Lawson.a in.rmis is a hairless plan. growin. in.various region. of n.rth Africa, the In.ian.subcon.in.n., an. the Middle East. It possesses man. medicin.l attributes, in.ludin. curative properties again.t in.ectious dermatoses. This study was carried out to evaluate the phytochemical profile of the crude ethan.lic extract of the plan. leaves an. its fraction. as well as their an.imicrobial activities. The phytochemical profile was performed usin. high-performan.e thin.layer chromatography (HPTLC), gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), an. high-performan.e liquid chromatography (HPLC). Addition.lly, the phen.lic an. flavon.id con.en.s were determin.d usin. the Folin.Ciocalteu spectrophotometric an. the alumin.m trichloride methods. An.imicrobial activity was tested usin. disc diffusion.an. microdilution.methods. The presen.e of flavon.ids, tan.in., sterols, an. triterpen.s was revealed. GC-MS detected twelve compoun.s main.compoun.s con.istin. of saturated an. un.aturated fatty acids an. phen.lic an. terpen.id compoun.s amon. twen.y-seven.compon.n.s. HPLC also detected high con.en.s of phen.lic acids an. flavon.ids. The most abun.an. triterpen. an. sterols were ursolic acid (aroun. 43.14 g/100g DW, 13.9 g/100g dry weight (DW), an. 0.68 g/100g DW) in.the crude ethan.lic extract of leaves (FeLi), hexan. fraction.(FHLi) an. dichloromethan. fraction.(FDLi), respectively an., β-sitosterol in.FeLi (56.7 mg/100g DW), FHLi (10.55 g/100g DW), FDLi (106.1 mg/100g DW) an. butan.l fraction.(FBLi) (357.4 mg/100g DW). Amon. the flavon.ids, rutin.= 3.24 g/100g an. quercetin.= 0.63 g/100g in.the ethan.lic extract, rutin.= 15.73 g/100g in.the dichloromethan. fraction. an. rutin.= 0.23 g/100g) in.the aqueous fraction.an. amon. phen.lic compoun.s, caffeic acid (37.65 g/100g DW) an. van.llic acid (22.70 g/100g DW) were the most importan. in.the ethyl acetate fraction.(FAeLi). Goals: The aim of this study was to determin. the an.ibiotic resistan.e profile of serotypes of Streptococcus pn.umon.ae strain. circulatin. in.Ban.ui. Methodology: A prospective an. an.lytical an.lysis was carried out at the n.tion.l Laboratory of Clin.cal Biology an. Public Health from 2017 to 2022. The strain. came from our study on.the con.ribution.to the study of an.ibiotic sen.itivity of Streptococcus pn.umon.ae strain.. The multiplex PCR test was used for its cost-effectiven.ss in.terms of amplifiers which can.be purified in.order to be sequen.ed. It also makes it possible to detect several germs as well as their serotypes. For a PCR reaction. several elemen.s are in.olved in.the reaction.medium or Master Mix. These are the desoxyribon.cleotides (dn.Ps), the magn.sium ion. (MgCl2) an. the primers. A set of 14 primers divided in.o 3 classes were used. Class 1 primers served as an.in.ern.l con.rol by targetin. the cpsA gen.. It is a highly con.erved gen. foun. in.capsular loci characterized to date. The primers of the secon. class were used to target specific serotypes by specific reaction. (out of six possibilities). The group reaction.was carried out usin. the primers of the third class in.order to carry out an.in.tial screen.n. of the samples an. to classify the pn.umococcal isolates. Related serotypes were grouped based on.the amplification.of common.gen.s. Usin. the techn.que of electrophoresis on.agarose gel an. an.ultraviolet radiation.device, the migration.ban.s are then.visualized an. an.lyzed. The data collected had been.en.ered in.o Excel 2010 an. an.lyzed with Epi in.o 7. The exact Fischer chi2 test at the 5% threshold, the relative risk an. its 95% con.iden.e in.erval were used to compare the proportion. an. determin. the association.. 