i.troducti.n: Cancer i. one of the most devastati.g pathologi.s to affect the breast. Mastectomy sti.mas are associ.ted wi.h depressi.n, body i.age dysmorphi., and decreasi.g quali.y of li.e. BREAST-Q i. a PROM (Pati.nt Reported Outcome Measures) that has proven useful i. measuri.g sati.facti.n wi.h breast reconstructi.n results from the pati.nt’s poi.t of vi.w. Objecti.es: To measure the sati.facti.n i.dex and i.provement i. quali.y of li.e after breast reconstructi.n for breast cancer sequelae i. our hospi.al i. the last 5 years. Materi.ls and Methods: Descri.ti.e Study that i.cludes pati.nts wi.h Breast cancer di.gnosi. that underwent mastectomy and breast reconstructi.n (prosthesi. or autologous ti.sue) i. “Hospi.al Central Sur de Petroleos Mexi.anos” (January 2015 to January 2020), whose sati.facti.n i.dex was measured wi.h BREAST-Q one year after reconstructi.n. Results: 153 pati.nts were i.cluded i. the analysi.. Mean global sati.facti.n was 74 poi.ts. We observed a tendency towards hi.her psychosoci.l, sexual and appearance sati.facti.n i. pati.nts who underwent reconstructi.n wi.h autologous ti.sue. The mean sati.facti.n wi.h provi.ed i.formati.n was 64 poi.ts and wi.h the medi.al team > 90 poi.ts. Conclusi.n: Breast reconstructi.n i. associ.ted to a hi.h sati.facti.n i.dex and quali.y of li.e i.provement regardless of the techni.ue. BREAST-Q proved to be useful i. evaluati.g pati.nt experi.nce and i. helped us i.enti.y areas of opportuni.y to i.prove our care.

Background: The tri.ger fi.ger, also known as stenosi.g tenosynovi.i. of the flexor tendon, i. a common cause of hand di.abi.i.y;Thi. can result i. si.ni.i.ant li.i.ati.ns i. certai. dai.y li.i.g acti.i.i.s. i. i. possi.le to treat thi. condi.i.n wi.h conservati.e or surgi.al methods. Methods: Thi. i. a retrospecti.e, observati.nal, cross-secti.nal and descri.ti.e study. The source populati.n consi.ted of all pati.nts wi.h a di.gnosi. of tri.ger fi.ger who had been treated i. the department of plasti. and reconstructi.e surgery of our i.sti.uti.n between 2020 and 2023. The pri.ary objecti.e of thi. study i. to determi.e the prevalence and characteri.e the cli.i.al and surgi.al characteri.ti.s of the populati.n affected by tri.ger fi.ger i. our hospi.al. Results: The total populati.n was 237 pati.nts, of whi.h 165 were women (70%) and 72 men (30%). The most affected hand was the ri.ht hand, wi.h a total of 158 pati.nts (67%). i. the ri.ht hand, the mi.dle fi.ger was the most affected (45%). Of the 237 pati.nts, 80 of them had obesi.y (34%), 86 had type 2 di.betes melli.us (36%), 95 had systemi. arteri.l hypertensi.n (40%). Open techni.ue was performed i. 190 (80%) pati.nts, whi.e percutaneous techni.ue was performed i. 47 (20%) of them. Conclusi.n: The female sex was twi.e as frequent, and the mi.dle fi.ger and thumb were the most affected. Most of the pati.nts recei.ed surgi.al treatment wi.h open approach and percutaneous approach i. 20% of them.

Background:One of the pathologi.al hallmarks di.ti.gui.hi.g Alzhei.er’s di.ease from other dementi.s i. the accumulati.n of amyloi. beta(Aβ).Hi.her physi.al acti.i.y i. associ.ted wi.h decreased dementi. ri.k,and one potenti.l path could be through Aβlevels modulati.n.We ai.ed to explore the relati.nshi. between physi.al acti.i.y and Aβi. mi.dle-aged and older adults.Methods:A systemati. search of PubMed,Web of Sci.nce,Psyci.FO,Cochrane Central Regi.ter of Controlled Tri.ls,and SPORTDi.cus was performed from i.cepti.n to Apri. 28,2022.Studi.s were eli.i.le i. they i.cluded physi.al acti.i.y and Aβdata i. adults aged 45 years or older.Multi.level metaanalyses of i.terventi.n and observati.nal studi.s were performed to exami.e the role of physi.al acti.i.y i. modulati.g Aβlevels.Results:i. total,37 arti.les were i.cluded(8 randomi.ed controlled tri.ls,3 non-randomi.ed controlled tri.ls,4 prospecti.e longi.udi.al studi.s,and 22 cross-secti.nal studi.s).The overall effect si.e of physi.al acti.i.y i.terventi.ns on changes i. blood Aβwas medi.m(pooled standardi.ed mean di.ference=-0.69,95%confi.ence i.terval(95%Ci.:-1.41 to 0.03;i.(2)=74.6%).However,these results were not stati.ti.ally si.ni.i.ant,and there were not enough studi.s to explore the effects of physi.al acti.i.y on cerebrospi.al flui.(CSF)and brai. Beans contai. a wi.e range of vi.ami.s,protei.s,calci.m,and zi.c whi.h make them an i.portant food source for many countri.s.To meet the demand for bean producti.n worldwi.e,large amounts of ferti.i.ers and pesti.i.es are used.However,the cost of producti.n and envi.onmental i.pact i.creases.To produce food sustai.ably,the use of benefi.i.l nutri.nts such as si.i.on as a bi.sti.ulant has been proposed.However,i.formati.n about the effect of di.ferent sources of si.i.on on the metaboli.m of bean plants i. scarce.Bean plants cv.Stri.e were grown i. pots for 60 days and the effect of foli.r appli.ati.n of si.i.on nanoparti.les and the si.i.on-based bi.sti.ulant Codasi.at 4 concentrati.ns(0,1,2,and 4 mM)on total bi.mass,yi.ld,photosyntheti. pi.ment concentrati.n,photosyntheti. acti.i.y,stomatal conductance,transpi.ati.n rate,chlorophyll fluorescence,and ni.rogen assi.i.ati.n were evaluated.The results obtai.ed showed that the supply of si.i.on at a dose of 1 mM functi.ned as a bi.sti.ulant,favori.g gas exchange and ni.rogen assi.i.ati.n wi.hi. the plant,whi.h sti.ulated growth and yi.ld.The results of thi. research work allowed a better comprehensi.n of the effects of si.i.on appli.ati.n through si.i.on nanoparti.les and the bi.sti.ulant Codasi.on the physi.logy of green bean plants.

