影响秘鲁移动购物使用意向的行为因素研究

在过去几年中,小到家庭购买大到跨洲银行交易,电子商务在人们的日常交易中发挥了至关重要的作用。其中,移动商务作为当今最流行和发达的电子商务之一,在愈发丰富多元的电子商务中,以其独特的功能,如即时连接和定位服务,受到学者们的广泛关注。以消费者视角,移动商务被定义为通过智能终端进行的交易和业务,这些移动终端包括智能手机,平板电脑和连接移动网络的可穿戴设备等。移动商务以其独特功能为消费者带来了诸多便利,如提高他们网上购物的效率等。同时,由于其高度个性化和精准的定位服务,它也成为了针对特定内容交付的一个重要工具。随时随地皆可使用的智能手机使消费者进入了数字信息的新时代,这也正是营销人员为了接触潜在客户而利用的一个功能。数据显示,电子商务用户在2019年已高达19.2亿人,预计2021年数字买家将达到21.4亿人。全球智能手机用户年度数量的增长,也印证了这一趋势。目前,在全球移动商务排名中,中国、美国、英国、日本和西欧国家在全球移动商务中遥遥领先,拉丁美洲国家排名靠后。拉丁美洲国家中,巴西,阿根廷和墨西哥处于领军地位,即便如此,这些国家与移动商务发达国家相比,其市场份额也极小。以秘鲁为例,该国的移动购物仍处于初级阶段。世界各地的学者对消费者决策和电子商务的引擎力进行了广泛研究,然而对影响发展中国家消费者接受移动购物因素方面的研究还很缺乏。至今还没有学者以秘鲁作为具体案例,进行这方面的研究。学者们亟待在移动广告接收领域进行更加深入的研究,至今这方面的研究仍然很少。深入了解移动商务中影响消费者购买决策的因素至关重要,以此可为消费者提供高质量的相关信息和具有实用价值的广告。本研究旨在通过利用已有的理论和模型来衡量技术的接受程度,研究影响秘鲁移动商务接受程度的态度和行为因素。应用如下模型和理论,如Technology Acceptance Model(TAM),Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology(UTAUT),感知安全的风险因素,以及移动购物的一个重要决定因素,“即时连接”。从拉丁美洲接受或使用移动商务意向的文献来看,在该领域尚未发现任何相关研究。值得一提的是,一项基于哥伦比亚的研究曾试图解释该地电子商务的接受程度,此外,在针对巴西的一项研究中,有学者探讨了该地区采用移动支付的意向。有一些学者应用用TAM(Technology Acceptance Model)和感知安全及信任等风险因素来解释和模拟电子商务的接受度,研究发现信任度是哥伦比亚人进行网上购物最重要的因素。该研究人员同时建议应进一步调查诸如“创新性”和移动商务扩展等其他影响因素。考虑到这一点,在本研究中,纳入“即时连接”以此来丰富对拉丁美洲研究机构接受电子商务的差异性分析,这对于本研究具有重要意义和贡献。由于移动购物的便捷性和移动性,“即时连接”是移动商务区别于电子商务的最大优势。与以往接受新技术的研究一样,本研究应用了TAM模型及其核心决定因素。本研究的核心决定因素是“感知易用性”和“感知有用性”。一些研究发现“习惯”这一因素对技术使用有直接影响。就这一点而言,本文将研究“习惯”因素对秘鲁人口使用移动商务意愿的影响,模型中增加了“习惯”这一因素来解释移动商务的接受程度,并将之与亚洲、欧洲和美国的研究的结果进行对比。在南美国家的背景下,将“感知安全”作为手机使用意愿的决定性因素十分重要。研究表明,腐败和不安全程度越高的国家,信任和安全感越低。在低安全性和低信任感的社会中,人们过于犹豫和谨慎,这将减少甚至阻碍企业和社会合作。在移动商务的具体案例中,这可能是秘鲁移动商务活动减少的一个重要原因。数据显示,南美洲国家的不安全性和腐败程度最高。综上所述,在解释了本研究的动机之后,以下研究问题有待回答:决定秘鲁智能手机移动商务使用意向的因素有哪些?本研究的实验部分基于位于秘鲁特鲁希略市进行的一项调查,实验对象由不同职业的人组成,如学生,员工,个体经营者等。在调查过程中受访者自愿参与,且没有获得奖励或补偿。受访者已被告知本调查仅用于学术研究,调查中所涉及的任何信息不会提供给第三方。最后,在提交的240份问卷中,210份问卷完整有效并可被作为最终样本(N=210)。最终样本中男性受访者占57%,女性占43%,受访者年龄范围为18-24岁。基于实验模型得出如下假说:H1:大范围的手机使用“习惯”将增加移动购物的“感知有用性”。H2:大范围的手机使用“习惯”将增加其移动购物的“感知易用性”H3:手机使用中“感知易用性”的增加与“感知有用性”成正比。H4:手机使用中“感知有用性”的增加与移动购物的“使用意图”成正比。H5:“感知易用性”的增加与移动购物的“使用意图”成正比。H6:“即时连接”的增加与移动购物的“使用意图”成正比。H7:大范围的