作为主要通信的里程碑,互联网和移动无线技术正在迅速发展,改善本地和广域无线网络的通信环境。由于漫游对无线网络的要求,未来的无线网络的发展趋势是无线异构网络,需要融合无线局域网和蜂窝技术,利用各个不通方法中不同的技术,不长相互之间的优缺点,这就是其与单个网络的优势。这些无线技术,通过支持多种互联网应用,如web浏览,电子邮件,视频和音频流具有不同的QoS要求,在这种不同的情况下,对于时延和丢报率的要求各不相同。比如垂直切换,被切换的两个网络之间要通过良好设计,使得两种网络之间可以平滑切换。合适的垂直切换授权机制在使HWn.证网络QoS的条件下,还有很长的研究过程。由于现存的授权控制机制的引入,保证网络对于多服务类型,多优先级的QoS进行了不同的服务。服务提供者运用不同的优先级对不同的用户进行区分,在这种情况下,有些移动终端通过支付更高的费用被赋予了更高的优先级,例如,在过拥塞的网络中,一些漫游的移动终端由于具有更高的优先级,可以在很短的时间内进行切换,保证通信质量,而其他移动终端也许就不能进行连接。但由于用户都趋向于廉价的服务,所以上述并没有从本质上得到改善。例如在无线局域网的情况下,授权系统给普通用户提供稳定的授权和服务机制,但是对于过拥塞的时间段,多个移动终端从不同的蜂窝网络中来来会会,授权和切换频频发生,在应用QoS保障机制的情况下,这会从很大程度上恶化网络,增加掉线概率。本论文中提供一种动态自适应的增强型的授权机制,融合无线局域网,2G网络,3G网络,还有蜂窝网,对移动终端的切换机制进行了改进。我们对每个地区的高于一个门限的切换次数进行统计和测量,并使用稳定授权机制来处理多切换中,减小切换门限和降低掉线率的方法。我们使用MATLAB和OPn.T对进行仿真,仿真结果显示,当引入增强机制,移动终端可以从一个地区平滑切换到另外一个地区,并且切换时延很小,可以保证实时的服务得到很好的保障。

In.roduction. Acute rheumatic fever (AAR) is a n.n.suppurative complication.of late in.ection.by group A. Public Health (Ln.CSP) in.Ban.ui. It focused on.samples con.ern.n. the diagn.sis of AAR an. patien. files seen.in.con.ultation.in.the capital’s referen.e health establishmen.s. Laboratory registers an. patien. con.ultation.files were used to collect data. They were en.ered in.o Excel 2010 to be an.lyzed with Epi In.o 7. A un.variate an.lysis by logistic regression. Ficher’s exact test, an. chi2 at the 5% threshold (p Results: We an.lyzed 94 cases meetin. Jon.s’s criteria. The ages of the patien.s ran.ed from 18 to 85 years (mean.age 52 years an. mode 45 years). The in.iden.e rate of AAR for the female sex was higher than.that of the male sex durin. the study period (p > 0.05). It wen. from 166.6 in.2015 to 200 in.2016 an. 2018 cases of AAR per 1000 people per year. The average in.iden.e rate was 296.18 cases of AAR per 1000 people per year. In.this device, hot electron., excited optically in.the gold layer, jump over the oxide barrier an. are in.ected in.o the graphen. layer, producin. a photocurren.. To amplify this process, the bottom gold electrode is pattern.d in.o a plasmon.reson.n. gratin. structure with a pitch of 500 n.. The photocurren. produced in.this device is measured usin. 633-n.-wavelen.th light as a fun.tion.of in.iden. an.le. We observe the maximum photocurren. at ＋10° from n.rmal in.iden.e un.er irradiation.with light polarized parallel to the in.iden. plan. （p-polarization. an. perpen.icular to the lin.s on.the gratin., an. a con.tan. （an.le-in.epen.en.） photocurren. un.er irradiation.with light polarized perpen.icular to the in.iden. plan. （s-polarization. an. parallel to the gratin.. These data show an.amplification.factor of 4.6× un.er reson.n. con.ition.. Blood tran.fusion.saves lives an. reduces morbidity an. mortality for a large n.mber of diseases an. clin.cal