Posttraumatic stress disorder(PTSD) is a notable public health *** is an extremely debilitating condition that can occur following exposure to a psychologically distressing event that is outside the range of usual human *** events that can trigger PTSD include violent personal assaults(*** and sexual abuse),natural or human-caused disasters(*** and terrorism bombing),accidents(*** traffic accidents and families of victims),or military *** etiology of PTSD is not clear, although exposure to a traumatic event constitutes a necessary,but not sufficient,*** is highly comorbid with major depression(MD) and conduct disorder(CD) in both epidemiologic and clinical *** of individuals who are at elevated risk for developing PTSD has important implications for public health disaster preparedness and prevention of *** examine the genetic and environmental architecture of the comorbidity of PTSD with MD and CD,we analyzed 6,744 middle aged male-male monozygotic and dizygotic twins from the Vietnam Era Twin Registry maintained in the *** members of a pair were interviewed by telephone using the Diagnostic Interview Schedule for Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders,Third Edition,Revised(DSM-Ⅲ-R) in *** equation modeling was used to estimate additive genetic,shared environmental and nonshared environmental effects common and specific to PTSD,CD,and MD.A set of competing nested models were assessed by comparing the goodness-of-fit between the full model and the submodel using the chi-square test and *** found that genetic,shared environmental and nonshared environmental influences contributed to 19%(95%CI:11-26%),9%(95%CI:6-17%), and 70%(95%CI:64-77%) of the total variance in PTSD,*** genetic effects on PTSD overlapped with those on MD,while all shared environmental effects on PTSD overlapped with those on *** 3%and 8%of nonshared env

背景和目的关于缺血性卒中后脑肿胀患者的最佳管理方案，仍有许多尚未确定的问题。需要制定相关指南来指导如何处理这种严重并发症，如何提供最佳的综合性神经科和内科治疗，以及在患者病情恶化时如何与面临外科干预复杂决策的家属进行良好的沟通。本科学声明为大脑或小脑半球缺血性卒中伴脑肿胀的患者提供了早期的管理方案。方法写作组利用系统文献综述，参考公开发表的临床和流行病学研究、发病率和死亡率报告、临床与公共卫生指南、权威声明、个人文件以及专家意见，对现有证据进行总结并指出与当前知识水平的差距。写作组通过对MEDLINE、EMBASE和Web of Science数据库进行医学文献计算机检索（最后检索时间为2013年3月，研究对象为成年人）回顾最相关的文献。在美国心脏协会（American Heart Association，ARIA）框架背景下对证据进行组织，根据AHA／美国心脏病学学会基金会以及AHA卒中委员会的证据强度分级方案进行分类。这份声明经过AHA内部的广泛同行评议。结果已有适用于由缺血性梗死引起的半球（累及整个大脑中动脉供血区或更大范围）和小脑（累及小脑后下动脉或小脑上动脉供血区）肿胀的临床标准。幕上半球缺血性卒中伴脑肿胀发生恶化的临床表现包括新发意识障碍或意识障碍加重、脑性上睑下垂以及瞳孔大小变化。在小脑梗死伴肿胀患者中，意识水平下降是脑干受压的结果，因此可能出现早期角膜反射丧失和瞳孔缩小。应制定标准化定义以促进多中心和基于人群的发病率、患病率、危险因素和转归研究。脑肿胀高危患者的识别应包括临床和神经影像学资料。如果大面积卒中患者有必要进入全面复苏状态，则需要收入具备神经监护功能的病房。这些患者最好被收入由技术熟练和经验丰富的医生（如神经重症监护医生或神经血管科医生）负责的重症监护室或卒中单元。综合性医疗管理包括气道管理和机械通气、血压控制、液体管理以及血糖和体温控制。在幕上半球缺血性卒中伴肿胀患者中，不需行常规颅内压监测或脑脊液引流，但神经功能继续恶化的患者应考虑行去骨瓣减压和硬脑膜切开术。去骨瓣减压术在≥60岁的患者中的疗效尚不确定。在神经功能恶化的小脑卒中伴肿胀患者中，应行枕骨下颅骨切除和硬脑膜切开术。当应用脑室造瘘术缓解小脑梗死后梗阻性脑积水时，应同时行枕骨下颅骨切除术以防小脑向上移位导致的病情恶化。幕上半球梗死伴肿胀患者可获得令人满意的转归，但即使行去骨瓣减压术，仍有1／3的患者会遗留严重残疾和完全生活依赖。多数小脑梗死患者在术后能获得可接受的功能转归。结论大脑和小脑梗死伴肿胀是需要立即给予专业神经重症监护、并常需要进行神经外科干预的危重情况。去骨瓣减压术是很多患者的必然治疗选择，经过选择的患者能从中受益匪浅，尽管他们可能会遗留残疾，但仍可生活自理。

