This paper presents a model of automatic negotiation agents in an open environment. Agents are motivated by the gain they may obtain while fulfilling their goals, but their behaviour can change during negotiation according to previous interactions with other agents in the system. Changing behaviour may refer to either the use of different negotiation strategies or to concessions made for other agents, with which they have successfully negotiated in the past. To this aim, an agent develops a set of partners’ profiles during negotiation: the preference profile, the cooperation profile, and the group negotiation profile. The first two profiles characterize individuals, while in a group negotiation profile, several agent profiles are clustered according to commonly discovered features. Different approaches to the development of these profiles are presented.

尼日利亚对中国对外直接投资的看法及其对该国经济增长的影响

中国和尼日利亚的关系可以追溯到数十年以前,两国经济具有互补性,其中表现在尼日利亚主要的基础设施建设不足并且有着巨大的投资需求,而中国也已发展成世界上规模最大、最具有竞争力的工业大国之一,并且在尼日利亚最需要的基础设施发展方面,中国有着专业的土木建筑工程技术。2009年,中国超越其他国家,成为尼日利亚最大的贸易伙伴,并且在2011年投资额达到了1660亿美元,中国不仅投资了尼日利亚的建筑业和制造业,还从尼日利亚获得其自身三分之一的石油进口量。然而,一些经济学家、利益相关者和当地企业家仍然认为中国在尼日利亚经济中的利益是一个有争议的问题,这将持续引发对中国投资格局的猜测。本论文共包含四章。第一章介绍了中国对尼日利亚投资的大背景,包括对研究问题和研究目的的说明。第二章重点进行文献综述和本研究采用的理论框架。中国对非洲,特别是对尼日利亚的对外直接投资,已经成为许多经济学家和投资专家的关注焦点,因此在这方面进行了许多研究。笔者试图广泛回顾以前有关中国在尼日利亚的对外直接投资的相关文献,以了解中国与其他国家对外直接投资的差异和特点。本部分讨论了尼日利亚的商业环境,外国直接投资和尼日利亚的投资政策;中国和尼日利亚的投资关系。该部分还讨论了本研究采用的理论框架,其一为依赖理论,其重点是跨国合作扰乱发展中国家经济的几种方式;其二为行为主义理论,即采用科学的观察方法重点关注各单元之间的行为和相互作用,包括尽可能量化变量。笔者采用这一理论,以期对尼日利亚对中国投资的看法与其如何影响该国经济发展之间的关系有一个更清晰的理解。最后采用的理论是内生增长模型理论,该理论解释道,衡量一个国家经济增长的指标不是实物投资,而是使用这些投资的效力和效率。第三章由五节组成,包括中国在尼日利亚的投资结构、中国在尼日利亚的投资模式、中国投资趋势与特点、中国投资对尼日利亚经济增长的影响以及尼日利亚的前景,本章描绘了中国投资的规模、组成和模式。中国对尼日利亚直接投资的各种模式一直是不同学者关注的焦点问题。许多学者关注外国直接投资的积极方面,有些人则对在尼日利亚的运营提出批评。有人试图讨论不同学者对发展中国家(特别是尼日利亚)对外国直接投资的积极影响和消极影响的看法。纵观全篇论文,第四章回顾了对尼日利亚国家投资促进委员会(NIPC)受访者的调查、对兰德公司(RAND)和皮尤调查(PEW)的民意调查,第五章对主要数据和次要数据的调查结果进行了讨论、得出结论并给出政策建议。中尼两国关系面临的最大的投资挑战是,中国来自完全不同的政治背景,把政府置于对外经济关系的中心位置。中国似乎认为,与政府合作就足以在商业关系上取得进展。根据尼日利亚国家投资促进委员会投资专家的回应调查得出的主要数据来看,这种观念模式需要调整。研究结果表明,中国与尼日利亚的关系需要考虑尼日利亚人民,而不仅仅是政府。受益当然是受援国政府的责任,而不是投资者的责任。因此,对中国公司在尼日利亚的活动表示不满,更多是在表达尼日利亚人遭受贫困,而不是批评中国人。这种不满情绪更多是和尼日利亚的生活环境相关,而不是和中国相关。对中国产品质量低劣的普遍抱怨以及对尼日利亚社会背景缺乏考虑是导致中国对非洲投资前景变化的另一个因素。外国直接投资成为了一个关键渠道,外国对东道国经济增长的影响可以通过这一渠道在一个典型发展中国家(如尼日利亚)得以确定;而投资水平对经济增长的影响程度将取决于东道国对投资者的看法。

Gastrointestinal malignancies are among the leading causes of cancer-related deaths worldwide. Like all human malignancies they are characterized by accumulation of mutations which lead to inactivation of tumor suppressor genes or activation of oncogenes. Advances in Molecular Biology techniques have allowed for more accurate analysis of tumors’ genetic profiling using new breakthrough technologies such as next generation sequencing (NGS), leading to the development of targeted therapeutical approaches based upon biomarker-selection. During the last 10 years tremendous advances in the development of targeted therapies for patients with advanced cancer have been made, thus various targeted agents, associated with predictive biomarkers, have been developed or are in development for the treatment of patients with gastrointestinal cancer patients. This review summarizes the advances in the field of molecular biomarkers in tumors of the gastrointestinal tract, with focus on the available NGS platforms that enable comprehensive tumor molecular profile analysis.

