The intricacies of Alzheimer’s disease pathogenesis are being increasingly illuminated by the exploration of epigenetic mechanisms,particularly DNA *** review comprehensively surveys recent human-centered studies that investigate whole genome DNA methylation in Alzheimer’s disease *** examination of various brain regions reveals distinctive DNA methylation patterns that associate with the Braak stage and Alzheimer’s disease *** entorhinal cortex emerges as a focal point due to its early histological alterations and subsequent impact on downstream regions like the ***,ANK1 hypermethylation,a protein implicated in neurofibrillary tangle formation,was recurrently identified in the entorhinal ***,the middle temporal gyrus and prefrontal cortex were shown to exhibit significant hypermethylation of genes like HOXA3,RHBDF2,and MCF2L,potentially influencing neuroinflammatory *** complex role of BIN1 in late-onset Alzheimer’s disease is underscored by its association with altered methylation *** the disparities across studies,these findings highlight the intricate interplay between epigenetic modifications and Alzheimer’s disease *** research efforts should address methodological variations,incorporate diverse cohorts,and consider environmental factors to unravel the nuanced epigenetic landscape underlying Alzheimer’s disease progression.

20世纪90年代以来,中国经济一直保持快速增长。在过去长达20多年的时间里,中国经济持续保持了年均9%以上的增长速度,成为世界上经济持续增长最快的国家之一。经济的快速增长同时促进了eva产能和消费量的增长,21世纪以来,光伏产业受清洁能源扶植政策的大力推动而在全世界发展迅速,2017年国内光伏市场持续爆发,前三季度全国新增光伏发电装机超过43×10^(6)kW,累计超过1.2×10^(8)kW,作为光伏行业太阳能电池的重要功能性膜材料,28%VA含量的eva(光伏料)产品市场非常可观,由于光伏市场的需求持续增加,促进国内新建多套eva生产装置,仅2021年一年国内开工6套新eva装置,新增eva产量为130万t/a。新建的eva装置中的核心设备二次压缩机大多采用国外某公司产品,在装置实际运行中二次机的长周期运转成为装置长周期运行中设备方面的制约条件,其中二次机常见问题为二次机柱塞跳动联锁停机,就是针对二次机柱塞跳动问题进行分析并做相关处理方案,减少二次机联锁停机次数,避免因二次机联锁造成装置的停工次数。

Detector performance of the Gamma-ray Transient Monitor onboard dro-A satellite

The Gamma-ray Transient Monitor (GTM) is an all-sky monitor onboard the Distant Retrograde Orbit-A (dro-A) satellite with the scientific objective of detecting gamma-ray transients ranging from 20 ke V to 1 Me V. The GTM was equipped with five Gamma-ray Transient Probe (GTP) detector modules utilizing a NaI(Tl) scintillator coupled with a SiPM array. To reduce the SiPM noise, GTP uses a dedicated dual-channel coincident readout design. In this work, we first studied the impact of different coincidence times on the detection efficiency and ultimately selected a 0.5μs time coincidence window for offline data processing. To test the performance of the GTPs and validate the Monte-Carlo-simulated energy response, we conducted comprehensive ground calibration tests using the Hard X-ray Calibration Facility (HXCF) and radioactive sources, including the energy response, detection efficiency, spatial response, bias-voltage response, and temperature dependence. We extensively present the ground calibration results and validate the design and mass model of the GTP detector, thus providing the foundation for in-flight observations and scientific data analysis.

In this work,the impact of the doping process on the photoluminescence emission of CaWO_(4) as a function of the concentration of Eu^(3+) cation(0.01 mol%,0.02 mol%,0.04 mol%,0.06 mol%,0.08 mol%,and 0.10 mol%) is discussed in ***_(1-x)WO~4:xEu^(3+) samples were successfully synthesized by a simple coprecipitation method followed by microwave *** blue shift in the absorption edge confirms the quantum confinement effect and the band gap energy covers the range from 3.91 to 4.18 eV,as the amount of Eu^(3+) cations *** experimental results are sustained by first-principles calculations,at the density functional theory level,to decipher the geometry and electronic properties,thereby enabling a more accurate and direct comparison between theory and experiment for the Ca_(1-x)WO_(4):xEu^(3+) structure.

Identification of Sugar,Amino Acids and Minerals from the Pollen of Jandaíra Stingless Bees(Melipona subnitida)

The aim of this investigation was to analyze two samples of pollen from jandaíra stingless bees (Melipona subnitida) in view of their mineral composition, free amino acids and sugars. Palynological analysis showed that the predominant pollen was monofloral from Senna sp. species (94.5%, pollen 2011) and the second pollen sample showed the presence of two primary species, Chamaecrista sp. (39.2% pollen 2009) and Mimosa tenuiflora (43.5%) (pollen 2009). The highest mineral content was potassium. The bee pollen contained 20.8% and 31.0% of mannitol in samples from 2011 and 2009, respectively. Proline and serine are the predominant amino acids. High content of essential amino acids, minerals and the sugar mannitol confirmed high nutritional value of pollen samples from jandaíra bees.

Balanced propofol sedation administered by nonanesthesiologists:The first Italian experience

The prevalence of pediatric obesity continues to increase worldwide,bringing with it various metabolic,functional,social,and psychological complications.1 Both the prevention and treatment of childhood obesity must be based on multidisciplinary approaches combining nutrition,physical activity(PA),and psychological support.2 As an essential element of these multicomponent strategies,regular physical activity has been acknowledged as having beneficial effects on children's and adolescents,body composition,physical fitness,and metabolic profile,as well as on their health-related quality of life,social and psychological health,and academic achievement.3,4 Given that only a relatively small proportion of children and adolescents meet the public health recommendations for PA,5 and given that weight loss exercise-based interventions suffer from a high attrition rate,there is a clear need for appropriate PAs.

Movement disorders of paraneoplastic etiology are very rare,representing solely about 1%of all paraneoplastic neurological syndromes.^([1])The most frequently associated carcinoma is small-cell lung cancer,although several others are reported such as hematologic,bowel,breast,prostate and *** was reported an association with CV2/CRMP5,Anti-Hu/ANNA,CASPR2 and Yo antibodies,which are detectable in serum in most cases,isolated or in association.^([1-4])However,in a minority of cases an autoantibody cannot be detected.^([1])The antibody most frequently associated with paraneoplastic chorea is CV2/CRMP5,followed by Anti-Hu/ANNA.

现有的自动驾驶汽车场景仿真测试结果真实性不足,基于实际测试数据的评价方法缺乏实时性。为结合真实数据对测试过程展开实时评价,提出了基于“原场景”库的自动驾驶测试场景生成方法,利用差分定位GPS以及视频图像处理等工具,配合测试场地的高精地图设计了自动驾驶汽车实时测试评价方法,在自动驾驶测试场对本方法进行了实地验证。结果表明本方法具有较高的可行性,能够全面实时地对车辆自动驾驶能力进行评价。