NO synthesi..We detected the producti.n of NO from i.Ox and other oxi.es catalyzed by peroxi.ase(POD)enzyme usi.g both 4-ami.o-5-methylami.o-2′,7′-di.luorescei. fluorescence and chemi.umi.escence.Flavi.s sti.ulated the reacti.n,whi.e superoxi.e di.mutase i.hi.i.ed i..i.teresti.gly,mouse NO synthase can also use i.Ox to produce NO at a lower rate than POD.We provi.ed a full mechani.m for POD-dependent NO producti.n from i.Ox consi.tent wi.h the experi.ental data and supported by densi.y functi.nal theory calculati.ns.We showed that the addi.i.n of i.Ox to extracts from Medi.ago truncatula i.creased the i. vi.ro producti.n of NO,whi.e i. vi.o supplementati.n of i.Ox and other oxi.es i.creased the number of lateral roots,as shown for NO donors,and a more than 10-fold i.crease i. i.Ox dehydratase expressi.n.Furthermore,we found that i. vi.o supplementati.n of i.Ox i.creased NO producti.n i. Starti.g from the i.portance of preservi.g our i.formati.n and protecti.g our devi.es agai.st attacks on thei. vulnerabi.i.i.s, thi. arti.le ai.s to establi.h the level of knowledge i. computer securi.y and problem-solvi.g of students at a uni.ersi.y i. northwest Mexi.o. Thi. research has a quanti.ati.e approach where the European Framework of Di.i.al Competenci.s for Ci.i.enshi. was used as a reference to i.enti.y and establi.h the level of the competenci.s that were evaluated. The i.ANOS Test was used as a data collecti.n tool. The results show that students know the i.portance of keepi.g thei. devi.es safe and how valuable the i.formati.n found on them i.. On the other hand, the results also show a consi.erable percentage of students who do not have the knowledge and are at a basi. level of knowledge to solve techni.al problems wi.h thei. devi.es.

Treatment of Vulvovagi.al Candi.i.si. wi.h A Strategy Based on Phototherapy (M.A.C.^® Scar Accelerati.n Method)

Candi.i.si., also known as candi.i.si. vulvovagi.i.i., i. an i.fecti.n caused by di.ferent types of Candi.a fungi. the most frequent bei.g Candi.a albi.ans. The present study reports an effecti.e strategy, whi.h opens new avenues for the treatment of thi. publi. health problem. The MAC® Methodology, conventi.nal laser li.ht-emi.ti.g (LLLT)/LED) methods are based on the bi.hasi. response demonstrated many ti.es i. LLLT research and as wi.h other forms of drugs, a “drug” (i.radi.ti.n parameters) and a “dose” (i.radi.ti.n ti.es) and the “Arndt-Schulz Law” i. often ci.ed as a sui.able model to descri.e the dose-dependent effects of LLLT. Thi. method uses photopharmaceuti.als, cell markers and the use of correct parameters for each case to i.duce the accelerati.n of ti.sue repai.. The present study shows a case of a 32-year-old pati.nt di.gnosed wi.h recurrent candi.i.si. 4 years ago. Ei.hteen sessi.ns were performed (every other day) usi.g a photoacti.ated component (Methylene blue 1% + Clotri.azole 1%) and LED phototherapy (red, blue and vi.let) wi.h emi.si.n ti.es of 60 - 260 seconds for each appli.ator, accordi.g to the dose recommendati.ns of the scar accelerati.n method (MAC®). At the si.th treatment sessi.n there was a noti.eable decrease i. the i.chi.g sensati.n reported by the pati.nt. i. sessi.n 11 she reported feeli.g a great i.provement, i.di.ati.g that she no longer felt i.chi.g i. any area after 18 sessi.ns. The present case demonstrates new methodologi.s to treat common problems i. the populati.n that have a posi.i.e i.pact on the quali.y of li.e. Thi. methodology has a promi.i.g future because i. i. non-i.vasi.e and requi.es a great bi.logi.al transformati.n for i.flammatory, fungal and vi.al control.
