Primary non-Hodgkin lymphoma of liver is a very rare malignancy. The disease is poorly understood and few clinical studies have been conducted to help elucidate the natural course of disease, pathogenesis, optimal therapy, response to therapy, and survival. Here, we present an interesting case of primary non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) originating in liver. A literature review of clinical features, diagnosis, and management is also provided.

Adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC) of the breast is a rare type of primary breast cancer with a favorable prognosis, despite its triple-negative status. There has been no consensus regarding treatments. We will report a case of Adenoid cystic carcinoma of the breast presented with localized disease and no axillary lymph node metastases. We performed a radical mastectomy with axillary lymph node dissection, with a favorable clinical course and we will describe the clinic pathologic features of ACC of the breast and review the current literature.

Introduction: Anaplastic large-cell lymphoma occurring in the nasal cavity is a rare disease. The latest World Health Organization (WHO) Classification recognizes three distinct subtypes: primary systemic anaplastic lymphoma kinase positive been our case, primary systemic anaplastic lymphoma kinase negative and primary cutaneous types. Through this case study, we focus on the clinical presentation, treatment and prognostic characteristics of this *** Presentation: We report the case of a patient aged 32 years, who presented for seven months a runny nose associated with swelling of the face on the left side, without peripheral lymphadenopathy or general signs. A Blondeau scanner objectified a total filling of the frontal and left maxillary sinus, and a filling of the left nasal cavity. Complete resection of the tumor was performed. Histological examination was in favor of anaplastic large T-cell lymphoma anaplastic lymphoma kinase positive. The patient was stage IE according to Ann Arbor classification, with an International Prognostic Index estimated at one. Thus, the patient received six cycles of CHOP chemotherapy. Currently, he is in good loco-regional control with a decline of three ***: The rarity of this case lies partly in the lymphomatous localization in the nasal cavity, and secondly in the anaplastic histology. It poses a diagnostic problem. So, we conclude that in case of any symptom of nasal cavities, it is necessary to explore and possibly biopsy if tumor, before surgery, because lymphomas are chemosensitive disease.

Peripheral Primary Neuroectodermal Tumour of the Ileum: A Case Report and Review of the Literature

Background: Ewing’s Sarcoma (ES)/peripheral Primitive Neuroectodermal Tumor (pPNET) is a rare aggressive malignant small round cell tumour. Most of them arise in bony sites, and they represent the second commonest primary osseous malignancy in adolescence and young adults. The localization of the small bowel is very rare, to our knowledge only 35 cases of ES/pPNET of the small bowel have been reported in the literature. Case Presentation: We report a case of pPNET of the ileum in a 26-year-old female, presented abdominal pain with a transit disorder. The clinical examination was unremarkable. The histological and immunohistochemical study confirmed the diagnosis of peripheral primary neuroectodermal tumours. The patient was treated by tumor resection followed by adjuvant chemotherapy. The evolution was good, without recurrence with a follow-up of 12 months. Conclusion: PNET of the ileum is very rare. We report this case to enrich the database of this rare clinical entity and to improve the management of patients with PNET of the ileum.

Melanoma of the Oral Cavity: About Two Cases and Review of Literature

Mucosal malignant melanoma of the oral cavity is an extremely rare condition. It has a poor prognosis. Here we report two typical cases of malignant melanoma. In the first case, 64 years old man developed an exophytic tumor in the hard palate. Head and neck and chest computerized tomography scan showed a large aggressive tumor of the hard palate. The patient also had multiple lung metastases and a cervical lymph node. The second case is a 73 years old woman presenting a burgeoning mass on the right palate. Facial CT reveals a malignant tumor lateralized in the right palate with ipsilateral metastatic lymph nodes. Histological with immunohistochemical studies assigned both cases to a malignant melanoma. Due to the rarity of oral malignant melanomas, case reports are a necessary source of information.
