The piezoelectricity of same material is often affected by its form(such as bulk single crystals,low dimension materials,extension thin film and so on),pressure,stress and *** this paper,by first-principles calculation,the piezoelectricity of quartz-like crystals(synthetic quartz,AlPO,GaPO,GaAsO and GeO) was investigated with virtual isostatic *** virtual negative pressure makes its structure close to high temperature quartz phase with a higher symmetry,which lead to first-order phase transition and normal piezoelectric strain coefficient along a-axis disappearing *** piezoelectricity is related closely with tetrahedral tilt angle which is used for characterizing the degree to divergence of *** stress or other non-isostatic pressing can also lead to this kind of increasing or declining,which is a general *** a specific type of structure,piezoelectric coefficient can be represented as a simple function of pressure or order ***,the contribution of piezoelectric effect can be divided into two parts,clamping ion and internal strain *** the internal strain is divided to each cell to get microscopic piezoelectric coefficient of every ions and oxygen *** compared variation of tetrahedral tilt angle and microscopic piezoelectric coefficient of these five kinds of crystals,we get an explanation of the relationship between structure parameters and piezoelectric effect of quartz-like crystals in microcosmic level.

This paper shows that high quality LGT single crystals with the size of 2" were grown by Czochralski method along different *** facets and the solid-liquid interface during crystal growth process were investigated,and flat interface was obtained by adjusting the rotation rate.X-cut wafers were used to test frequency constant,resistivity,piezoelectric constant and crystalline *** results indicate that frequency constant value was around 2.77MHz-mm with a vitiation of 0.2% along the whole crystal;the resistivity of top part and bottom part both higher than 10Ohm·cm at 500 ℃;piezoelectric coefficient(d) was 7.0 pC/N;diffraction angle is 22.3228° and the Ml width at half maximum(fwhm) value is 33.5 *** all,the LGT crystal was in high quality and high homogeneous,can be used to high temperature acoustic wave devices and sensors in applications.

Quantum public-key crypto via EPR pairs

Crystals with langasite structure consist of more than one hundred *** about 20 compounds are grown and *** this work,we first use first-principles calculation to simulate the crystal structure of 29 ordered langasite compounds and then forecast their piezoelectric related properties including dielectric constants,elastic constants,piezoelectric coefficients and electromechanical *** known ordered crystals including SNGS,STGS,CTGS,CNGS,and several novel crystals including BTGS,CTAS,CNAS were grown by Czochralski method and characterized at room temperature and at high temperature from 400 to 900℃.The experimental results of piezoelectric properties verified the validity of theoretical forecast and that errors between experimental and theoretical results were in reasonable ***-free crystals shown good prospect in application of piezoelectric sensors,combining the advantages of low cost of raw materials and high *** efforts should be paid to the growth of these novel crystals.

With the development of quantum computing technology, quantum public-key cryptography is gradually becoming an alternative to the existing classical public-key cryptography. This paper designs a quantum trapdoor one-way function via EPR pairs and quantum measurements. Based on this, a new quantum public-key cryptosystem is presented, which offers forward security,and can resist the chosen-plaintext attack and chosen-ciphertext attack. Compared with the existing quantum public-key cryptos,eavesdropping can be automatically detected in this new quantum public-key cryptosystem under a necessary condition, which is also detailed in the paper.

Reducing CO2to carbon-neutral solar fuels can not only alleviate the energy demand but also mitigate the greenhouse *** present,developing an efficient non-noble metal photo/electrocatalytic system for converting CO2to a specific product beyond CO is still a big ***,we report a new cobalt complex bearing 2,2′-bi-1,10-phenanthroline ligand that can photocatalytically reduce CO2to formate （HCOO-）.Turnover number （TON） for HCOO-up to 677 with 99%selectivity can be achieved using organic dyes purpurin as photosensitizer and 1,3-dimethyl-2-phenyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-benzo[d]imidazole （BIH） as sacrificial reductant in a CO2-saturated NMP/TEA （v/v,3:1） solution under visible light *** potential electrolysis at-1.41 V （***/Ag Cl） in the presence of 12 m M Et3NHBF4also produced HCOO-with Faradaic efficiency of 39%.Spectroscopic and electrochemical studies suggest that a[CoI-H]species is the key intermediate for CO2reduction.

