Purpose-This study examines the career and educational search competencies(CESC),a capability which may be necessary for a successful transition from high school to work or postsecondary education,of students from Shanghai and hong ***/Approach/Methods-The data for this study was taken from the Main Study of PISA 2012 in Shanghai and hong *** analysis was used to examine the relative impact of different forms of career and educational exploratory activities on students’***-Results showed a consistent pattern of socio-economic inequality in student’s self-reported CESC in the two Chinese cities,which was largely mediated by the family capital or ***,career and educational exploratory activities initiated by schools,enterprises or the students themselves were found to have significant positive associations with CESC regardless of socioeconomic ***/Value-The paper provides empirical evidence for enhancing students’career search capacity through engaging in career exploration in the face of structural *** light of this,the roles of schools,business sectors,and governments in students’capacity building are discussed.

本文基于2012年上海PISA数据,利用多层回归模型分析学校自主决策和教师参与式治理对学生数学、科学和阅读素养的影响。研究发现,首先,上海学校的决策自主程度和教师参与决策程度均低于OECD国家平均水平。其次,学校自主决策并不能提高学生学业成就,但允许教师参与学校治理有利于学生学业成就。最后,具体到各决策领域,学校财务预算及职员配备决策自主有利于提高学生学业成就;教师参与职员配备决策有利于提高学生学业成就,但教师参与薪酬决策反而不利于学生学业成就。本文结合上海的教育制度对此进行解释,并就如何促进基础教育学校自主决策、教师参与式治理以改善学习成效提出建议。

Dear Editor,Accumulating evidence suggests that dysregulated lysosomal membrane proteins,including vacuolar ATPase(v-ATPase)and the mammalian target of rapamycin(mTOR),are involved in tumorigenesis[1].Therefore,lysosomal proteins were proposed as potential therapeutic targets in cancer[1].As one of the lysosome-related signaling pathways,mTOR signaling regulates cell proliferation,survival,motility,and metabolism[2].SincemTOR signaling activation promotes tumorigenesis,mTOR inhibitors(mTORi),AZD8055[3],MLN0128[4],and Rapalink-1(the latest third-generation mTORi)[4],have been applied to several ***,the limitations of mTORi include drug resistance and the lack of biomarkers.

Impact of intraocular pressure fluctuations on progression of normal tension glaucoma

AIM:To investigate short-and long-term intraocular pressure(IOP)fluctuations and fur ther ocular and demographic parameters as predictors for normal tension glaucoma(NTG)***:This retrospective,longitudinal cohort study included 137 eyes of 75 patients with NTG,defined by glaucomatous optic disc or visual field defect with normal IOP(hour profiles including perimetry,Heidelberg retina tomograph(HRT)imaging,and optic disc *** impact of IOP parameters,myopia,sex,cup-to-disc-ratio,and visual field results on progression of NTG were analyzed using Cox regression models.A sub-group analysis with results from optical coherence tomography(OCT)was ***:IOP fluctuations,average,and maximum were not risk factors for progression in NTG patients,although maximum IOP at the initial IOP profile was higher in eyes with progression than in eyes without progression(P=0.054).The 46/137(33.5%)eyes progressed over the followup *** progression(at least three progression confirmations)occurred in 28/137 eyes(20.4%).Most progressions were detected by perimetry(36/46).Longterm IOP mean over all pressure profiles was 12.8 mm Hg(SD 1.3 mm Hg);IOP fluctuation was 1.4 mm Hg(SD 0.8 mm Hg).The progression-free five-year rate was 58.2%(SD 6.5%).CONCLUSION:Short-and long-term IOP fluctuations do not result in progression of *** functional changes are most likely to happen,NTG should be monitored with visual field testing more often than with other devices.

Objective:To examine the association between mothers’health-related quality of life(HRQOL)and their children’s HRQOL and behavior in low-income ***:Mothers of 278 children aged 6-12 years from low-income families were invited to complete the Child Health Questionnaire Parent Form 50(CHQ-PF50)and the Strength and Dif-ficulties Questionnaire(SDQ)for their children as well as the 12-item Short-Form Health Survey version 2(SF-12v2)and the Patient Health Questionnaire-2(PHQ-2).Multiple linear regressions with mother-child pairs as the unit of analysis were performed to examine the associations between maternal and child variables with adjustment of mother-and child-level ***:Compared with the general population,low-income mothers had a lower mean SF-12v2 mental component summary score and their children also had lower mean CHQ-PF50 physi-cal and psychosocial summary scores and SDQ total difficulties *** of mothers with SF-12v2 scores below the population mean of 50 had significantly worse CHQ-PF50 scores and higher SDQ total difficulties *** mother’s PHQ-2 depression status had no association with the child’s CHQ-PF50 ***:Our findings suggest that more attention should be paid to reducing the negative impact of health problems on mothers’daily roles in childcare in low-income families.

目的:系统评价急性冠脉综合征患者应用药物涂层球囊的疗效和安全性。方法:计算机检索Pubmed、Cochrane图书馆、EMbase、中国知网、万方数据库和中国生物医学数据库,由2名研究员独立按照纳入排除标准进行文献筛选和资料提取。结果:纳入DEB-AMI、Besic KM等、PEBSI共3项随机对照研究,其药物涂层球囊联合裸金属支架治疗的靶病变血运重建率分别为23.9%、19.5%、1.8%,主要不良心脏事件率分别为23.9%、24.4%、3.6%。此外纳入PAPPA、ho HH等、Mahmood Zuhdi AS等、Nanolute共4篇队列研究,单纯药物涂层球囊治疗的靶病变血运重建率分别为3%、0、1.2%、5.2%。结论:药物涂层球囊可作为急性冠脉综合征的有效治疗方案,但其最佳治疗方案尚需更多大样本随机研究数据支持。
