The connection between Maxwell’s equations and artificial neural networks has revolutionized the capability and efficiency of nanophotonic *** a machine learning tool can help designers avoid iterative,time-consuming electromagnetic simulations and even allows long-desired inverse ***,when we move from conventional design methods to machine-learning-based tools,there is a steep learning curve that is not as user-friendly as commercial simulation ***,we introduce a real-time,web-based design tool that uses a trained deep neural network(DNN)for accurate far-field radiation prediction,which shows great potential and convenience for antenna and metasurface *** believe our approach provides a user-friendly,readily accessible deep learning design tool,with significantly reduced difficulty and greatly enhanced *** web-based tool paves the way to present complicated machine learning results in an intuitive *** also can be extended to other nanophotonic designs based on DNNs and replace conventional full-wave simulations with a much simpler interface.

In this paper a system for automatic recognition of radar waveform is introduced. This technique is used in many spectrum management, surveillance, and cognitive radio and radar applications. For instance the transmitted radar signal is coded into six codes based on pulse compression waveform such as linear frequency modulation (LFM), Frank code, P1, P2, P3 and P4 codes, the latter four are poly phase codes. The classification system is based on drawing Choi Willliams Distribution (CWD) picture and extracting features from it. In this study, various new types of features are extracted from CWD picture and then a pattern recognition method is used to recognize the spectrum. In fact, signals from CWD picture are defined using biometric techniques. We also employ false reject rate (FRR) and false accept rate (FAR) which are two types of fault measurement criteria that are deploy in biometric papers. Fairly good results are obtained for recognition of Signal to Noise Ratio (-11 dB).

In this work,the laminar-to-turbulent transition phenomenon around the two-and three-dimensional ellipsoid at different Reynolds numbers is numerically *** the present paper,Reynolds Averaged Navier Stokes(RANS)equations with the Spalart-Allmaras,SST k-ω,and SST-Trans models are used for numerical *** possibility of laminar-toturbulent boundary layer transition is summarized in phase diagrams in terms of skin friction coefficient and Reynolds *** numerical results show that SST-Trans method can detect different aspects of flow such as adverse pressure gradient and laminar-to-turbulent transition *** numerical results indicate that the laminar-to-turbulent transition location on the 6:1 prolate spheroid is in a good agreement with the experimental data at high Reynolds numbers.

We show optical waves passing through a nanophotonic medium can perform artificial neural *** information is encoded in the wavefront of an input light. The medium transforms the wavefront to realize sophisticated computing tasks such as image recognition. At the output, the optical energy is concentrated in well-defined locations, which, for example, can be interpreted as the identity of the object in the *** computing media can be as small as tens of wavelengths and offer ultra-high computing density. They exploit subwavelength scatterers to realize complex input/output mapping beyond the capabilities of traditional nanophotonic devices.

Objective:To analyze in vivo neuro-pharmacological effects of Alpinia nigra as anxiety is a particular form of behavioral inhibition that occurs in response to novel environmental ***:In present study,the extract of Alpinia nigra was evaluated for its central nervous system depressant effect using mice behavioral models,such as hole cross,open field and thiopental sodium induced sleeping time tests for its sedative properties and an elevated plusmaze test for its anxiolytic potential,***:In anxiolytic study,the extract displayed increased percentage of entry into open arm ut the dose of 400 and 200 mg/*** extract produced a significant(P<0.01) increase in sleeping duration and reduction of onset of sleep compared to sodium thiopental at both doses(200 and400 mg/kg).The extract t.200 and 400 mg/kg) also showed a dose-dependent suppression of motor activity and exploratory activity of the mice in both open field and hole cross ***:This study demonstrates that the treated extract has significant central nervous system depressant *** studies on active constituent of the extract can provide approaches for therapeutic intervention.
