Comprehensive SummaryThe detection of critical endogenous species, such as bacteria in microenvironments in the body, requires better imaging tools for visualization and monitoring of biological events. Bioluminescence imaging is the most popular strategy for obtaining real-time in living cells and organisms. Herein, we introduced a nitroaryl group on the C-3 position and a hydroxy group at the C-6 phenyl ring on furimazine to report the first bioluminescent probe (7) based on NanoLuc-furimazine bioluminescent pair for the detection of nitroreductase in bacteria. The probe, which possessed up to 560-fold intensity increase with a low detection limit of 16 ng/mL of nitroreductase, has the most efficient uncage efficiency in comparison with other bioluminescent congeners, thus enabling highly selective and sensitive visualization of NTR activity in a panel of clinical priority pathogens. Additionally, imaging of the recombinant strain as well as the NTR from mouse feces indicated the potential of this probe in the application of different mouse disease models.

Parameter estimation of Nakagami-gamma shadow fading model based on minimum KL divergence

The Nakagami-gamma (ng) shadow decay model based on the moment-based method (MoM) generates lower tail approximation， which is inaccuracy when the gamma random variables are replaced by the lognormal random variables. The channel parameters of composite ng shadow fading based on the method of minimizing the Kullback-Leibler (KL) divergence were estimated and a closed expression for the system bit error rate (BER) was derived in this paper. The simulation results show that the KL estimated parameters solve the lower tail approximation problem， and the replacement effect of the lognormal function by the gamma function is better than the MoM when the shading parameters are around the typical value of 4-9 dB. Moreover， the KL method has a lower MSE value for the channel analysis.

BACKGROUND The specific benefits of Yangxinshi tablet(YXST)in the treating chronic heart failure(CHF)remain *** To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of YXST in the treatment of *** Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)investigating YXST for CHF treatment were retrieved from eight public databases up to November ***-analyses of the included clinical studies were conducted using Review Manager *** Twenty RCTs and 1845 patients were *** meta-analysis results showed that the YXST combination group,compared to the conventional drug group,significantly increased the clinical efficacy rate by 23%[relative risk(RR)=1.23,95%CI:1.17-1.29],(Png/L[standardized MD(SMD)=-1.03,95%CI:-1.32 to-0.74,Png/L(MD=-80.95,95%CI:-143.31 to-18.59,P=0.01),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter by 3.92 mm(MD=-3.92,95%CI:-5.06 to-2.78,Png safety,neither group reported any serious adverse events during treatment(RR=0.54,95%CI:0.15-1.90,P=0.33).In addition,Egger's test results indicated no significant publication bias(P=0.557).CONCLUSION YXST effectively improves clinical symptoms and cardiac function in patients with CHF while maintaining a favorable safety profile,suggesting its potential as a therapeutic strategy for CHF.

BACKGROUND The benefits and risks of Xileisan(XLS)in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC)remain *** The present study aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the combination of XLS and mesalazine when treating *** We searched eight databases for clinical trials evaluating the combination of XLS and mesalazine in the treatment of UC,up to January ***-analysis and trial sequential analysis(TSA)were performed using Revman 5.3 and TSA 0.***.5.10 beta,*** The present study included 13 clinical studies involving 990 patients,of which 501 patients received XLS combined with mesalazine while 489 patients received mesalazine *** meta-analysis showed that,in terms of efficacy,the combination of XLS and mesalazine significantly improved the clinical efficacy rate by 22%[risk ratio(RR)=1.22;95%CI:1.15–1.28;Png the duration of abdominal pain by 2.25 days[mean difference(MD)=-2.25;95%CI:-3.35 to-1.14;Png/mL(MD=-16.25;95%CI:-20.48 to-12.01;Png/mL(MD=-14.14;95%CI:-24.89 to-3.39;P=0.01).The TSA indicated conclusiveness in the meta-analysis of the efficacy *** terms of safety,the meta-analysis revealed that the combination of XLS and mesalazine did not increase the occurrence of total and gastrointestinal adverse events,abdominal distension,and erythema(P>0.05).The TSA showed non conclusive findings in the meta-analysis of the safety ***’s test showed no publication bias(P=0.734).CONCLUSION Treatment with XLS alleviated the clinical symptoms,intestinal mucosal injury,and inflammatory response in patients with UC,while demonstrating good safety.

