In Mongolia,approx.200,000 herder families are breeding the livestock for their *** half of them are not able to use the energy in proper or sustainable manner *** the herd population and number of domestic animals reach 70.0 million in *** is assumed that the power demand for a typical herder family is around 10 to 20 kWh/*** addition,there is a demand of heat for the herder families,especially in winter *** herder family moves around for the fresh grass for their ***,they need to have a portable power supply *** is an abundant biomass resource in their living *** 2.0 kW portable biomass micro-cogeneration systems were designed to supply electricity and heat to herder *** residue of the biomass in the steppe emits greenhouse gas(GHG)*** is necessary to use biomass as an energy source,especially for electricity to reduce emitting of the GHG.

The tilt angle of the small scale existing solar power plants is 60 degree and it is 45 degree for the megawatts(MW)class solar power plant in ***,the PV module which is installed with 45 degree accumulates lots of snow during the ***,all solar PV systems installed in Mongolia are fixed the direction and tilt *** to the previous research result,the tilt angle of those systems was not suitable for using especially in the *** PV module which is installed with 60 degree does not accumulates snow even during the autumn and *** to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration(NASA)solar radiation database,solar irradiance for equator facing is largest at 32-degree tilted angle during the summer,47-degree during the spring and autumn,at 62-degree during the *** results of this paper show,the tilt angle of the PV module should be adjusted at least twice a *** instance,the tilt angle will be adjusted at the 32-degree from 15th March to 24th August,at the 62-degree from 25th August to 15th *** this case,the annual total energy output will be increased up to 30%than present production.

Practically,the load currents in three phases are asymmetric in the power *** means that the impedances are different in all three *** the consumer’s transformer neutral cut off and/or was disconnected from the neutral of power supply source,then there will be some trouble and failure *** current in the neutral wire drops down to zero when the neutral wire is cut off and the phase currents of all three-phase equal to each other since there was no return *** currents are equal but the voltages at the phase consumers are *** for residential single-phase consumers,the voltage at the consumers of the phase varies differently for three phase systems when the neutral wire was disconnected at consumer side and even the voltage at the consumers one or two of those three phases becomes over nominal voltage or reaches nearly line *** this case,the electronic appliances in that phase will be fed by high voltage than the rated value and they can be broken *** the power system of UB(Ulaanbaatar)city,there are some occasional such kind of failures every ***,many electronic appliances were broken down due to high voltage and the electricity utility companies respond for service charge of damaged parts.

In Mongolia,the numbers of herders who own more than 1,000 herds have been increasing year by *** of the herder families are operating small agricultural factories as *** appropriate power supply systems are not being developed yet in their *** the farms,mostly 4-10 herder families work together and the monthly power consumption of one farm reaches to 11.8-14.9 ***,the gasoline,diesel,solar and wind power are being used as a source of energy *** addition,the small-scale CHP(Combined Heat and Power)system is not introduced to the farms for their sustainable *** are abundant biomass resources in the rural area of *** this paper,we conduct experimental studies on biomass gasification system and suggest small-scale CHP system for rural farms in Mongolia.

Transition metal carbides and nitrides(MXenes)nanosheets are attractive two-dimensional(2D)materials,but they suffer from oxidation/degradation issues during storage and/or applications due to their sensitivity to water and *** the great research progress,the exact oxidation kinetics of Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)(MXene)and their final products after oxidation are not fully ***,we systematically tracked the oxidation process of few-layer Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) nanosheets in an aqueous solution at room temperature over several *** also studied the oxidation effects on the electrocatalytic properties of Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) for hydrogen evolution reaction and found that the overpotential to achieve a current density of 10 mA cm^(-2)increases from 0.435 to 0.877 V after three weeks of degradation,followed by improvement to stabilized values of around 0.40 V after eight *** results suggest that severely oxidized MXene could be a promising candidate for designing efficient *** to our detailed experimental characterization and theoretical calculations,unlike previous studies,black titanium oxide is formed as the final product in addition to white Ti(IV)oxide and disordered carbons after the complete oxidation of Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x).This work presents significant advancements in better understanding of 2D Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)(MXene)oxidation and enhances the prospects of this material for various applications.

蒙古国生态环境持续恶化及中蒙边境生态屏障薄弱是2国面临的共同发展问题,但目前全国尺度下综合性、多要素的经济社会与生态环境耦合协调发展类型、特征及驱动因素等尚缺乏定量评估,影响了中蒙双方共建“一带一路”绿色发展格局的统筹推进.本文总结了蒙古国经济社会及生态环境发展现状,采用AHP-CRITIC-博弈论法计算指标要素主客观组合权重,综合评价了蒙古国经济社会-生态环境发展的耦合协调度.结果表明,2005−2021年蒙古国经济社会-生态环境耦合协调度呈现波动上升趋势,耦合协调度类型始终属于严重失调类型,生态环境发展滞后是目前发展阶段的特征.社会发展水平和生态环境禀赋是经济社会子系统和生态环境子系统的主要驱动因素.皮尔逊相关性分析表明,水域面积和森林资源减少、水质恶化以及沙尘天气等灾害/事故响应增加与经济社会稳步发展的不匹配可能是导致该特征形成且耦合协调度始终较低的原因.为推动双边绿色发展战略深化对接,中蒙2国应在促进经济社会发展交流的同时,深化加强生态环境保护修复力度以恢复生态环境禀赋的交流合作.

Silicon carbide (SiC) fiber has recently received considerable attention as promising next-generation fiber because of its high strength at temperatures greater than 1300 ℃ in ***-quality SiC fiber is primarily made through a curing and heat treatment *** this study,the chemical vapor curing method,instead of the thermal oxidation curing method,was used to prepare cured polycarbosilane (PCS) *** the high temperature heat treatment of the cured PCS fiber,varied heating rates of 10,20,30,and 40 ℃/min were *** the process,the fiber remained in the amorphous silicon carbide phase,and the measured tensile strength was the greatest when the oxygen content in the heat-treated fiber was low,due to the rapid heating *** fiber produced through this method was also found to have excellent internal oxidation *** fast,continuous process shows a great promise for the production of SiC fiber and the development of high-quality products.
