It has been reported that the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway plays a key role in the pathogenesis of ischemic *** a result,the development of drugs targeting the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway has attracted increasing attention from *** article reviews the pathological mechanisms and advancements in research related to the signaling pathways in ischemic stroke,with a focus on the PI3K/AKT signaling *** key findings include the following:(1)The complex pathological mechanisms of ischemic stroke can be categorized into five major types:excitatory amino acid toxicity,Ca^(2+)overload,inflammatory response,oxidative stress,and apoptosis.(2)The PI3K/AKT-mediated signaling pathway is closely associated with the occurrence and progression of ischemic stroke,which primarily involves the NF-κB,NRF2,BCL-2,mTOR,and endothelial NOS signaling pathways.(3)Natural products,including flavonoids,quinones,alkaloids,phenylpropanoids,phenols,terpenoids,and iridoids,show great potential as candidate substances for the development of innovative anti-stroke medications.(4)Recently,novel therapeutic techniques,such as electroacupuncture and mesenchymal stem cell therapy,have demonstrated the potential to improve stroke outcomes by activating the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway,providing new possibilities for the treatment and rehabilitation of patients with ischemic *** investigations should focus on the direct regulatory mechanisms of drugs targeting the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway and their clinical translation to develop innovative treatment strategies for ischemic stroke.

The Three Gorges Reservoir (TGR) began operation in 2003 with alterations in the natural hydrological regime and with severe environmental impacts. Baguazhou Reach, a goose-head pattern of braided channels in the lower Yangtze River has emerged due to a series of changes in the water and sediment conditions caused by the TGR. This paper makes simulations of the hydrodynamic characteristics under the condition of clear water releasing from the TGR and analyzes the features of deformation within the branches of the reach, as well as predicts the future development of the hydrodynamic improvement and the additional fluvial processes. The results show that the decline of the tributary is mainly due to the weakening of the inflow energy and the channel resistance. The particular protective measures can effectively improve the hydrodynamic performance and the present situation but, they all result in a deflection of the main water flow and increase the local velocity, and over the long term, leading to the deposition in the junction areas, where a special protection is required.

SiC/Si_3N_4 composite was pressureless sintered using self-propagating high-temperature combustion synthesis a-Si_3N_4 powder and appropriate amount of b-SiC powder. Both of the sintering additive systems were used,which were YAN（Y_2O_3–Al_2O_3–AlN） and YN（Y_2O_3–AlN）.The influences of b-SiC content on sintering behavior of SiC/Si_3N_4 composite were investigated. The results show that the density, shrinkage, bending strength, hardness, and fracture toughness of the samples with two sintering additive systems increase first with the increase of the contents of b-SiC and then decrease even when b-SiC contents continually increase. The tendency of weight loss of the samples is opposite. The b-SiC content of the samples with the best mechanical properties is different in two systems. For YAN system, the best mechanical properties of the samples are gained when b-SiC content reaches 10 %, while as for YN system it is 5 %. The properties of YN samples are superior to YAN samples. J phase（2Y_2O_3 ·Si_2N_2O） forms in YN system easily. A small amount of M phase（Y_2O_3·Si_3N_4） is observed in YAN system.

The Dieudonne Manin classification theorem on φ-modules （φ-isocrystals） over a perfect field plays a very important role in p-adic Hodge theory. Ammonia (NH3) is not only an essential chemical feedstock for the manufacture of nitrogen-rich fertilizers but also a promising carbofree energy carrier for storing H2 due to its high content of hydrogen (17.6% by mass). At present, industrial NH3 is still dominantly produced by the traditional Haber-Bosch process, which reduces nitrogen (N2) to NH3 (N2+3H2←→2NH 3) at high temperatures (350-550 °C) and high pressures (150-350 atm)[1]. Such a process not only requires the raw materials of high-purity streams of nitrogen and hydrogen but also consumes tremendous energy;noting that the consumed hydrogen occupied approximately 50% of its global production that produced exclusively from transformations of fossil resources with the emission of greenhouse gas [1].