Many fungi are pathogenic on plants and cause significant damage in agriculture and *** are also part of the natural ecosystem and may play a role in regulating plant numbers/*** identification and analysis of plant pathogenic fungi,while important,is often hampered by the scarcity of discriminatory taxonomic characters and the endophytic or inconspicuous nature of these ***(DNA sequence)data for plant pathogenic fungi have emerged as key information for diagnostic and classification studies,although hampered in part by non-standard laboratory practices and analytical *** facilitate current and future research,this study provides phylogenetic synopses for 25 groups of plant pathogenic fungi in the Ascomycota,Basidiomycota,Mucormycotina(Fungi),and Oomycota,using recent molecular data,up-to-date names,and the latest taxonomic *** laboratory protocols together with advice on their application,as well as general observations,are also *** hope to maintain updated backbone trees of these fungal lineages over time and to publish them jointly as new data *** of plant pathogenic fungi not covered by the present study are invited to join this future ***,Botryosphaeriaceae,Botryosphaeria,Botrytis,Choanephora,Colletotrichum,Curvularia,Diaporthe,Diplodia,Dothiorella,Fusarium,Gilbertella,Lasiodiplodia,Mucor,Neofusicoccum,Pestalotiopsis,Phyllosticta,Phytophthora,Puccinia,Pyrenophora,Pythium,Rhizopus,Stagonosporopsis,Ustilago and Verticillium are dealt with in this paper.

尽管脑血管病的影响广泛且对其病理生理学的理解已取得一些进展，但“卒中”一词在临床实践、临床研究和公共卫生评价中的定义并不统一。经典的卒中定义主要是临床定义，不能反映科学技术的进步。因此，美国心脏协会卒中委员会／美国卒中协会召集了一个写作组，旨在对21世纪的卒中新定义制定一份专家共识文件。中枢神经系统（centralnervoussystem，CNS）梗死被定义为缺血导致的脑、脊髓或视网膜细胞死亡，并且具有永久性损伤的神经病理学、神经影像学和（或）临床证据。CNS梗死具有一系列临床表现：缺血性卒中特指伴有明显症状的CNS梗死，而无症状梗死则顾名思义不引起明显症状。广义的卒中还包括脑出血和蛛网膜下腔出血。卒中的新定义结合了临床和组织学标准，因此能被融入临床实践、研究和公共卫生评价。

jUNO is a multi-purpose neutrino observatory under construction in the south of *** publication presents new sensitivity estimates for the measurement of the △m_(31)^(2),△m_(21)^(2),sin^(2)θ_(12),and sin^(2)θ_(13) oscillation parameters using reactor antineutrinos,which is one of the primary physics goals of the *** sensitivities are obtained using the best knowledge available to date on the location and overburden of the experimental site,the nuclear reactors in the surrounding area and beyond,the detector response uncertainties,and the reactor antineutrino spectral shape constraints expected from the TAO satellite *** is found that the △m_(21)^(2) and sin^(2)θ_(12) oscillation parameters will be determined to 0.5%precision or better in six years of data *** the same period,the △m_(31)^(2) parameter will be determined to about 0.2%precision for each mass ordering *** new precision represents approximately an order of magnitude improvement over existing constraints for these three parameters.

The jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory(jUNO)features a 20 kt multi-purpose underground liquid scintillator sphere as its main *** of jUNO's features make it an excellent location for^8B solar neutrino measurements,such as its low-energy threshold,high energy resolution compared with water Cherenkov detectors,and much larger target mass compared with previous liquid scintillator *** this paper,we present a comprehensive assessment of jUNO's potential for detecting^8B solar neutrinos via the neutrino-electron elastic scattering process.A reduced 2 MeV threshold for the recoil electron energy is found to be achievable,assuming that the intrinsic radioactive background^(238)U and^(232)Th in the liquid scintillator can be controlled to 10^(-17)g/*** ten years of data acquisition,approximately 60,000 signal and 30,000 background events are *** large sample will enable an examination of the distortion of the recoil electron spectrum that is dominated by the neutrino flavor transformation in the dense solar matter,which will shed new light on the inconsistency between the measured electron spectra and the predictions of the standard three-flavor neutrino oscillation *** m^(2)_(21)=4.8times10^(-5);(7.5times10^(-5))eV^(2),jUNO can provide evidence of neutrino oscillation in the Earth at approximately the 3sigma(2sigma)level by measuring the non-zero signal rate variation with respect to the solar zenith ***,jUNO can simultaneously measureDelta m^2_(21)using^8B solar neutrinos to a precision of 20% or better,depending on the central value,and to sub-percent precision using reactor antineutrinos.A comparison of these two measurements from the same detector will help understand the current mild inconsistency between the value of Delta m^2_(21)reported by solar neutrino experiments and the KamLAND experiment.

The jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory(jUNO)is a large liquid scintillator detector designed to explore many topics in fundamental *** this study,the potential of searching for proton decay in the p→νK^(+)mode with jUNO is *** kaon and its decay particles feature a clear three-fold coincidence signature that results in a high efficiency for ***,the excellent energy resolution of jUNO permits suppression of the sizable background caused by other delayed *** on these advantages,the detection efficiency for the proton decay via p→νK^(+)is 36.9%±4.9%with a background level of 0.2±0.05(syst)±0.2(stat)events after 10 years of data *** estimated sensitivity based on 200 kton-years of exposure is 9.6×1033 years,which is competitive with the current best limits on the proton lifetime in this channel and complements the use of different detection technologies.