Direct methanol fuel cell technology recently becomes the focus of both academic and engineering circles,which stimulates the exploitation and utilization of advanced electrode catalysts with high activity and long ***,we demonstrate a robust bottom-up approach to the spatial construction of three-dimensional(3D) spinel manganese-cobalt oxide-modified N-doped graphene nanoarchitectures decorated with ultrasmall Pt nanoparticles(Pt/MnCo_(2)O_(4)-ng) via a controllable selfassembly *** incorporation of MnCo_(2)O_(4)nanocrystals provides abundant hydroxyl sources to promote the oxidative removal of CO-like byproducts on Pt sites,while the existence of 3D porous N-doped graphene networks facilitates the transportation of both ions and electrons in the hybrid system,thus giving rise to remarkable synergetic coupling effects during the methanol oxidation ***,the optimized Pt/MnCo_(2)O_(4)-ng nano architecture expres ses exceptional electrocatalytic properties with a large electrochemically active surface area of 99.5 m^(2)·g^(-1),a high mass activity of1508.3 mA·mg^(-1),strong toxicity resistance and reliable long-term durability,which have obvious competitive advantages over those of conventional Pt/carbon black,Pt/carbon nano tube,Pt/graphene,and Pt/N-doped graphene catalysts with the same Pt usage.

建立了超高效合相色谱-质谱法(UPC^(2)-MS)对甲卡西酮(MC)对映异构体进行手性分离和定量检测。使用Acquity UPC^(2)Trefoil CEL^(2)(2.5μm,3.0 mm×150 mm)手性色谱柱,以超临界流体CO_(2)为主要流动相,含10 mmol/L甲酸铵和0.1%甲酸的异丙醇为改性剂进行梯度洗脱,可以在13 min内实现2个对映异构体的基线分离。在三重四极杆质谱多反应监测(MRM)模式下,2个对映异构体的检出限为0.5 ng/mL,定量限为1.0 ng/mL,在1~100 ng/mL质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,线性相关系数(R^(2))≥0.999,10种常见毒品和药品对检测均无干扰。对实际缴获毒品的检测结果表明:直接作为毒品销售的MC主要为外消旋体,而非法制造麻黄碱的地下窝点缴获的MC以S构型为主。

六味调更片10种成分的大鼠血浆药动学研究

目的建立超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(UHPLC-MS/MS)测定六味调更片中10种成分(阿魏酸、山柰酚、齐墩果酸、藁本内酯、槲皮素、黄芪甲苷、甜菜碱、毛蕊异黄酮、毛蕊异黄酮苷、茯苓酸)在大鼠中的血药浓度,并研究10种成分在大鼠体内的药动学特征。方法血浆样品的处理采用乙酸乙酯液-液萃取方法,以格列苯脲为内标。采用Thermo Hypersil Gold色谱柱(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.9μm);以0.1%甲酸水(A)-甲醇(B)为流动相;梯度洗脱,流速为0.3 mL·min^(-1);柱温为40℃;进样体积2μL;采用电喷雾电离源(ESI离子源);平行离子检测模式进行正负离子检测。灌胃给药后,测定大鼠血浆10种成分的浓度,并用DAS 2.0软件计算药动学参数。结果血浆中10种成分线性关系均良好(r>0.991),各成分日内和日间精密度RSD均ng·mL^(-1)·h,血药达峰浓度(C_(max))为0.81~143.33 ng·mL^(-1)。结论该检测方法专属性强,重复性好,可用于六味调更片10种成分的大鼠血浆药动学研究。

Garnet-type solid-state batteries(SSBs)are considered to be one of the most promising candidates to realize next-generation lithium metal batteries with high energy density and ***,the dendrite-induced short-circuit and the poor interfacial contact impeded the practical ***,interface engineering to achieve low interfacial resistance without high temperature calcination was developed,which Li_(6.4)La_(3)Zr_(1.4)Ta_(0.6)O_(12)(LLZTO)was simply coated with complex hydride(Li_(4)(BH_(4))_(3)I(3L1L))in various mass ratios n(Li_(4)(BH_(4))_(3)I)-(100−n)LLZTO(10≤n≤40).The interfacial conductivity increases by more than three orders of magnitude from 8.29×10^(−6)S·cm^(−1)to 1.10×10^(−2)S·cm^(−1).Symmetric Li cells exhibit a high critical current density(CCD)of 4.0 mA·cm^(−2) and an excellent cycling stability for 200 h at 4.0 mA·cm^(−2).SSBs with polymeric sulfur-polyacrylonitrile(SPAN)cathode achieve a high discharge capacity of 1149 mAh·g^(−1) with a capacity retention of 91%after 100 cycles(0.2 C).This attempt guides a simple yet efficient strategy for obtaining a stable Li/LLZTO interface,which would promote the development of solid-state batteries.
