Dear Editor,We read with interest the Meta-analysis conducted by Chen et al[1]on the clinical outcomes and complication rates between femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery(FLACS)and conventional phacoemulsification cataract surgery(CPCS).The authors reported no statistical difference between both methods for all measured complications except posterior capsular tear,with CPCS displaying a higher rate of posterior capsular *** its inception in 2011[2].

Smart farming with outdoor monitoring systems is critical to address food shortages and sustainability *** systems facilitate informed decisions that enhance efficiency in broader environmental *** outdoor systems equipped with energy harvesters and self-powered sensors often struggle with fluctuating energy sources,low durability under harsh conditions,non-transparent or non-biocompatible materials,and complex ***,a multifunctional hydrogel is developed,which can fulfill all the above requirements and build selfsustainable outdoor monitoring systems solely by *** can serve as a stable energy harvester that continuously generates direct current output with an average power density of 1.9 W m^(-3)for nearly 60 days of operation in normal environments(24℃,60%RH),with an energy density of around 1.36×10^(7)J m^(-3).It also shows good self-recoverability in severe environments(45℃,30%RH)in nearly 40 days of continuous ***,this hydrogel enables noninvasive and self-powered monitoring of leaf relative water content,providing critical data on evaluating plant health,previously obtainable only through invasive or high-power consumption *** potential extends to acting as other self-powered environmental *** multifunctional hydrogel enables self-sustainable outdoor systems with scalable and low-cost production,paving the way for future agriculture.

The productivity of vegetation is influenced by both climate change and human *** the specific contributions of these influencing factors is crucial for ecological conservation and regional *** study utilized a combination of multi-source data to examine the spatiotemporal patterns of Net Primary Productivity(NPP)in the yellow River Basin(yRB),China from 1982 to ***,a scenario-based approach was employed to compare Potential NPP(PNPP)with Actual NPP(ANPP)to determine the relative roles of climatic and human factors in NPP *** PNPP was estimated using the Lund-Potsdam-Jena General Ecosystem Simulator(LPJ-GUESS)model,while ANPP was evaluated by the Carnegie-Ames-Stanford Approach(CASA)model using different NDVI data *** model simulations revealed that significant greening occurring in the yRB,with a gradual decrease observed from southeast to *** to the LPJ_GUESS model simulations,areas experiencing an increasing trend in NPP accounted for 86.82% of the *** using GIMMS and MODIS NDVI data with CASA model simulations,areas showing an increasing trend in NPP accounted for 71.42% and 97.02%,***,both climatic conditions and human factors had positive effects on vegetation restoration;approximated 41.15% of restored vegetation areas were influenced by both climate variation and human activities,while around 31.93% were solely affected by climate ***,it was found that human activities served as the principal driving force of vegetation degradation within the yRB,impacting 26.35% of degraded areas solely due to human ***,effective management strategies encompassing both human activities and climate change adaptation are imperative for facilitating vegetation restoration within this *** findings will valuable for enhancing our understanding in NPP changes and its underlying factors,thereby contributing to improved ecological man

RE-SEGNN:recurrent semantic evidence-aware graph neural network for temporal knowledge graph forecasting

Temporal knowledge graph(TKG) reasoning, has seen widespread use for modeling real-world events, particularly in extrapolation settings. Nevertheless, most previous studies are embedded models, which require both entity and relation embedding to make predictions, ignoring the semantic correlations among different entities and relations within the same timestamp. This can lead to random and nonsensical predictions when unseen entities or relations occur. Furthermore, many existing models exhibit limitations in handling highly correlated historical facts with extensive temporal depth. They often either overlook such facts or overly accentuate the relationships between recurring past occurrences and their current counterparts. Due to the dynamic nature of TKG, effectively capturing the evolving semantics between different timestamps can be *** address these shortcomings, we propose the recurrent semantic evidenceaware graph neural network(RE-SEGNN), a novel graph neural network that can learn the semantics of entities and relations simultaneously. For the former challenge, our model can predict a possible answer to missing quadruples based on semantics when facing unseen entities or relations. For the latter problem, based on an obvious established force, both the recency and frequency of semantic history tend to confer a higher reference value for the current. We use the Hawkes process to compute the semantic trend, which allows the semantics of recent facts to gain more attention than those of distant facts. Experimental results show that RE-SEGNN outperforms all SOTA models in entity prediction on 6 widely used datasets, and 5 datasets in relation prediction. Furthermore, the case study shows how our model can deal with unseen entities and relations.

