Up to now,the DNA molecule adsorbed on a surface was believed to always preserve its native *** belief implies a negligible contribution of lateral surface forces during and after DNA adsorption although their impact has never been ***-resolution atomic force microscopy was used to observe that stiff DNA molecules kinetically trapped on monomolecular films comprising one-dimensional periodically charged lamellar templates as a single layer or as a sublayer are oversaturated by sharp discontinuous kinks and can also be locally melted and *** argue that kink/anti-kink pairs are induced by an overcritical lateral bending stress(>30 pNnm)inevitable for the highly anisotropic 1D-1D electrostatic interaction of DNA and underlying rows of positive surface *** addition,the unexpected kink-inducing mechanical instability in the shape of the template-directed DNA confined between the positively charged lamellar sides is observed indicating the strong impact of *** previously reported anomalously low values of the persistence length of the surface-adsorbed DNA are explained by the impact of the surface-induced low-scale *** sites of the local melting and supercoiling are convincingly introduced as other lateral stress-induced structural DNA anomalies by establishing a link with DNA high-force *** results open up the study in the completely unexplored area of the principally anomalous kinetically trapped DNA surface conformations in which the DNA local mechanical response to the surface-induced spatially modulated lateral electrostatic stress is essentially *** underlying rich and complex in-plane nonlinear physics acts at the nanoscale beyond the scope of applicability of the worm-like chain approximation.

The Research of Laminar-Turbulent Transition in Hypersonic Three-Dimensional Boundary Layer

The results of experimental investigation of laminar-turbulent transition in three-dimensional flow under the high continuous pressure gradient including the flow with local boundary layer separation are presented. The experimental studies were performed within the Mach number range from 4 to 6 and Reynolds number 10-60×106 1/m, the angles of attack were 0° and 5°. The experiments were carried out on the three-dimensional convergent inlet model with and without sidewalls. The influence of artificial tubulator of boundary layer on transition and flow structure was studied. The conducted researches have shown that adverse pressure gradient increase hastens transition and leads to decrease of transition area length. If pressure gradient rises velocity profile fullness increases and profile transformation from laminar to turbulent occurs. As a result of it the decrease of separation area length occurs. The same effect was reached with Reynolds number increase. These results are compared with the data on two-dimensional model with longitudinal curvature.

Influence of dust particles on spatial distributions of particles and fluxes in positive column of glow discharge

The research herein examined the results of numerical simulations of the positive column of a glow discharge in argon dusty plasma using COMSOL Multiphysics software under conditions similar to the project known as *** scenarios dealing with formations of spatial distributions of densities and fluxes for charged particles were studied,and evaluations of the influence of dust particles on the discharge were obtained in a wide range of dust *** extreme cases were distinguished:weak dust influence when the densities,fluxes and electric field profiles are not perturbed,and strong dust influence when all three density profiles(electrons,ions and charged dust)in the dust cloud are similar(parallel)to each other,resulting in all created charges in the dust cloud being lost inside the *** such a case,the ambipolar field and the transport of charged particles are decreased in the dust cloud,and any ambipolar flux is almost absent within the cloud.

Thermoelectric and electrical characteristics of SmS ceramic samples after exposure to a pulsed magnetic field

Samarium monosulfide(SmS)is a promising material for creating thermoelectric generators(TEG),gas sensors and strain *** the high values of the generated thermo electromotive force(TEMF)(α≈170-350μv/K),methods for increasing the efficiency of TEGs based on SmS are of considerable *** of these methods can be short-term effects of magnetic fields,including pulsed ones,on these *** action of a pulsed magnetic field(PMF)leading to an increase in TEMF(U)of SmS ceramic samples is *** that are not subjected to high frequency currents(HFC)annealing show an increase in UT of 44.54%-62.18%(from 11.9 to 17.2-19.3 mv).The conductivity(σ)of the samples is~22 Q/cm and is insensitive to short-term exposure to a *** that undergo HFC annealing show an increase in Uof 23.47%-41.31%(from 21.3 to 26.3-30.1 mv)after exposure to a *** conductivity of the samples is~15Ω^(-1)/cm and after a short exposure to the PMF is changing nonmo notonically,with an increase in the overall *** difference in the values of Uand a can be explained by presence of an ordered grain structure and a significant amount of the Sm_(2)O_(2)S phase in the samples subjected to HFC *** mechanisms of the observed changes are discussed.

A new aberrant species of the genus Sphaerostoma (Trematoda: Opecoelidae) from the Amur River basin

A new freshwater opecoelid species,Sphaerostoma tamarae ***.,is described from Rhynchocypris percnura mantschurica caught in the Syumnyur River(Amur River basin,Russia).This parasite species differs from all other congeners in the distribution of the vitelline follicles(restricted to the hindbody)and the morphology of the ventral sucker(strongly protuberant).Molecular phylogenetic analysis based on 28S rRNA gene sequences and the morphological analysis allow to tentatively assign the new species to the genus Sphaerostoma,without closing the question regarding the true genus affiliation of this *** addition,the authors provide an argument for renaming the Plagioporinae to the Sphaerostomatinae.

