Numerous Neoproterozoic mafic dykes,referred to as the Dashigou swarm,are identified in the central and southeastern parts of the North China craton(NCC).They are 305-010°trending dykes,with widths of～10- 100 m and exposed lengths of several to >10 *** U-Pb isotope dilution thermal ionization mass spectrometry (ID-TIMS) measurements on baddeleyite grains separated from three dykes yield Pb/Pb average ages of 924.0±3.7 Ma(Dashigou dyke),921.8±2.6 Ma(Yangjiaogou dyke) and 925.8±1.7 Ma(Taohuagou dyke).Baddeleyite grains from a late-stage pegmatite vein in the Dashigou dyke were analyzed by secondary ion mass spectrometry(SIMS) *** yield a Pb/Pb average age of 920.4±5.7 *** Dashigou dyke swarm exhibits an overall radiating geometry(the overall fan angle is about 60°),with a focal point located along the southern margin of the eastern NCC,where a large ca.900 Ma sill swarm was previously recognized. The rift system hosting these slightly younger sills,named the Xu-Huai rift System,could represent two breakup-parallel arms of a rift-rift-rift triple junction related to the initiation of the magma center that produced the Dashigou *** sills have similar characteristics and could be cogenetic with the Dashigou dykes. The Dashigou dykes are coarse-grained,composed mainly of clinopyroxene and plagioclase feldspar,with or without *** of the most primitive dykes has 47.79 wt.%SiO,6.41 wt.%MgO,1.38 wt.%TiO,17.77 wt.%A1O, 10.47 wt.%CaO and 0.62 wt.%*** shows slight enrichment in light rare earth elements and a slightly positive eu/eu anomaly(1.1),and is slightly depleted in high field-strength elements compared to neighboring elements on a primitive mantle-normalized *** Dashigou dykes show some similarities with enriched-mid ocean ridge basalts(e-MOrB) or ocean island basalts(OIB) and haveεNd values of +1.8 to + 3.1 and Sr/Sr values of 0.7019-0.7047(t = 920 Ma).All these characteristics indicate that they are not likely derived from

e-selectin is a cell-adhesion molecule of the vascular endothelium that promotes essential leukocyte rolling in the early inflammatory response by binding to glycoproteins containing the tetrasaccharide sialyl Lewisx(sLex).efficient leukocyte recruitment under vascular flow conditions depends on an increased lifetime of e-selectin/ligand complexes under tensile force in a so-called catch-bond binding ***-crystal structures of a representative fragment of the extracellular e-selectin region with sLex and a glycomimetic antagonist thereof reveal an extended e-selectin conformation,which is identified as a high-affinity binding state of e-selectin by molecular dynamics ***-angle X-ray scattering experiments demonstrate a direct link between ligand binding and e-selectin conformational transition under static conditions in *** permits tracing a series of concerted structural changes connecting ligand binding to conformational stretching as the structural basis of e-selectin catch-bond-mediated leukocyte *** detailed molecular view of the binding site paves the way for the design of a new generation of selectin *** is of special interest,since their therapeutic potentialwas recently demonstrated with the pan-selectin antagonists GMI-1070(rivipansel).

国内外在流体包裹体激光拉曼光谱研究方面取得了大量的成果。本文回顾了流体包裹体激光拉曼光谱分析技术的发展历史,介绍了流体包裹体激光拉曼光谱技术定性和定量分析的原理和方法,指出了该技术存在的问题及未来研究方向。流体包裹体激光拉曼光谱分析主要受到样品、荧光、同位素、光化学反应、水溶性物质信号弱、气相水及水合物、子矿物等因素的影响。由于用来进行定量分析的拉曼散射截面参数明显受到压力影响,加上峰面积计算不规范化使得目前的流体包裹体激光拉曼光谱分析结果可靠性有待于重新审视。未来流体包裹体拉曼光谱分析技术应当在完善不同标准体系和标准物质光谱数据的基础上,针对不同类型包裹体采用采取不同条件,分析结果将在准确定性的基础上从相对定量向绝对定量发展。

AIM To establish cell line and patient-derived xenograft(PDX) models for neuroendocrine carcinomas(NeC) which is highly desirable for gaining insight into tumor development as well as preclinical research includingbiomarker testing and drug response *** Cell line establishment was conducted from direct in vitro culturing of colonic NeC tissue(HrOC57). A PDX could also successfully be established from vitally frozen tumor samples. Morphological features, invasive and migratory behavior of the HrOC57 cells as well as expression of neuroendocrine markers were vastly analyzed. Phenotypic analysis was done by microscopy and multicolor flow cytometry. The extensive molecular-pathological profiling included mutation analysis, assessment of chromosomal and microsatellite instability; and in addition, fingerprinting(i.e., STr analysis) was performed from the cell line in direct comparison to primary patient-derived tissues and the PDX model established. Drug responsiveness was examined for a panel of chemotherapeutics in clinical use for the treatment of solid *** The established cell line HrOC57 showed distinct morphological and molecular features of a poorly differentiated large-cell NeC with KI-67 > 50%. Molecular-pathological analysis revealed a Cp G island promoter methylation positive cell line with microsatellite instability being absent. The following mutation profile was observed: KrAS(wt), BrAF(mut). A high sensitivity to etoposide, cisplatin and 5-FU could be demonstrated while it was more resistant towards rapamycin. CONCLUSION We successfully established and characterized a novel patient-derived NeC cell line in parallel to a PDX model as a useful tool for further analysis of the biological characteristics and for development of novel diagnostic and therapeutic options for NeC.

High-pressure/low-temperature Metamorphism in Northern Hubei Province,Central China

The Qinling-Dabie accretionary fold belt in east-central China represents the e-W trending suture zone between the Sino-Korean and Yangtze cratons. A portion of the accretionary complex exposed in northern Hubei Province contains a high-pressure / low-temperature metamorphic sequence progressively metamorphosed from the blueschist through greenschist to epidote-amphibolite / eclogite facies. The Hongan metamorphic belt can be divided into three metamorphic zones,based on progressive changes in mineral assemblages: Zone Ⅰ,in the south,is characterized by transitional blueschist-greenschist facies; ZoneⅡis characterized by greenschist facies; ZoneⅢ,in the northern most portion of the belt,is characterized by eclogite and epidote-amphibolite facies sequences. Changes in amphibole compositions from south to north as well as the appearance of increasingly higher pressure mineral assemblages toward the north document differences in metamorphic P-T conditions during formation of this belt. Preliminary P-T estimates for Zone I metamorphism are 5 ~ 7 kbar,350 ~ 450℃; estimates for Zone III eclogites are 10 ~ 22 kbar,500 ±50℃. The petrographic,chemical and structural characteristics of this metamorphic belt indicate its evolutionin a northward-dipping subduction zone and subsequent uplift prior to and during the final collisionbetween the Sino-Korean and Yangtze cratons.

复杂合金相中新型位错(metadislocation)的发现为理解大晶格参数复杂合金材料的塑性变形行为提供了重要基础。本文概述了复杂合金相T⁃Al⁃Mn⁃Pd高温变形显微结构中此类位错交互作用及其特殊构型的最新进展,并针对不同缺陷构型与变形机制的关联进行了综合讨论。原子尺度透射电镜表征发现复杂合金相中具有相反方向伯氏矢量的近邻位错会通过两条共用的相子链连接产生交互作用,从而构成一种特殊的位错偶。同时,变形结构中也观察到反相子及其变体缺陷,基于相关最新进展及反相子缺陷构建了复杂合金相位错形成的拼砌模型,提出一种基于反相子变体结构的位错偶形成机制。
