Ions in brine significantly affect ***,the mechanism of eOR with different brine is still *** Combining Molecular Dynamics(MD)method and Quartz Crystal Microbalance with Dissipation(QCM-D)technology to analyze ions distribution and the mechanisms in detaching acidic components on the sandstone,an effective method to determine the detaching capacity was *** results show that detaching capacity is related to ions distribution and hydration *** the oil/brine/rock system,ions far from the rock are favorable for detaching,while ions near the rock are unfavorable for detaching due to ion bridging *** hydrogen bond between water and naphthenic acid is key to *** strengthen the detaching by forming hydrated ions with water,and the detaching capacity is negatively correlated with hydrated ions radius and positively correlated with the water coordination *** detaching determination coefficient was established by considering the ions distribution,ions types,and hydration strength,then verified by *** brine detaching capacity with different Ca^(2+)/Mg^(2+)ratios was predicted based on MD and detaching determination coefficient,and verified by *** optimal Ca^(2+)/Mg^(2+)ratio gave 7:*** study provides theoretical guidance for targeted regulation of brine composition to improve the recovery of tight sandstone reservoir.

Following on our recently developed biphenyl-ATDP non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor ZLM-66(SI=2019.80,S=1.9μg/mL),a series of novel heterocycle-substituted ATDP derivatives with significantly improved selectivity and solubility were identified by replacement of the biphenyl moiety of ZLM-66 with heterocyclic group with lower ***,the representative analog 7w in this series exhibited dramatically enhanced selectivity and solubility(SI=12,497.73,S=4472μg/mL)in comparison with ZLM-66(SI=2019.80,S=1.9μg/mL).This new NNRTI conferred low nanomolar inhibition of wild-type HIV-1 strain and tested mutant strains(K103N,L1001,Y181C,e138K,and K103N+Y181C).The analog also demonstrated favorable safety and pharmacokinetic profiles,as evidenced by its insensitivity to CYP and heRG,lack of mortality and pathological damage,and good oral bioavailability in rats(F=27.1%).Further development of 7w for HIV therapy will be facilitated by this valuable information.

The sectoral coupling of road traffic (in form of e-Mobility) and electrical energy supply (known as power-to-vehicle (P2V), vehicle-to-grid (V2G) is discussed as one of the possible development concepts for the flexible system integration of renewable energy sources (ReS) and the support of the objectives of the German energy transition (aka. energiewende). It is obvious that e-mobility, which shall produce as few emissions as possible, should be based on the exclusive use of renewable energies. At the same time, the e-mobility can help to reduce the negative effects of the grid integration of ReS to the distribution grids. However, this assumes that the electric vehicles are smart integrated to the grids where they charge, meaning that they must be able to communicate and be controllable. Because per se unplanned and uncontrollable charging processes are harmful for the grid operation, especially if they occur frequently and unexpected in similar time periods, the effects can hardly be controlled and can lead to serious technical problems in practical grid operation. This paper provides an insight into the current development of e-mobility in Germany. The insight will be matched with the German development of the ReS. By the combination of both sectors, the possible role of the e-mobility for the distribution grid will be depicted, which can have positive and negative aspects.

BACKGROUND Mean age of patients with valves diseases is significantly increasing,and,in the near future,cardiac surgeons will have to deal with a considerable number of patients aged more than 80 *** remarkable results gained by the minimally invasive approach have encouraged its application in more complex and fragile patients,such as older *** study aimed to identify the rate of early mortality and major complications,and independent predictors for mid-term mortality in octogenarians undergoing minimally invasive valve *** Octogenarian patients undergoing right mini-thoracotomy mitral and/or tricuspid valve surgery between 2006 and2020 were *** endpoint was to identify independent predictors for mid-term mortality,and secondary endpoints were operative morality,stroke,independent predictors for early composite outcome,and quality of life at *** Analysis was performed on 130 *** occurred in one patient(0.8%),while operative mortality was 6%(eight patients).One-year and five-year survival were 86% and 64%,*** regression identified age and creatinine level as independent predictors of mid-term mortality,survival analysis showed that age ≥ 84 years and creatinine level ≥ 1.22 mg/dL were the cut-off points for worst *** gender and hypertension were found to be independent predictors of early composite *** Results of the present study show that age alone should not be considered a contraindication for minimally invasive valve *** patients who are most likely to have survival and functional benefits after surgery is decisive to achieve optimal health outcomes and prevent futile procedures.

Precision agriculture(PA)through the use and utilization of innovative technologies is a concept in agricultural management that enables long-term efficiency gains,control of unforeseen changes,and a reduction of negative impacts on the ***,there are even more reasons and benefits to using precision agriculture technologies(PATs)on farms,but the actual use on small farms is often *** main objective of this research was to evaluate and analyze the current state of PA and its potential on a set of small *** addition,a comparison was made between small farms located in less favored areas(LFAs)and more favored areas(MFAs)to find if specific characteristics of the surrounding environment affect the(non-)implementation of these technologies by farm owners,with respect to the given regional *** result shows that 57.5%of respondents on these farms have never implemented PATs before and 20%are beginners in their respective *** was found that there were no statistically significant differences in the integration between fewer LFAs and MFAs technologies and their use in this *** majority of respondents believe that the main changes need to occur on the level of *** results show that the level of cost or initial investment is the main reason and the main obstacle in the implementation of PATs on the surveyed farms.
