Fe/N-based biomass porous carbon composite(Fe/N-p carbon) was prepared by a facile high-temperature carbonization method from biomass,and the effect of Fe/N-p carbon on the thermal decomposition of energetic molecular perovskite-based material DAP-4 was *** porous carbonaceous materials was considered as the micro/nano support layers for in situ deposition of Fe/N ***/Np carbon was prepared simply by the high-temperature carbonization *** was found that it showed the inherent catalysis properties for thermal decomposition of *** heat release of DAP-4/Fe/N-p carbon by DSc curves tested had increased slightly,compared from DAP-4/Fe/N-p *** decomposition temperature peak of DAP-4 at the presence of Fe/N-p carbon had reduced by 79°c from384.4°c(pure DAP-4) to 305.4°c(DAP-4/Fe/N-p carbon-3).The apparent activation energy of DAP-4thermal decomposition also had decreased by 29.1 J/*** possible catalytic decomposition mechanism of DAP-4 with Fe/N-p carbon was proposed.

Understanding the quantitative responses of anisotropic dynamic properties in organic-rich shale with different kerogen content(Kc)is of great significance in hydrocarbon exploration and *** controlled experiments with a single variable is challenging for natural shales due to their high variations in components,diagenesis conditions,or pore *** employed the hot-pressing technique to construct 11 well-controlled artificial shale with varying *** artificial shale samples were successive machined into prismatic shape for ultrasonic measurements along different *** revealed bedding perpendicular P-wave velocities are more sensitive to the increasing Kc than bedding paralleling velocities due to the preferential alignments of *** elastic stiffnesses except c_(13)are generally decreasing with the increasing Kc,the variation of c_(1) and c_(33)on kerogen content are more sensitive than those of c_(44)and c_(66).Apparent dynamic mechanical parameters(v and E)were found to have linear correlation with the true ones from complete anisotropic equations independent of Kc,which hold value towards the interpretation of well logs consistently across formations,Anisotropic mechanical parameters(ΔE and brittlenessΔB)tend to decrease with the reducing Kc,withΔB showing great sensitivity to Kc *** the range of low Kc(correlation with Kc,and the V_(P)/V_(S) ratio magnitude of less than 1.75may serve as a significant characterization for highly organic-rich(>10%)shale,compilation of data from natural organic rich-shales globally verified the similar systematic relationships that can be empirically used to predict the fraction of Kc in shales.

高分辨率罗兰圆光学系统的色差校正方法研究

罗兰圆光学系统优点众多,但系统中因平凸透镜的使用,导致各特征波长色散后的成像点在罗兰圆附近产生了一定量的偏移量,使得各波长成像点依次排列在一条曲面上。由于目前新型采集器件线阵cMOS或ccD的使用,而这类传感器的感光面是一个平面,因此导致结果产生较严重的色差。提出了一种使用加权最小二乘法拟合像面的色差校正方法,并计算出系统像面的中心偏移距和偏移倾斜角这两个校正参数,将其引入原本罗兰圆光学系统进行色差校正,从而确定线阵光电传感器像面的最佳位置,实现高分辨率。此外在真空紫外光谱中c、P和S等元素非常重要,可使用本文提出的基于加权最小二乘法的色差校正方法,通过增加这类元素权值占比,实现最优分辨率。最后通过Zemax软件进行光学仿真,完成了罗兰圆光学系统的仿真以及优化。并给出170~410 nm波段点列图的成像宽度仿真以及各元素特征波长在cMOS传感器上所采集到的光谱图,推算出其实际应用中的分辨率,其照度光谱图显示其分辨率均可保持在0.02 nm,接近系统理论最佳分辨率。研究结果表明基于加权最小二乘法拟合像面的方法,可实现罗兰圆光学系统的色差校正,实现高分辨率。

Lithium-sulfur battery is one of the most promising battery systems for industrialization due to its high theoretical specific capacity and high energy ***,the??shuttle effect??has restrained the advancement of lithium-sulfur *** this work,a gradient-structured nanofiber membrane with pure gelatin on one side and Super P-MoO2/MoS2-gelatin on the other side was created using a multi-step electrostatic spinning technique,which was applied for multi-functional separator for lithium-sulfur *** pure gelatin layer facing the anode side primarily homogenizes the lithium flux,whereas the Super P-MoO2/MoS2-gelatin layer facing the cathode side primarily adsorbs polysulfides by physical and chemical adsorption and enhancing polysulfide conversion *** findings demonstrate that even after 150 cycles at 0.2c,the lithium-sulfur battery can still sustain a discharge-specific capacity of 572.3 mAh·*** used with Li||Li symmetric batteries,it has a cycle life of more than 1200 *** commercialization of lithium-sulfur batteries is given a fresh idea by this straightforward preparation technique.

