Ureas are widely used in drugs,materials and catalysts because of their diamide structure,which can form strong hydrogen bonds.Therefore,it is of great scientific significance to develop efficient and green methods for the synthesis of urea compounds,especially unsymmetrical ureas.Here,we have disclosed novel and highly efficient three-component coupling reactions of organic halides,sodium cyanate and amines enabled by nickel/photoredox dual catalysis for the preparation of unsymmetrical ureas.The reaction features simple and safe operations,broad substrate scopes,and product diversities.It allows the facile synthesis of N-aryl/vinyl ureas from readily available,user-friendly feedstocks under mild conditions(27 examples,36%—98%yields).In addition,this method is further derived to alcohols as nucleophiles to synthesize a series of carbamates(15 examples,40%—95%yields).The mechanism experiment shows that the isocyanate produced by the coupling of halide and sodium cyanate may be the key intermediate in this reaction.

Urea generation through electrochemical Co_(2) and No_(3)~-co-reduction reaction(Co_(2)No_(3)RR)is still limited by either the low selectivity or yield rate of urea.Herein,we report copper carbonate hydroxide(Cu_2(oH)_2Co_(3))as an efficient Co_(2)No_(3)RR electrocatalyst with an impressive urea Faradaic efficiency of45.2%±2.1%and a high yield rate of 1564.5±145.2μg h~(-1)mg_(cat)~(-1).More importantly,H_(2) evolution is fully inhibited on this electrocatalyst over a wide potential range between-0.3 and-0.8 V versus reversible hydrogen electrode.our thermodynamic simulation reveals that the first C-N coupling follows a unique pathway on Cu_2(oH)_2Co_(3) by combining the two intermediates,~*CooH and~*NHo.This work demonstrates that high selectivity and yield rate of urea can be simultaneously achieved on simple Cu-based electrocatalysts in Co_(2)No_(3)RR,and provide guidance for rational design of more advanced catalysts.

Environmental goods and low-carbon technologies have long been identified as having the potential to drive long-term economic progress without compromising environmental quality. However, their exact role in mitigating environmental degradation are yet to be unravelled. In addressing this shortfall, the extant literature relied on research funding and patent application as proxies for green technologies. Having established the weaknesses in the use of these variables as proxies for green technologies, this study explored the role of trade in environmental goods and low-carbon technologies in boosting environmental quality among G20 nation using a panel dataset from 1994 to 2018. The study employed the Method of Moment quantile regression for the model estimation and the Ridge regression, Discroll-Kraay standard error, and the Newey-West standard error estimators to test the robustness of our findings. our findings indicate that whereas environmental goods promote environmental quality, low-carbon technologies decrease same. Also, the study found economic growth to exert an aggravating effect on environmental quality, while foreign direct investments, natural resource rents, human capital development, and renewable energy consumption exert positive influence on environmental quality. Based on the findings of the study, G20 nations are encouraged to improve green market structures to improve the trade in environmental goods and low-carbon technologies. Also the share of renewable energy sources in the overall energy basket must be improved to help improve environmental quality.

在视觉问答(VQA)任务中,“可解释”是指在特定的任务中通过各种方法去解释模型为什么有效。现有的一些VQA模型因为缺乏可解释性导致模型无法保证在生活中能安全使用,特别是自动驾驶和医疗相关的领域,将会引起一些伦理道德问题,导致无法在工业界落地。主要介绍视觉问答任务中的各种可解释性实现方式,并分为了图像解释、文本解释、多模态解释、模块化解释和图解释五类,讨论了各种方法的特点并对其中的一些方法进行了细分。除此之外,还介绍了一些可以增强可解释性的视觉问答数据集,这些数据集主要通过结合外部知识库、标注图片信息等方法来增强可解释性。对现有常用的视觉问答可解释方法进行了总结,最后根据现有视觉问答任务中可解释性方法的不足提出了未来的研究方向。

Human fallopian tubes (FTs) play important roles in the whole reproductive process. FTs are the site for the final maturation of gametes, fertilization, transport of preimplantation embryos, and early embryonic development before entering the uterus. All these functions are critical in the establishment of a successful pregnancy. When the embryo is in transit through the FT, the FT microenvironment changes through endocrine, paracrine, autocrine, and juxtacrine mechanisms which involve various hormones and bioactive substances mainly from the neighboring cells. Therefore, the interactions between the embryo and the FT may be the earliest embryo-maternal communications that are essential for the establishment of pregnancy. This review critically discusses the evidence of various hormonal and bioactive mediated control of the microenvironment in the FTs during the earliest embryo-maternal communications. Moreover, we highlight existing gaps in the knowledge and the importance of exploring more of the physiology of FTs which will hold the key to producing high-quality embryos for patients seekingin vitro fertilization (IVF) treatments.

BACKGRoUND Septic arthritis of the knee in children is a challenging problem.Surgical debridement is an established treatment,but there is a paucity of literature on long-term prognosis.AIM To determine the rates and factors associated with return to surgery(RTS)and readmission after index surgical debridement for septic arthritis of the knee in children.METHoDS This is a retrospective cohort study that utilizes data from the Healthcare Cost and Utilization Project(HCUP).We included patients between ages 0 to 18 years that underwent surgical debridement for septic arthritis of the knee between 2005 and 2017.Demographic data included age,gender,race,hospital type and insurance type.Clinical data including index admission length of stay(LoS)and Charlson Comorbidity Index(CCI)were available from the HCUP database.Descriptive statistics were used to summarize the data and univariate and multivariate analyses were performed.RESULTS Nine-hundred thirty-two cases of pediatric septic knee were included.This cohort was 62.3%male,with mean age of 9.0(±6.1)years.Approximately 46%of patients were white and approximately half had Medicaid insurance.Thirty-six patients(3.6%)required RTS at a minimum of 2 year after index surgery,and 172 patients(18.5%)were readmitted at any point.The mean readmission LoS was 11.6(±11.3)d.Higher CCI was associated with RTS(P=0.041).There were no significant associations in age,gender,race,insurance type,or type of hospital to which patients presented.Multivariate analysis showed that both increased CCI(P=0.008)and shorter LoS(P=0.019)were predictive of RTS.CoNCLUSIoN Septic arthritis of the knee is an important condition in children.The CCI was associated with RTS at a minimum of 2 years after index procedure.No association was found with age,gender,race,insurance type,or hospital type.Shorter LoS and CCI were associated with RTS in multivariate analysis.overall,risk of subsequent surgery and readmission after pediatric septic knee arthritis is low,and CCI and shorter LoS are predictive of RTS.