The Triple Ionosphere Photo Meter(TRIPM)is a far ultraviolet nadir-view photometer that is onboard the secondgeneration,polar-orbiting Chinese meteorological satellite Feng-yun 3E(Fy-3E),which was launched on July 5,*** has three channels,and each is used to measure different types of emissions:(1)135.6 nm airglow produced by the recombination of the O+ions and electrons in the absence of sunlight(nighttime channel);(2)135.6 nm airglow from the OI when sunlight is present(daytime/dusk-dawn 135.6 nm channel);and(3)Airglow in the N_(2)LBH of the TRIPM(daytime/dusk-dawn N_(2)LBH channel).Fy-3E is a satellite operating in the early morning ***,the data are mostly distributed on the dawndusk side or at times when the solar zenith angle is relatively *** this study,combined with simulation calculations,the data are *** further explore the application value of the data products,a model is used to separate the ionospheric radiative recombination contribution from the thermosphere photoelectron impact excitation contribution in the data from the daytime/dusk-dawn 135.6 nm *** approach not only improves the accuracy of O/N_(2)derived from the 135.6 nm channel and N_(2)LBH channel but also provides the ionospheric 135.6 nm radiance at the same time as the *** results show that the 135.6 nm radiance originating from the combination of O+and electrons extracted from the measurement data exhibits similar equatorial anomaly peak structure characteristics and seasonal variations as the corresponding GPS total electron content(TEC)*** the other hand,the separated 135.6 nm radiance generated from the thermosphere photoelectron collision excitation does not contain radiative recombination contributions;thus,the ionosphere influence is greatly avoided when the O/N_(2)is obtained.

The durability of wear-resistant tetrahedral amorphous carbon（ta-C） coatings is intimately linked to their thickness and the concentration of *** enhance the lifespan of the coatings,we have prepared a multilayer coating consisting of alternating layers of Ti and ta-C,denoted as（Ti/ta-C）_n,using arc ion plating.A multi-layer structure in conjunction with stage cooling is employed to enhance the thickness and promote *** results indicate that the ID/IGvalue,representing the ratio of the intensity of the D peak to that of the G peak in Raman spectroscopy,decreases from 0.85 when no stage cooling is applied to 0.35 when stage cooling is employed,suggesting an enhancement in the fraction of sp3bonds within the *** obtained（Ti/ta-C）_n multilayer coating without peeling off has a maximum thickness of 1.14 μm,which is almost double that of the ta-C coating single layer *** the same time,the coating has a low coefficient of friction,down to 0.069,and maintains excellent friction properties with a wear rate of 3.4×10-6mm3·N-1·*** results conclusively show that the preparation technology can enhance both thickness and sp3bonding in ta-C coatings,significantly expanding their utility across tools,molds,and precision engineering components.

The development of low-cost,highly active platinum(Pt)-based electrocatalysts for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)is crucial for widespread applications of fuel *** effective approach lies in alloying Pt with non-noble transition metals to modulate the physicochemical state of the Pt ***,fundamental challenges remain in understanding the structure-performance relationship due to the complexity of composition,crystal type,and surface structure during the alloying *** this study,we synthesized a series of PtCo bimetallic solid solutions with varying ratios using a liquid-phase synthesis *** exploiting the characteristics of solid solutions,the resulting PtCo bimetallic alloy maintains the face-centered cubic crystal structure of pure platinum,minimizing the complexities introduced during alloying and facilitating mechanism ***,under controlled alloy composition and crystal structure,we investigated the dependence of the electrocatalytic activity for the oxygen reduction reaction on the surface strain of the platinum *** S-PtCo-SNPs cathode designed accordingly endows both proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC)(2.08 W cm^(−2) at 4 A cm^(−2))and Zn-air battery(ZAB)(143.1 mW cm^(−2) at 214.5 mA cm^(−2))with outstanding performance.

本文在前人研究的基础上进一步描写普通话副词“已经”的句法分布,得到的结论是,“已经”至少具有三个语义表达功能:(1)表示对已然事件的确定;(2)表示说话人对听话人的话语预设的否定;(3)表达“已然体/实现体”范畴。文章最后梳理了15种语言对应“已经”词汇意义的多功能义项,在此基础上构拟了“已经”的小样本跨语言语义概念空间,从中可以看到不同语言表达“已经”的词在该语义空间上不同的语义功能分布。