Morphological alterations in dendritic spines have been linked to changes in functional communication between neurons that affect learning and ***-4 KIF21A helps organize the microtubule-actin network at the cell cortex by interacting with KANK1;however,whether KIF21A modulates dendritic structure and function in neurons remains *** this study,we found that KIF21A was distributed in a subset of dendritic spines,and that these KIF21A-positive spines were larger and more structurally plastic than KIF21A-negative ***,the interaction between KIF21A and KANK1 was found to be critical for dendritic spine morphogenesis and synaptic *** of either KIF21A or KANK1 inhibited dendritic spine morphogenesis and dendritic branching,and these deficits were fully rescued by coexpressing full-length KIF21A or KANK1,but not by proteins with mutations disrupting direct binding between KIF21A and KANK1 or binding between KANK1 and *** down KIF21A in the hippocampus of rats inhibited the amplitudes of long-term potentiation induced by high-frequency stimulation and negatively impacted the animals’cognitive *** together,our findings demonstrate the function of KIF21A in modulating spine morphology and provide insight into its role in synaptic function.

Monopole Charge Domain in High-Gain Gallium Arsenide Photoconductive Switches

Considering that semi-insulating gallium arsenide photoconductive switches can be triggered into the high gain mode and no reliable theories can account for the observed transient characteristics, we propose the monopole charge domain model to explain the peculiar switching phenomena occurring in the high gain mode and we discuss the requirements for the lock-on switching. During operation on this mode, the applied field across the switch and the lock-on field are all larger than the Gunn threshold field. Our developed monopole charge domain is based on the transferred-electron effect, but the domain is only composed of large numbers of electrons piled up due to the negative differential mobility. Using the model and taking the physical mechanism of the avalanche impact ionization and recombination radiation into consideration, we interpret the typical phenomena of the lock-on effect, such as the time delay between the beginning of optical illumination and turning-on of the switch, and the conduction mechanism of the sustaining phase. Under different conditions of bias field intensity and incident light energy, the time delay of the switching is calculated. The results show that the physical mechanisms of impact ionization and recombination radiation occurring in the monopole charge domain are responsible for the lock-on switching

Noise-induced hearing loss is the primary non-genetic factor contributing to auditory ***,there are currently no effective pharmacological interventions for patients with noise-induced hearing ***,we present evidence suggesting that the lysine-specific demethylase 1 inhibitor–tranylcypromine is an otoprotective agent that could be used to treat noise-induced hearing loss,and elucidate its underlying regulatory *** established a mouse model of permanent threshold shift hearing loss by exposing the mice to white broadband noise at a sound pressure level of 120 d B for 4 *** found that tranylcypromine treatment led to the upregulation of Sestrin2(SESN2)and activation of the autophagy markers light chain 3B and lysosome-associated membrane glycoprotein 1 in the cochleae of mice treated with *** noise exposure group treated with tranylcypromine showed significantly lower average auditory brainstem response hearing thresholds at click,4,8,and 16 k Hz frequencies compared with the noise exposure group treated with *** findings indicate that tranylcypromine treatment resulted in increased SESN2,light chain 3B,and lysosome-associated membrane glycoprotein 1 expression after noise exposure,leading to a reduction in levels of 4-hydroxynonenal and cleaved caspase-3,thereby reducing noise-induced hair cell ***,immunoblot analysis demonstrated that treatment with tranylcypromine upregulated SESN2 expression via the autophagy *** treatment also reduced the production of NOD-like receptor family pyrin domaincontaining 3(NLRP3)*** conclusion,our results showed that tranylcypromine treatment ameliorated cochlear inflammation by promoting the expression of SESN2,which induced autophagy,thereby restricting NLRP3-related inflammasome signaling,alleviating cochlear hair cell loss,and protecting hearing *** findings suggest that inhibiting lysine-specific demethylase 1 is a

This article proposes a distributed dynamic event-triggered data-driven iterative learning control(DET-DDILC)scheme under a predefined performance to tackle the bipartite tracking control problem for multiagent systems(MASs). An improved dynamic linearization technique is utilized to convert the nonlinear MASs into an iterative linear data model. First,a peer-to-peer mapping function is introduced to map the constrained distributed system output homeomorphism to an unconstrained one. In addition, a DET mechanism based on a time-iteration-varying function is devised to conserve network communication resources. Based on the unconstrained transformation and the designed DET mechanism, the DET-DDILC algorithm is devised to ensure that the bipartite tracking performance of MASs can be within the preset range. Finally, the effectiveness and feasibility of the designed control scheme are demonstrated via a simulation case by a comparison.
