the genus Argemone L.(Papaveraceae)is found widely distributed in mexico’s Chihuahuan Desert(CD).Some species of this genus are of phytochemical or ethnobotanical *** are inedible plants considered as *** date they have not been broadly studied;thus,their ecology is,to our knowledge,*** present work was centered around carrying out a morphometric analysis and the determination of minerals in the soil and seeds of the wild populations of Argemone at sites belonging to two ecoregions of the CD in *** April 2021 and April 2022,seeds of Argemone spp.,and soil samples were collected at 10 sites of the *** seeds were selected under a randomized design,and weight,length,diameter,thickness,buoyancy,and mineral content were *** soil samples were obtained under the mexican regulation nOm-021-RECnAt-2000,and determinations of mineral content,electrical conductivity,apparent density,and soluble anions were *** information obtained was grouped by variable,species,and place of *** statistical tests consisted of an AnOVA,tukey means tests considering p≤0.05,and a Principal Components *** pleiacantha exhibited differences in terms of weight(F=54.79,p=0.001),length(F=90.83,p=0.001),thickness(F=104.89,p=0.001),and diameter(F=155.82,p=0.001),and the differences in Argemone mexicana were in weight(F=46.71,p=0.001),thickness(F=187.49,p=0.001),length(F=191.56,p=0.001),and diameter(F=215.83,p=0.001).the evaluated seeds reached their maximal imbibition velocity at 24 h of *** content of the micro-and macro-nutrients analyzed in the seeds and soil suggest a tight relation with the morphometric characteristics of the seeds.

multispecies forests have received increased scientific attention,driven by the hypothesis that biodiversity improves ecological ***,a greater species diversity presents challenges for forest management and *** study aims to develop basal area growth models for tree species *** analysis is based on a dataset of 423 permanent plots(2,500 m^(2))located in temperate forests in Durango,***,we define tree species cohorts based on individual and neighborhood-based variables using a combination of principal component and cluster ***,we estimate the basal area increment of each cohort through the generalized additive model to describe the effect of tree size,competition,stand density and site *** principal component and cluster analyses assign a total of 37 tree species to eight cohorts that differed primarily with regard to the distribution of tree size and vertical position within the *** generalized additive models provide satisfactory estimates of tree growth for the species cohorts,explaining between 19 and 53 percent of the total variation of basal area increment,and highlight the following results:i)most cohorts show a"rise-and-fall"effect of tree size on tree growth;ii)surprisingly,the competition index"basal area of larger trees"had showed a positive effect in four of the eight cohorts;iii)stand density had a negative effect on basal area increment,though the effect was minor in medium-and high-density stands,and iv)basal area growth was positively correlated with site quality except for an oak *** developed species cohorts and growth models provide insight into their particular ecological features and growth patterns that may support the development of sustainable management strategies for temperate multispecies forests.

研究旨在比较用两种脂质乳剂进行全静脉营养(tPn)后脑脂质成分的变化,所用的脂质乳剂一种是长链脂肪酸(LCt),另一种是由长链和中链脂肪酸组成(mCt/LCt50%/50%)。试验选用新西兰兔21只,分成3组,每组7只。两组均接受tPn7d,每个组接受其中一种不同的脂质乳剂处理脂乳剂20%(LCt组)和力保脂宁mCt/LCt20%(mCt/LCt组)。第3组为对照组接受口服饮食和接受相同的手术处理静脉注射生理盐水。tPn处理的能量是非蛋白能量418.68kJ·kg-1·d-1与40%脂肪所含能量之和。结果表明,血浆胆固醇和甘油三酯有小幅上升。在大脑组织,接受tPn处理组动物的磷脂酰胆碱降低,LCt组的变化更大一些。各组间大脑脂肪酸总体比例分布没有显著差异。脂质乳剂进行tPn处理可引起脑脂质极性馏分的变化,尤其是进行LCt处理的兔子。

this work presents a different approach to twin primes, an approach from the perspective of the tesla numbers and gives a refresh and new observation of twin primes that could lead us to an answer to the twin Prime Conjecture problem. We expose a peculiar relation between twin primes and the generation of prime numbers with tesla numbers. tesla numbers seem to be present in so many domains like time, vibration and frequency [1], and the space between twin primes is not the exception. Let us say that twin primes are more than just prime numbers plus 2 or minus 2, and tesla numbers are more involved with twin primes than we think, and hopefully, this approach give us a better understanding of the distribution of the twin pairs.

Pterocarpus santalinus L. f.(Fabaceae;red sanders) is prized for its wood whose colour and fragrance is due to the presence of santalins that have pharmaceutical and industrial uses. Red sanders is listed as an endangered plant species on the IUCn red data list as a result of the exploitation of its wood and essential oil. this review emphasizes the pollination biology, seed germination, vegetative propagation and micropropagation of P. santalinus. Excessive use of P. santalinus has also caused the emergence of various adulterants, so accurate identification is essential.