BACKGROUND Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) is the most common type of primary liver cancer. Current guidelines for HCC management recommend surveillance of high-risk patients every 6 mo using ultrasonography. Serum biomarkers, like alpha-fetoprotein(AFP), protein induced by vitamin K absence/antagonist-Ⅱ(PIVKA-Ⅱ) and lectin-reactive AFP, show suboptimal performance for detection of HCC, which is crucial for successful resection or treatment. Thus, there is a significant need for new biomarkers to aid early diagnosis of HCC. Studies have shown that the expression level of human microRNAs(miRNAs), a small, non-coding RNA species released into the blood, can serve as an early marker for various diseases, including *** To evaluate the diagnostic role of miRNAs in HCC as single markers, signatures or in combination with known protein *** Our prospective, multicenter, case-control study recruited 660 participants(354 controls with chronic liver disease and 306 participants with HCC) and employed a strategy of initial screening by two independent methods, real-time quantitative PCR(n = 60) and next-generation sequencing(n = 100), to assess a large number of miRNAs. The results from the next-generation sequencing and real-time quantitative PCR screening approaches were then combined to select 26 miRNAs(including two putative novel miRNAs). Those miRNAs were analyzed for their diagnostic potential as single markers or in combination with other miRNAs or established protein biomarkers AFP and PIVKA-Ⅱ via real-time quantitative PCR in training(n = 200) and validation cohorts(n = 300).RESULTS We identified 26 miRNAs that differentiated chronic liver disease controls from(early) HCC via two independent discovery approaches. The formation of biofilm by pathogenic microorganisms has become a problem in the livestock industry since it is considered a potential source of infection for farm animals while increasing microbial resistance to physical and chemical agents. Some plant extracts, such as soluble wheat extract, have been shown to be effective in inhibiting or destroying the biofilm of certain micro-organisms under specific conditions. The objective of this study is to evaluate the capacity of the pathogen to form biofilm on different surfaces used in livestock, as well as to evaluate the anti-biofilm capacity of the soluble wheat extract against S. aureus on these surfaces. The inhibition potential of inhibition or destruction of biofilm was tested in vitro. Wheat extract at a concentration of 0.29 mg/100mL showed anti-biofilm activity on S. aureus, inhibiting its formation, as well as destroying it greatly after a contact time of 24 hours, on those surfaces where the microorganism presents more adhesion capacity.

We analyzed the allelic and genotypic frequencies of the glutathione-S-transferase P1 （GSTPI） rs1695 single nucleotide polymorphism （SNP） in 290 patients with multiple sclerosis （MS） and in 310 healthy controls. We found no significant association between the rs1695 variant and MS. Among MS patients, there was no relationship between the rs1695 variant and either gender, clinical type of MS or the age of onset of MS.

Characterizing the diversity and structure of host–parasite communities is crucial to understandingtheir eco-evolutionary *** and related haemosporidian parasites are responsible forfitness loss and mortality in bird species ***,despite exhibiting the greatest ornithologicalbiodiversity,avian haemosporidians from Neotropical regions are quite ***,we analyze the genetic diversity of bird haemosporidian parasites(Plasmodium andHaemoproteus)in 1,336 individuals belonging to 206 bird species to explore for differences in diversityof parasite lineages and bird species across 5 well-differentiated Peruvian *** 70 different haemosporidian lineages infecting 74 bird *** showed that 25 out ofthe 70 haplotypes had not been previously ***,we also identified 81 new host–parasite interactions representing new host records for these haemosporidian *** outcomesrevealed that the effective diversity(as well as the richness,abundance,and Shannon–Weaver index)for both birds and parasite lineages was higher in Amazon basin ***,we also showed that ecoregions with greater diversity of bird species also had highparasite richness,hence suggesting that host community is crucial in explaining parasite *** parasites were found in ecoregions with lower bird diversity,implying that the abundanceand richness of hosts may shape the exploitation strategy followed by haemosporidian *** outcomes reveal that Neotropical region is a major reservoir of unidentified *** studies analyzing host distribution and specificity of these parasites inthe tropics will provide important knowledge about phylogenetic relationships,phylogeography,and patterns of evolution and distribution of haemosporidian parasites.
