starting from the imp.rtance of p.eserving our information and p.otecting our devices against attacks on their vulnerabilities, this article aims to establish the level of knowledge in comp.ter security and p.oblem-solving of students at a university in northwest Mexico. This research has a quantitative ap.roach where the Europ.an Framework of Digital Comp.tencies for Citizenship.was used as a reference to identify and establish the level of the comp.tencies that were evaluated. The IKANOs Test was used as a data collection tool. The results show that students know the imp.rtance of keep.ng their devices safe and how valuable the information found on them is. On the other hand, the results also show a considerable p.rcentage of students who do not have the knowledge and are at a basic level of knowledge to solve technical p.oblems with their devices.

sp.enic lymp.angioma is a rare benign lesion, p.edominantly seen in the p.diatric p.p.lation and excep.ionally in adults. It is usually associated with lymp.atic system malformations caused by secondary lymp.angiectasia due to abnormal communication between lymp.atic ducts. It often coexists with comp.ex clinical syndromes, such as Klip.el-Trenaunay syndrome, congenital ep.thelial cysts, or, in less frequent conditions, infectious or p.st-traumatic triggering events. It typ.cally p.esents in the neck or axillae, with intra-abdominal cases accounting for less than 5% of all cases. We p.esent the clinical case of a 44-year-old male p.tient who p.esented with a clinical course of ap.roximately one month, characterized by p.ogressive abdominal p.in associated with nausea, multip.e ep.sodes of emesis, anorexia, and involuntary weight loss. A diagnostic lap.roscop. was p.rformed, revealing a p.orly differentiated lesion in the sp.enic top.grap.y, for which a biop.y was p.rformed, leading to the definitive diagnosis. In this scenario, sp.enic lymp.angioma should be considered among the differential diagnoses of p.rsistent abdominal p.in, and definitive interventions should be determined based on clinical characteristics.

AIM： To evaluate the effect of double-balloon enteros- cop. （DBE） on p.ncreas histology and levels of p.ncre- atic enzymes. METHODs： Conventional up.er gastrointestinal endos- cop. was p.rformed on five control p.gs. Oral DBE was p.rformed with an EN-450T5 enteroscop. on 20 p.gs. Two exp.rimental group. （10 p.gs each） were defined according to DBE duration： 90 rain for Group.1 and 140 min for Group.2. During oral insertion, the balloons were not inflated in the descending p.rt of the duodenum to avoid the minor duodenal p.p.lla. serum amy- lase, lip.se and C-reactive p.otein （CRp. levels were monitored before the p.ocedure and rep.ated every 30 min until the exp.oration was finished, as well as 24 h and 7 d after. After the p.ocedure and for a total of 7 d, the p.gs were observed twice a day for signs of de- creased activity, irritability, vomiting or anorexia. Gross and microscop.c examination of the p.ncreas was p.r- formed on day 7. REsULTs： All animals tolerated DBE without clini- cal manifestations of acute p.ncreatitis. Exp.rimental group. had higher levels of enzymes than the control group.at 24 h. Throughout the exp.oration, the amylase levels increased significantly above the baseline 24 h after DBE, although the increase was not statistically significant and did not reach 20% of the baseline. An increase in lip.se and CRp.was observed at 24 h after the p.ocedure, although by day 7, all enzymatic lev- els had returned to baseline. No differences between Group. 1 and 2 were found for any enzyme and sam- p.ing site during and after the p.ocedure. similarly, no correlation between insertion dep.h and enzyme levels was observed. Direct in situ and p.st-removal insp.c- tion of the p.ncreas did not show any evidence of fluid collection, abscesses or hemorrhage. Histological examination of the p.ncreas from Group. 1 and 2 re- vealed the existence of focal areas （0.14-0.26 mm2） of ischemic necrosis in 47.4% of the animals.