con.ition., but it is n.t without dan.er. The aim of this study was to determin. the seroprevalen.e of HIV an. hepatitis B in.blood don.rs received at the region.l Blood Tran.fusion.Cen.re of n.Zérékoré (Guin.a). This was a 5-year retrospective an.lytical study. We in.luded records of blood don.rs aged 18 to 60 years admitted to the n.Zérékoré Region.l Blood Tran.fusion.Cen.re for blood don.tion.from Jan.ary 2016 to December 2020. We performed a descriptive an.lysis followed by Chi-2 or Fish-er-exact tests an. the Studen. or Wilcoxon.test, followed by multivariate logistic regression. In.this study, don.r age ran.ed from 18 - 60 years, with a pre-domin.n.e of don.rs aged 25 - 34 (44.2%). Male don.rs were the most represen.ed in.our study (79.0% versus 21.0% female). More than.half of the don.rs were blood group O (55.6%). We observed a seroprevalen.e of 3.6% for HIV, 13.4% for HBsAg an. 0.2% for co-in.ection. In.our series, age 25 - 34 (OR = 1.89 an. P = 0.001) an. 35 - 44 for HIV (OR = 2.01 an. P = 0.001), HBsAgserostatus (OR = 3.04 an. P = 0.001) an. blood don.tion.history (OR of 3.04 an. P = 0.001) were factors associated with HIV positivity (P n.our study, HIV serostatus (OR = 3.04 an. P = 0.001) an. blood don.tion.history (OR = 0.01 an. P = 0.001) were factors associated with HBsAgseropositivity. We reported a high prevalen.e of HIV an. HBsAg. Sex, serological status an. blood don.tion.history were associated factors.

Backgroun.: Liver diseases in.ludin. chron.c hepatitis, steatosis, fibrosis, cirrhosis an. liver can.er are n.w a public health problem. In.2002, cirrhosis accoun.ed for 27.63% of hepatobiliary diseases in.Burkin. Faso. In.Africa an. more particularly in.Burkin. Faso, the majority of the population.(about 80%) uses medicin.l plan.s for their primary health care. Calotropis procera (Ait.) *** (Apocyn.ceae) is a medicin.l plan. used in.Burkin. Faso in.the treatmen. of liver problems. This work aims to evaluate the an.i-fibrotic properties of Calotropis procera roots barks. Methods: The an.i-fibrotic activity of the ethan.lic extract of Calotropis procera roots barks was evaluated usin. diethyln.trosamin. (DEn. to in.uce liver fibrosis in.male Wistar rats. Serum biomarkers, alan.n. tran.amin.se (ALT), aspartate tran.amin.se (AST), alkalin. phosphatase (ALP), Total protein. Albumin. Υ-Glutamyl tran.ferase (GGT) were evaluated an. the activities of an.ioxidan. en.ymes (Superoxide dismutase an. catalase) as well as the level of malon.dialdehyde (MDA) an. that of n.tric oxide (n.) were determin.d in.the liver homogen.te. Results: The treatmen. of rats sufferin. from hepatic fibrosis with the ethan.lic extract leads to a sign.fican. restoration.of the biomarkers of the hepatic fun.tion.in.particular, AST, ALP, GGT, Albumin. The extract also causes a reduction.in.oxidative stress in.the liver through a sign.fican. in.rease in.the activity rate of the an.ioxidan. en.ymes Superoxide dismutase (SOD) an. catalase accompan.ed by a sign.fican. drop in.the rate of MDA an. n. suggestin. the an.i-oxidan. effect of extract. Con.lusion. The results of the study show that the ethan.lic extract of the roots barks of Calotropis procera has an.i-fibrotic properties.
