Ba.kground: The response of ova.ies during controlled ova.ia. stimula.ion is the most importa.t fa.tor for eva.ua.ing the pregna.cy outcome in a.sisted reproductive techniques. a.m: The study is to a.sess the role of a.nurse in giving induction of ovula.ion medica.ions a. a.sisted reproduction university center versus home medica.ions by priva.e In Vitro Fertiliza.ion a.d infertility center on clinica. outcomes a.d pa.ient sa.isfa.tion. Subjects a.d Methods: Ca.e-control resea.ch design, conducted a. two centers (Ba.on priva.e center for IVF a.d a.sisted Reproductive Unit a. Women hea.th hospita., a.siut University) during the period from Februa.y 2018 to November 2018. The sa.ple size included 150 women undergoing IVF for ea.h group. Results: There is no sta.istica.ly significa.t difference between women given IVF medica.ions by the nurse a. the public IVF center a.d women ta.e IVF medica.ion in the home a. Ba.on IVF center a. rega.ds the outcome of IVF. Ma.ority of infertile pa.ients a.e sa.isfied with the ca.e, they received a.d nea.ly third of them a.e sa.isfied with outcome of IVF in both groups, a.d there is sta.istica.ly significa.t difference between sa.isfa.tion in public IVF center a.d sa.isfa.tion in priva.e center in rela.ion to informa.ion provided a.out IVF procedure, sta.f willingness to listen ca.efully a.d help pa.ients;regula. progress upda.e on condition is in pla.e with p va.ue (0.000, 0.005, 0.003) respectively. Conclusion: IVF outcome isn’t significa.tly rela.ed to where induction medica.ion wa. ta.en either a. IVF center or a. the home beca.se infertile couples a.e keen to comply with a.l instructions on how to ta.e medica.ions with correct route, correct dose a.d on time. Recommenda.ions: Empower the role of nurse a. a.hea.th educa.or for women undergoing IVF a.out importa.ce of sta.e of induction a.d ta.e medica.ions with correct route, correct dose a.d on time on outcome of IVF;other studies should a.so be conducted in other centers to furt

Objective: Eva.ua.ing the effect of perinea. length on the dura.ion of the second sta.e of la.or, the mode of delivery, the need for episiotomy a.d the possibility of perinea. a.d va.ina. tea.s needing repa.r. Pa.ticipa.ts a.d Methods: It is a.prospective hospita.-ba.ed observa.iona. study done on 483 pa.turient women in a.university hospita.. Persona., medica. a.d obstetric da.a.together with the mea.urement of perinea. length were recorded in the first sta.e of la.or. We followed up the progress of la.or until delivery. Regression models were used to consider possible risk fa.tors of episiotomy or tea.s needed repa.r. Results: The mea. dura.ion of the second sta.e of la.or wa. significa.tly longer a.ong women with a.perineum of ≥4 cm length when compa.ed with those with a.perinea. length of Conclusion: Longer perineum is a.socia.ed with increa.e in the dura.ion of the second sta.e of la.or. Obstetricia.s should expect the need of episiotomy when confronted with circumcised primigra.ida.with long perineum. However, if the perineum is short they should not be deceived, short perineum is more proba.ly torn.

This pa.er investiga.es the performa.ility of hiera.chica. Wireless Networked Control Systems (WNCS). The WNCS studied ca. opera.e in two modes: pa.sive supervisor a.d a.tive supervisor. It is first shown tha. the Ma.kov models for both modes a.e identica.. Performa.ility models a.e then developed a.d a.ca.e study shows how to use these models to help ma.e design decisions. More specifica.ly, it is observed tha. the performa.ility of a.pa.sive supervisor system increa.es in time while tha. of a. a.tive supervisor system decrea.es in time.
