterograde axonal transport is ***,the key proteins that initiate these intracellular impairments remain *** collapsin response mediator protein-2（CRMP-2）plays an integral role in kinesin-1-dependent axonal transport and there is evidence that phosphorylation of CRMP-2releases ***,we tested the hypothesis that amyloid-beta（Aβ）-dependent phosphorylation of CRMP-2 disrupts its association with the kinesin-1（an anterograde axonal motor transport protein）in *** found that brain sections and lysates from AD patients demonstrated elevated phosphorylation of CRMP-2 at the T555 ***,in the transgenic Tg2576 mouse model of familial AD（FAD）that exhibits Aβaccumulation in the brain with age,we found substantial co-localization of p T555CRMP-2and dystrophic *** SH-SY5Y differentiated neuronal cultures,Aβ-dependent phosphorylation of CRMP-2 at the T555 site was also elevated and this reduced the CRMP-2 association with *** overexpression of an unphosphorylatable form of CRMP-2 in neurons promoted the re-establishment of CRMP-2-kinesin association and axon *** data suggest that Aβ-dependent phosphorylation of CRMP-2 at the T555 site may directly impair anterograde axonal transport protein function,leading to neuronal defects.

Pancreatic cancer(PC)is an aggressive and lethal neoplasm,ranking seventh in the world for cancer deaths,with an overall 5-year survival rate of below 10%.The knowledge about PC pathogenesis is rapidly *** aspects of tumor biology,including its molecular and morphological heterogeneity,have been reported to explain the complicated“cross-talk”that occurs between the cancer cells and the tumor stroma or the nature of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma-associated neural ***,currently,there are no specific and sensitive diagnosis options for *** spectroscopy(VS)shows a promising role in the development of early diagnosis *** this review,we summarize recent reports about improvements in spectroscopic methodologies,briefly explain and highlight the drawbacks of each of them,and discuss available *** important aspects of spectroscopic data evaluation with multivariate analysis and a convolutional neural network methodology are *** conclude by presenting a study design for systemic verification of the VS-based methods in the diagnosis of PC.

Work Transformations and Their Consequences for the Personal Life of Workers

The civilisation transformations which occur in the sphere of human work, have a strong influence over their functioning both in the professional and extraprofessional spheres. Scientific analyses, as well as everyday observation, suggest that there are increases in the tension between work and personal life, which results in imbalance and perceiving both the spheres as mutually contradictory, as well as having adverse consequences for workers and their families, organisations, the society, and economics. As regards this occurrence, the aim of the article is to show selected civilizational trends which generate the issues with maintaining work--personal life balance of contemporary humans. The article is of theoretical character and is based on the method of critical literature analysis, as well as on the analysis of formal-legal documents, reports, and statistical sources. The theoretical-case analyses let one formulate a conclusion that the transformation one undergone in the sphere of professional work often bears adverse consequences for the sphere of workers＇ personal lives and this should be a significant scientific research field.