caseous lymphadenitis (cL) is a chronic infectious disease caused by corynebacterium pseudotuberculosis (c. pseudotuberculosis) that is transmitted mainly by contact with contaminated exudate wounds. caseous lymphadenitis affects different species of animals and is considered an occupational zoonotic disease. cL is responsible for important economic losses in the small ruminant industry, which include decreased production, damaged quality of milk and wool, reproductive disorders, total or partial confiscation of carcasses, and depreciation of the skin. caseous lymphadenitis disease can present in two clinical pictures: a skin or superficial picture and a visceral or deep picture. The presumptive diagnosis of cL in the skin is based on the exploration of superficial lymph nodes. These have little value in diagnosing visceral cL, where the main sign is emaciation. The prevention and control of cL involve identifying the skin condition and debriding the abscesses. In addition to the treatment of superficial lesions, the animal facilities must be repaired and adapted. To avoid exposure of negative herds to cL, new animals must be subjected to observation to identify any of the clinical manifestations. Another form of control is vaccination, though only some countries have commercial vaccines. General information on the etiological agent and its characteristics can be used to improve the understanding of this disease.

再生聚酯在纺纱时需加入纺丝油剂,油剂会影响后续染色过程。为减少油剂对后续染色过程的影响,采用超临界cO_(2)流体萃取法,研究了再生聚酯纱线在超临界体系下的除油效果,选取除油温度、压力、时间、cO_(2)流量作为研究因素,利用响应面法对工艺条件进行优化,采用扫描电镜和红外光谱分析进一步对除油后纱线性能进行探究。结果表明:最佳工艺条件为除油温度64℃,除油压力21 MPa,除油时间60 min,cO_(2)流量415 kg/h,在此条件下再生聚酯纱的除油率可达到78%,超临界cO_(2)除油后的纱线表面油剂有一定减少,纱线物理结构未受到影响。

Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-coV-2)infection disrupts the epithelial barrier and triggers airway *** envelope(E)protein,a core virulence structural component of coronaviruses,may play a role in this *** could interfere with transepithelial cl^(-)transport via impairment of the cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator(cFTR),which modulates nuclear factor kB(NF-kB)***,the pathological effects of SARS-coV-2 E protein on airway epithelial barrier function,cl^(-)transport and the robust inflammatory response remain to be ***,we have demonstrated that E protein down-regulated the expression of tight junctional proteins,leading to the disruption of the airway epithelial *** addition,E protein triggered the activation of Toll-like receptor(TLR)2/4 and downstream c-Jun N-terminal kinase(JNK)signaling,resulting in an increased intracellular cl^(-)concentration([cl^(-)]_(i))via up-regulating phosphodiesterase 4D(PDE4D)expression in airway epithelial *** elevated[cl^(-)]_(i);contributed to the heightened airway inflammation through promoting the phosphorylation of serum/glucocorticoid regulated kinase 1(SGK1).Moreover,blockade of SGK1 or PDE4 alleviated the robust inflammatory response induced by E ***,these findings provide novel insights into the pathogenic role of SARS-coV-2 E protein in airway epithelial damage and the ongoing airway inflammation during SARS-coV-2 infection.

生态修复是中国生态文明建设的重要内容,生态产品价值实现是践行“绿水青山就是金山银山”理念的关键路径。基于可持续发展理论,以自然资源部公布的18个中国典型生态修复案例为研究样本,运用模糊集定性比较分析(fsQcA)方法,从组态视角出发,探究在生态修复中影响生态产品价值实现多重因素间的动态联动效应。研究发现:在生态修复中,生态产品价值实现受到生物多样性、人为干扰、公众满意、服务提升、经济增长、产业转型等多种因素的联动影响;生态产品价值实现呈现多样化路径,表现为生态稳定驱动型、经济发展驱动型、社会健康驱动型。同时,多种驱动类型互动耦合共同促进生态产品价值实现,最终实现高水平保护与高质量发展协同并进。

The GEcAM series of satellites utilizes LaBr_(3)(ce),LaBr_(3)(ce,Sr),and NaI(Tl)crystals as sensitive materials for gamma-ray detectors(GRDs).To investigate the nonlinearity in the detection of low-energy gamma rays and address the errors in the calibration of the E-c relationship,comprehensive tests and comparative studies of the three aforementioned crystals were conducted using compton electrons,radioactive sources,and mono-energetic *** nonlinearity test results of the compton electrons and X-rays demonstrated substantial differences,with all three crystals presenting a higher nonlinearity for X/-rays than for compton *** the LaBr_(3)(ce)and LaBr_(3)(ce,Sr)crystals having higher absolute light yields,they exhibited a noticeable nonlinear decrease in the light yield,especially at energies below 400 *** NaI(Tl)crystal demonstrated an"excess"light output in the 6-200 keV range,reaching a maximum"excess"of 9.2%at 30 keV in the X-ray testing and up to 15.5%at 14 keV during compton electron testing,indicating a significant advantage in the detection of low-energy gamma ***,we explored the underlying causes of the observed nonlinearity in these *** study not only elucidates the detector responses of GEcAM,but also initiates a comprehensive investigation of the nonlinearity of domestically produced lanthanum bromide and sodium iodide crystals.