肉鸡饲料中的药物和农药残留可能会影响抗生素（ANT）的治疗和生产效益，进而影响基因表达。在本研究中，我们分析了在施用最大残留限量的除草剂草甘膦（GLY）、两种ANT和一种抗球虫药物（AD）后，13个关键胰腺基因的表达和血液生理参数的变化。将260只1～40日龄的Ross 308肉鸡分为以下四组，每组65只：（1）对照组，饲喂基础日粮（MD）;(2)GLY组，饲喂添加GLY的MD;(3)GLY+ANTs组，饲喂添加GLY和ANT的MD;(4)GLY+AD组，饲喂添加GLY和AD的MD。结果显示，添加GLY、GLY+ANTs和GLY+AD会导致多个具有生理和经济意义的基因表达发生显著变化。特别是，与炎症和凋亡相关的基因（如白细胞介素6(IL6)、前列腺素内过氧化物合酶2(PTGS2)和半胱天冬酶6(CASP6)）的表达下调高达99.1%，而与抗氧化保护相关的基因（如过氧化氢酶（CAT）、超氧化物歧化酶1(SOD1)和过氧化还原酶6(PRDX6)）的表达下调高达98.6%。实验组中还观察到血清免疫学特性值显著下降，某些基因表达的变化与胰腺功能和血液变化一致。GLY、ANT和AD引起的基因表达和血液指标变化揭示了这些物质在分子水平上的可能作用机制，同时也表明肉鸡克服GLY、GLY+ANT和GLY+AD负面影响的生理机制。

Evolutionary history of mountain voles of the subgenus Aschizomys (Cricetidae, Rodentia), inferred from mitochondrial and nuclear markers

In this study,we present an assessment of the evolutionary history and phylogenetic relationships of Asian mountain voles of the subgenus Aschizomys,genus Alticola,based on extensive sampling and phylogenetic analyses of data from mitochondrial and nuclear *** species of this subgenus are widespread in the mountain areas of north-eastern ***,both their distribution and taxonomic borders remained questionable for more than 100 *** study showed discordance in the phylogenetic patterns between nuclear and mtDNA *** found that mtDNA in *** is paraphyletic relative to ***,but nuclear markers demonstrated reciprocal *** to species distribution modeling,ranges of *** and *** experienced a secondary contact during the Last Glacial Maximum(approximately 22 kyr BP),and thus a hybridization event seems plausible during that *** tree analyses recovered a sister group relationship between the two species of the Aschizomys subgenus,with an estimated divergence date of around 0.8 *** results provided good support for currently recognized subspecies within both *** and *** based on mitochondrial and nuclear datasets.A new,yet undescribed form,supposedly of a subspecific status within ***,was found in the Bureinskiy Range in the Khabarovsk *** finding expands the current species distribution range further to the southeast.

Antiangiogenic therapy for portal hypertension in liver cirrhosis: Current progress and perspectives

Developing medicines for hemodynamic disorders that are characteristic of cirrhosis of the liver is a relevant problem in modern hepatology. The increase in hepatic vascular resistance to portal blood flow and subsequent hyperdynamic circulation underlie portal hypertension(PH) and promote its progression, despite the formation of portosystemic collaterals. Angiogenesis and vascular bed restructurization play an important role in PH pathogenesis as well. In this regard, strategic directions in the therapy for PH in cirrhosis include selectively decreasing hepatic vascular resistance while preserving or increasing portal blood flow, and correcting hyperdynamic circulation and pathological angiogenesis. The aim of this review is to describe the mechanisms of angiogenesis in PH and the methods of antiangiogenic therapy. The Pub Med database, the Google Scholar retrieval system, and the reference lists from related articles were used to search for relevant publications. Articles corresponding to the aim of the review were selected for 2000-2017 using the keywords: "liver cirrhosis", "portal hypertension", "pathogenesis", "angiogenesis", and "antiangiogenic therapy". Antiangiogenic therapy for PH was the inclusion criterion. In this review, we have described angiogenesis inhibitors and their mechanism of action in relation to PH. Although most of them were studie donly in animal experiments, this selective therapy for abnormally growing newly formed vessels is pathogenetically reasonable to treat PH and associated complications.

Liver transplantation in a patient with primary antiphospholipid syndrome and Budd-Chiari syndrome

The antiphospholipid syndrome(APS) is an acquired thrombophilic disorder in which autoantibodies are produced to a variety of phospholipids determinants of cell membranes or phospholipid binding proteins. There are few reports about association between antiphospholipid antibodies and development of BuddChiari syndrome(BCS). We report the case of BCS development in young Russian male with primary APS. The patient underwent orthotopic liver transplantation on August 26, 2012. At present time his state is good, the blood flow in the liver restored and its function is not impaired. We report about the first time the successful use of dabigatran etexilate for prolonged anticoagulation therapy in APS patient with BCS. In addition patient is managed with immunosuppressive drugs.