Due to the widespread use of antibiotics, the bad ecological situation, fermented milk drinks are gaining more and more popularity because of associating with an array of health benefits. Fermented milk products contain a unique in its kind disaccharide of animal origin lactose, which has the ability to stimulate the development of lactic acid microorganisms that suppress the vital activity of pathogenic microflora in the human intestine, promoting the absorption of calcium, magnesium and phosphorus. A significant part of the world’s population suffers from lactose intolerance, linked to a genetically determined deficiency of the β-galactosidase enzyme, which is one of the main reasons for the decrease in demand for dairy products among consumers suffering from primary or acquired intolerance to milk sugar. Lactose is a natural disaccharide contained in dairy products. Lactase deficiency is a variant of fermentopathy caused by the inability to break down lactose due to the activity decrease of lactase—the parietal digestion enzyme in the small intestine. Lactose intolerance in the gastrointestinal tract of a person suffering from hypo- and alactasia leads to dispersion, diarrhea and other undesirable phenomena. Background:The presence of a single umbilical artery(SUA)is a fetal soft marker of congenital *** the most common related malformations,there are cardiological,nephrourological and digestive anomalies,most of which are considered to have a vascular *** is an association between increased incidence of intrauterine growth retardation and adverse perinatal indicators,but whether this association is due to related anomalies or isolated SUA(SUA)is ***:We reviewed 96 cases of iSUA and non-isolated SUA(niSUA),diagnosed in a period of two years in a referral hospital for high-risk *** on prenatal explorations,including fetal ultrasonography and karyotyping,were *** was diagnosed when no malformations were found prenatally or in postnatal ***:Sixty-six newborns(68.8%)had no other anomalies and 30(31.3%)presented with a variety of malformations including heart diseases,urophaties,digestive,nervous and musculoskeletal disorders,genetic abnormalities and complex *** and nephrourological abnormalities were found to be the most frequent association with a SUA(both in 23.8%of malformed SUA newborns).Intrauterine growth restriction was not higher in iSUA newborns than in a normal *** allowed optimal prenatal diagnosis in most ***:The prognosis of the fetus with a SUA is determined by the presence of other malformations observed by an expert *** no other findings are made,only a routine physical examination should be performed in newborns,but no other complementary examinations are required.

AIM To determine the influence of the construction design over the biological component's performance in an experimental bio-artificial liver(BAL) *** Two BAL models for liver microorgans(LMOs) were constructed. First, we constructed a cylindrical BAL and tested it without the biological component to establish its correct functioning. Samples of blood and biological compartment(BC) fluid were taken after 0, 60, and 120 min of perfusion. Osmolality, hematocrit, ammonia and glucose concentrations, lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) release(as a LMO viability parameter), and oxygen consumption and ammonia metabolizing capacity(as LMO functionality parameters) were determined. CPSI and OTC gene expression and function were measured. The second BAL, a "flat bottom" model, was constructed using a 25 cm2 culture flask while maintaining all other components between the models. The BC of both BALs had the same capacity(approximately 50 cm3) and both were manipulated with the same perfusion system. The performances of the two BALs were compared to show the influence of *** The cylindrical BAL showed a good exchange of fluids and metabolites between blood and the BC, reflected by the matching of osmolalities, and glucose and ammonia concentration ratios after 120 min of perfusion. No hemoconcentration was detected, the hematocrit levels remained stable during the whole study, and the minimal percentage of hemolysis(0.65% ± 0.10%) observed was due to the action of the peristaltic pump. When LMOs were used as biological component of this BAL they showed similar values to the ones obtained in a Normothermic Reoxygenation System(NRS) for almost all the parameters assayed. After 120 min, the results obtained were: LDH release(%): 14.7 ± 3.1 in the BAL and 15.5 ± 3.2 in the NRS(n = 6); oxygen consumption(μmol/min?g wet tissue): 1.16 ± 0.21 in the BAL and 0.84 ± 0.15 in the NRS(n = 6); relative expression of Cps1 and Otc: 0.63 ± 0.12 and 0.67 ± 0.20, respectively,

As a diagnostic method,magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)is not allowed to be used in patients with medical implants,including both active implants(such as cardiac defibrillators or deep brain stimulators)and passive implants(such as orthopedics implants and support).MRI imaging scanning can produce magnetic fields,which will produce concentrated electromagnetic induction on metal edges of the implants,such as *** magnetic field can also significantly increase the temperature of surrounding ***,the currents and voltage produced by active implants when exposed to MRI scanning can lead to damage and malfunction of pulse ***,patients with medical implants cannot receive MRI as a diagnostic *** safety protocol prevents a large group of patients from receiving MRI *** leads to the conclusion that the safety evaluation of implants under MRI environment requires the combination of accurate data analysis and experimental techniques so as to establish the standard testing program.

This study looks into new perspectives in preschoolers＇ assessment of being at risk for learning disabilities. Precisely, two innovative assessment approaches are examined in order to reveal new research perspectives. The first tool, a traditional approach, is the ＂Early Dyslexia Identification Test＂ and the second tool, a computerized approach, is an lnternet based Speech Pathology Diagnostic Expert System named ＂APLo＂. Both evaluate the sectors of phonological awareness, memory, psychomotor development, pre-writing and pre-reading skills in Greek. The findings o f the current study formulate three directions：（1） the complementary of speech language and learning disorders as a systemic approach, （2） the diagnosis of suspicious factors and compatibilities of learning disabilities even at the preschool age, and （3） the application of alternative methods of assessment aiming for a multidimentional approach with the combined prospect and potential of web tools in the early diagnosis and intervention in learning disabilities.
