Effect of financial support on reducing the incidence of catastrophic costs among tuberculosis-affected households in Indonesia:eight simulated scenarios

Background:The World Health Organization's End Tuberculosis Strategy states that no tuberculosis(TB)-affected households should endure catastrophic costs due to *** achieve this target,it is essential to provide adequate social *** only a few studies in many countries have evaluated social-protection programs to determine whether the target is being reached,we assessed the effect of financial support on reducing the incidence of catastrophic costs due to TB in ***:From July to Septem ber 2016,we interviewed adult patients receiving treatment for TB in 19 primary health centres in urban,sub-urban and rural area of Indonesia,and those receiving multidrug-resistant(MDR)TB treatment in an Indonesian national referral *** on the needs assessment,we developed eight scenarios for financial *** assessed the effect of each simulated scenario by measuring reductions in the incidence of catastrophic ***:We analysed data of 282 TB and 64 MDR-TB *** incidences of catastrophic costs in affected households were 36 and 83%,***'primary needs for social protection were financial support to cover costs related to income loss,transportation,and food *** optimum scenario,in which financial support would be provided for these three items,would reduce the respective incidences of catastrophic costs in TB and MDR-TB-affected households to 11 and 23%.The patients experiencing catastrophic costs in this scenario would,however,have to pay high rem aining costs(median of USD 910;[interquartile range(IQR)662]in the TB group,and USD 2613;[IQR 3442]in the MDR-TB group).Conclusions:Indonesia's current level of social protection is not sufficient to mitigate the socioeconom ic im pact of *** support for income loss,transportation costs,and food-supplem ent costs will substantially reduce the incidence of catastrophic costs,but financial support alone will not be sufficient to achieve the target of

Beta-defensin 20(DEFB20)is widely expressed in the epididymis with gene features involved in epididymal sperm ***,the action mechanism and function of DEFB20 in sperm maturation are still *** of the important roles of beta-defensin is the ion channel *** cation channel sperm-associated protein(CatSper)alpha is an ion channel protein found on the sperm *** study aimed to investigate the interaction between DEFB20 and CatSper1–4 protein in relation to the sperm maturation *** sequences were obtained from the National Center for Biotechnology Information(NCBI).Protein modeling and validation were carried out by using the Robetta modeling server and the Ramachandran plot *** web server was used for the docking *** results revealed a natural interaction between DEFB20 and CatSper1–*** interaction occurred at the cation channel(close to the casein kinase II),ion transport protein,and kinase c phosphorylation of the CatSper1–4 active *** DEFB20 region interacting with CatSper2–4 was the beta-defensin domain,while with CatSper1 was the non-beta-defensin *** on the analysis,DEFB20 may interact with CatSperαsubunits,particularly CatsSper1,to affect ion channel activity during sperm maturation.

The rising corruption levels in Indonesia are becoming a cause for concern and raise doubts about their impact on the stability of foreign aid in the ***,this study aims to predict the long-term viability of foreign aid in Indonesia based on international perceptions of corruption and corruption cases in the *** were obtained from World Governance Indicators,the Indonesian Ministry of Finance,and the World Bank,and the study used a backpropagation artificial neural network(ANN)for *** results from ANN are compared to linear models and vector autoregression(VAR).The finding shows that ANN outperforms the other models based on the coefficient of determination and MSE ***,it highlights the strong relationship between corruption perception and foreign aid sustainability with an R-value of *** to the ANN estimation,gratification has a significant impact on foreign *** response to this finding,the study recommends the Indonesian government take action to combat corruption in maintaining the international trust and ensuring the stability of foreign aid.

因为宗教的禁止,所以伊斯兰教教法银行使用的是穆斯林不支付利息的银行系统。现在,在印度尼西亚有越来越多的伊斯兰教教法银行,因为这种系统的银行已经展现出了很好的效果和高利润。有很多调查报告显示这种银行体制是如何向客户销售产品,尤其是对穆斯林教的客户。我的分析报告讨论的是怎样的影响或者吸引力会让非穆斯林的华裔成为伊斯兰教教法银行的客户。有两个主要问题是这篇论文的基础。第一个问题,伊斯兰教教法银行运用什么样的市场战略去吸引非穆斯林的华裔在印尼购买他们的产品以及这个市场的涵义是什么?第二个问题,什么因素影响了非穆斯林客户考虑成为伊斯兰教教法银行的客户?我分析结果将概述这些问题。分析出来的结果有上面两个问题的答案。促销是吸引非伊斯兰客户的最主要因素,为了让大众知道伊斯兰教教法银行或者了解这个银行的运作方式,所以需要使用一些促销手段,比如,在电视和报纸上放广告、找明星做代言人、在市场上发宣传单、设计有创意的产品组合,并且所有的宣传不显示任何敏感话题。以上所述的重要因素与我刚开始所试想过的不一样。

Pre-breeding in Rice Development: Phenotypic-Genotypic Evaluation Associated with High Yield and Early Harvesting Traits

The breeding process involves developing techniques to create cultivars that thrive in the ever-changing global climate,allowing for early harvesting and high *** study aimed to screen rice genotypes with early harvest-ing and high yield to develop new-generation *** study was conducted in aﬁeld experiment at the Department of Agronomy,Faculty of Agriculture,Universitas Gadjah Mada,Special Region of Yogyakarta,Indo-nesia,from December 2022 to April *** genotypes were laid out using an Augmented Randomized Com-plete Block Design(ARCBD)with three rows and six *** observations were macro and micro-climate,soil quality,and morphological traits of *** were analyzed using a Linear Mixed Model(LMM),correlation matrix,heatmap cluster,Principal Component Analysis(PCA),PCA-Biplot,Multiple Factor Analysis(MFA),and circular *** results provided information that the rice genotypes with the early harvesting genotypes were Inbrida M70D(95.01 days),Trisakti(100.98 days),and SR Super(104.76 days).Furthermore,the rice genotypes with the highest yields were Gamagora 2(49.82 g clump^(-1)),Gamagora 4(46.61 g clump^(-1)),Gamagora 7(37.26 g clump^(-1)),and Gamagora 10(29.84 g clump^(-1)).The genetic clustering based on Simple Sequence Repeat markers linked to earlyﬂowering genes indicates that SR Super and Inbrida M70D show the most distinct char-acteristics compared to other ***ﬁndings corroborate the morphological analysis,indicating that Inbrida M70D and SR Super are early harvesting genotypes,therefore they can be used this group of geno-types as cross-breeding material to obtain genotypes with early harvesting and high-yielding traits.

本研究是在印度尼西亚三宝垄女性监狱中完成的。参与者(n=3)是该监狱的非累犯预释放女囚。本研究使用了单案例实验可退出设计(A-B-A设计)。干预分为8次进行,每次60-90分钟。所有参与者均在基线阶段即干预开始前完成3次自我报告,在每次干预结束后完成问卷测量(共8次),并在全部干预结束后完成一次问卷测量。研究人员进行了视觉分析,将所有对不重叠(NAP)作为定量分析方法,并报告了效应大小。研究结果表明:(a)MBCT是增加积极情绪的有效疗法;(b)MBCT可能不是减少女囚负面情绪的适当疗法;(c)MBCT对女囚情绪调节困难的影响较弱。本文讨论了这些结果的局限性并提出建议。
