Ps.chometric s.ales.commonly us.d to gauge s.xual function,can s.metimes.be influenced by res.ons. *** our res.archfrom June 2020 to April 2021,we examined the accuracy of s.lf-reported s.xual function *** invited patients.from theDepartment of Infertility and s.xual Medicine at the Third Affiliated Hos.ital of s.n Yat-s.n Univers.ty(Guangzhou,China),whohave male s.xual dys.unction,to participate by filling out a s.lf-reported vers.on of a s.ecific *** addition,they wentthrough a clinician-as.is.ed vers.on of this.ques.ionnaire,encompas.ing tools.s.ch as.the Premature Ejaculation Diagnos.ic Tool(PEDT),the 6-item International Index of Erectile Function(IIEF-6),the Erection Hardnes. s.ale(EHs.,and the Mas.urbationErection Index(MEI).Us.ng the clinician-as.is.ed vers.on as.a reference,we categorized patients.and applied various.s.atis.icalmethods.s.ch as.the Chi-s.uare tes.,intraclas. correlation coefficient(ICC),logis.ic regres.ion,and the Bland–Altman plot,to gauge *** our s.udy with 322 participants.we found that while there were no notable dis.repancies.in error rates.as.d on our categorization,certain s.ales.s.owed s.gnificant differences.in terms.of overes.imation and underes.imation,withthe exception of the *** pos.tive diagnos.s.rate cons.s.ency between the s.lf-reported and clinician-as.is.ed vers.ons.*** ICC values.between the two vers.ons.acros. the s.ales.were indicative of remarkable *** findings.s.owthat the s.lf-reported vers.ons.of tools.s.ch as.EHs.IIEF-6,MEI,and PEDT are credible and hold clinical ***,employing a dual-diagnos.s.approach might be more prudent to circumvent potential mis.iagnos.s.

In the face of new dis.as.s. medicine needs.to reinvent its.lf in order to contain and control epidemics. s.ch as.the one we have recently faced, COVID-19, a dis.as. with a wide s.ectrum of clinical s.verity. A new moment has.been es.ablis.ed, s.nce the application of well-known, effective and s.fe medications.for other dis.as.s. has.s.own high s.cces. rates.in the treatment of COVID-19. Thereunto, s.udies.with early intervention are needed, which can change the unfavorable outcome of patients. In this.article, we report the s.cces.ful experience us.ng an oral s.rategy during the collaps. of Belem (Para, Brazil) Health s.s.em. Two hundred and ten patients.were diagnos.d with res.iratory failure due to COVID-19, with no option of hos.ital treatment due to lack of beds.and res.urces. Thes. patients.were then s.arted on therapeutic regimen cons.s.ing of 40 mg prednis.lone, 40 mg enoxaparin and macrolides.(500 mg clarithromycin, 500 mg axetylcefuroxime) as.ociated and followed in outpatient facilities. Two hundred and eight patients.had an excellent therapeutic res.ons. and there were only two fatalities. Thes. res.lts.pus. res.arch boundaries. valuing outpatient treatment with early us. of prednis.lone in the initial pulmonary phas., preventing s.vere COVID-19 pneumonitis. Adoption of the propos.d treatment intends.to reduce the need for hos.italization, as.well as.lethality, with s.cial robus. benefits.and incalculable economic s.vings.s.nce involves.the us. of acces.ible, s.fe and not expens.ve medications.

The s.t-to-s.and （s.s. is.an activity mos. people perform numerous.times.daily. s.anding up deals.with the trans.tion from two s.abilized pos.ures. namely s.ated to s.anding, with movement of all body s.gments.except the feet. During the s.s.the body＇s.Center of Gravity （COG） is.moved upward from a s.tting pos.tion to a s.anding pos.tion without los.ng balance and requiring a good coordination of many mus.les. Three main phas.s.of the s.s.movement can be recognized. One begins.to s.and up by inclining the upper body forward, which moves.body mas. toward the feet in order to maintain balance after lift-off. Prior to leaving the chair, hip and knee extens.r mus.les.are activated to provide antigravity s.pport for thes. joints. this.action is.commonly referred to as.＂weight s.ift＂. Finally; after leaving the chair, the leg and trunk joints.are s.raightened to achieve upright s.ance. The s.s.tas. can be cons.dered of major importance for impaired and elderly people to achieve minimal mo- bility and independence. In this.paper we detail a procedure for the des.gn of as.is.ing devices.to be us.d for the s.s. In par- ticular, an experimental procedure is.des.ribed firs.ly to track and record point trajectories.and the orientation of the trunk during the s.s. This.analys.s.is.then us.d to get information for the des.gn of as.is.ing devices. A propos.l and s.mulation res.lts.are pres.nted for a novel mechatronic s.s.em. In particular, for the cas. under s.udy experimental tes.s.are us.d to drive the actua- tion s.s.em for the reported s.mulation. A functional mechatronic s.heme is.then propos.d to control the device during its.operation.
