We approximately solve the Dirac equation for attractive radial potential including a Coulomb-like tensor interaction under pseudospin and the spin symmetry limit for any arbitrary spin-orbit quantum number, by employing the supersymmetric （SUSY） quantum mechanics and supersymmetric shape invariance technique. We obtain the energy eigenvalue equation under the pseudospin and spin conditions. Some numerical results are compared with those obtained by the Nikiforove-Uvarov （NU） method.

Due to the deformation ability even under small loads, hydrogels have been widely used as a type of soft materials in various applications such as actuating and sensing, and have attracted many researchers to study their behaviors. In this paper, the behavior of hydrogel micro-valves with reverse sensitivity to the p H inside a T-junction flow sorter is investigated. With the fluid-structure interaction(FSI) approach, the effects of various parameters such as the inlet pressure and the p H value on the stress and deformation of the micro-valves are examined, and the results with and without FSI,including the flow rate and the closure p H, are compared. In order to reduce the response time of hydrogels, the effects of three different patterns on the performance of the microvalves are explored. Eventually, it is concluded that FSI is a key influential factor in designing and analyzing the behaviors of hydrogels.

In this study,we aim to assess dynamical downscaling simulations by utilizing a novel bias-corrected global climate model(GCm)data to drive a regional climate model(RCm)over the Asia-western North Pacific *** simulations were conducted with a 25-km grid spacing for the period 1980–*** first simulation(WRF_ERA5)was driven by the European Centre for medium-Range Weather Forecasts Reanalysis 5(ERA5)dataset and served as the validation *** original GCm dataset(mPI-esm1-2-HR model)was used to drive the second simulation(WRF_GCm),while the third simulation(WRF_GCmbc)was driven by the bias-corrected GCm *** bias-corrected GCm data has an ERA5-based mean and interannual variance and long-term trends derived from the ensemble mean of 18 CmIP6 *** demonstrate that the WRF_GCmbc significantly reduced the root-mean-square errors(RmSEs)of the climatological mean of downscaled variables,including temperature,precipitation,snow,wind,relative humidity,and planetary boundary layer height by 50%–90%compared to the WRF_***,the RmSEs of interannual-tointerdecadal variances of downscaled variables were reduced by 30%–60%.Furthermore,the WRF_GCmbc better captured the annual cycle of the monsoon circulation and intraseasonal and day-to-day *** leading empirical orthogonal function(EOF)shows a monopole precipitation mode in the WRF_*** contrast,the WRF_GCmbc successfully reproduced the observed tri-pole mode of summer precipitation over eastern *** improvement could be attributed to a better-simulated location of the western North Pacific subtropical high in the WRF_GCmbc after GCm bias correction.

In the pursuit of advancing imidazolium-based energetic ionic liquids (eils),the current study is devoted to the synthesis and characterization of 1,3-dibutyl-imidazolium azide ([BBIm][N_(3)]),as a novel member in this ionic liquids *** chemical structure of this eil was rigorously characterized and confirmed using FTIR spectroscopy,1D,and 2D-NmR *** thermal behavior assessment was conducted through DSC and TGA *** analysis revealed an endothermic glass transition at T_(g)=-61℃,followed by an exothermic degradation event at T_(onset)=311℃.Similarly,TGA thermograms exhibited a one-stage decomposition process resulting in 100% mass loss of the ***,the short-term thermal stability of the azide eil was investigated by combining the non-isothermal TGA data with the TAS,it-KAS,and VYA/CE isoconversional kinetic ***,the Arrhenius parameters(E_(a)=154 kJ·mol^(-1),Log(A/s^(-1))=11.8) and the most probable reaction model g(a) were *** observed high decomposition temperatures and the significantly elevated activation energy affirm the enhanced thermal stability of the modified *** findings revealed that[BBIm][N_(3)]eil can be a promising candidate for advanced energetic material application.

随着超大规模集成电路 (VLSI)图形密度的增大 ,邻近效应已成为光学光刻的关键问题之一。通常在平整硅片上对 0 5 μm图形采用 0 5 4NA和传统的单层i线抗蚀工艺时 ,密集图形和孤立图形间的线宽差异大约为 0 0 8μm。然而 ,这一线宽差异已严重地影响了实际生产的工艺稳定性。阐述了邻近效应对图形尺寸、线条与间隙占空比、衬底膜种类、曝光过程的散焦效应、与抗蚀剂厚度变化有关的抗蚀工艺条件和显影时间的依赖性。同时 ,采用 2种不同抗蚀剂实验监测了不同潜像对比度引起的关键尺寸 (CD)偏差。为减小实际图形因抗蚀剂厚度变化引起的CD差异 ,获得最佳抗蚀剂厚度 ,进行了一种模拟研究。

Lasertherapy as A Strategy for Treatment Healing under Caloric Restriction – Study in Rats

Complications in the healing process are challenging, especially in clinical situations of caloric restriction （CR）. The lasertherapy becomes an important strategy that aids the repair, especially in CR. Thus, it is important to investigate the InGaAlP-660 nm laser as an strategy to repair cutaneous wounds in rats submitted to 30% of CR and to understand the tissue repair in clinical situations of CR. Thirty-six male Wistar rats were used, of which half were fed with 30% less ration, and half with ad libitum diet, for 21 days. Then, punch lesions of 1.5 cm in diameter were made on the animals backs, which were divided into： NR （no-restricted）, R （restricted）-both before lesion; C （control）, RC （restricted-control）, L （laser）, RL （restricted-laser）-after lesion. Samples of the skin/lesion/scar were collected on the 2nd, 7th and 14th days post-injury for histological, biochemical and molecular analyses. The R group showed reduction of body mass, epidermal/dermal thickness, inflammation, angiogenesis, fibroplasia and collagenesis. The RL group showed control of inflammation, oxidative damage and increase of antioxidants than RC, which probably favored angiogenesis, collagenesis and reepithelialization, similar to C and L. Thus, 30% of CR impaired the skin （before lesion）. In the lesion, lasertherapy has shown to be effective in tissue repair mainly in CR status, being thus, the laser clinically important strategy to tissue repair in critical situations of caloric restriction.
