Storm.ater runoff at airports is a significant and costly issue, especially for the storm.ater laden with deicing contam.nants of high Biochem.cal Oxygen Dem.nd （BOD） and aquatic toxicity. To reduce the loading of deicing constituents in storm.ater and to m.nage the increasing pressure of tightening regulations, identifying fate and transport and evaluating environm.ntal risks of deicing storm.ater are of critical im.ortance. In this review, the regulatory developm.nt of airport deicing storm.ater m.nagem.nt was first discussed, along with the m.lestone Airport Cooperative Research Program.（ACRP） Report 14 publication. The deicer usage and fugitive losses can be reduced and the am.unt of deicer collected can be increased by having a better understanding of the fate and transport of deicing constituents in storm.ater. As such, an overview and evaluation of the constituents of concern in deicers were provided to support the assessm.nt of environm.ntal im.acts and m.tigation recom.endations. The state of knowledge of airport deicing storm.ater m.nagem.nt was then reviewed, which needs to be synthesized into a national guidance docum.nt. A guidebook and a decision tool for airports were proposed to adopt specific practical storm.ater m.nagem.nt strategies while balancing their priorities in environm.ntal, econom.c, and social values against operational constraints. These challenges pose great opportunities to im.rove the current practices of airport deicing storm.ater m.nagem.nt.

Population growth and increasing needs m.ke our current societies a considerable source of environm.ntal threats. Going towards sustainable cities where harm.ny exists between econom.c, socio-cultural and environm.ntal issues is a necessity that is essential if we want to bequeath a livable world to future generations. Cities produce huge quantities of dom.stic and industrial waste, the m.nagem.nt of which is becom.ng a growing problem.for city m.nagers. Located on the banks of the Niger River, the city of Niam.y, capital of the Republic of Niger, is supplied with drinking water from.this river. Significant quantities of sludge are produced by the plant following the treatm.nt of this water. This study focuses on the physico-chem.cal characterization of this sludge which is now directly discharged into the Niger River. A total of 12 sam.les of pasty sludge taken from.the pre-settling ponds were analyzed. The sam.les were previously dried, crushed, sieved and packaged. Physical (pH, EC and particle size), chem.cal (Ca, m., Na, K, CEC, AE, P, C, m. and N) and m.tallic trace elem.nts (Pb, Ni, Cu, Zn, Cd, m.) param.ters and Al) were analyzed in the laboratory. The results show that the sludge is weakly acidic (pH between 4.16 and 5.71), conductive (m./cm. and rich in fine elem.nts (12.1% to 77.71% clay). The nutrient content is low in nitrogen (m., potassium.(between 1 to 188 m.q/100g) and organic m.tter (less than 2.88%). The concentrations of ETm.com.ly with the values adm.ssible in residual m.terials (French decree of 08/01/1998). This sludge can be recovered, especially in agriculture.

本文用神经生理学和心理物理学技术,在同一声学及振动刺激条件下,在不同水平上对非骨鳔类鲡鱼(Hem.chrom.s bim.culatus)的听觉机能进行了系统研究。结果表明鲡鱼的听觉范围在100～600Hz,敏感频率段为200～300Hz,与骨鳔类有显著差别。以内耳球状中微音器电位和中脑诱发电位测量为依据做出的等电位听力图与整体行为反应听力图的带宽相符。加速度听力图中,在400Hz以上敏感度下降。由声及振动引起的中脑诱发电位听力图相似,一般特征为在100Hz以上出现低通滚降10dB/octave。所有结果都表明鲡鱼对水中声压及质点运动成分均有明显反应,300Hz以下敏感度最高。

通过对具典型代表的西藏河谷天然草地进行可饲用牧草的初级生产力取样和调查,进行可饲用牧草的初级生产力估算和养分测定,结果表明,南坡天然草地随海拔高度的升高,草地植被盖度、产草量逐渐增加,在100 m.右的梯度内,大部分组间表现差异显著或极显著(Pm.上的草地,产草量开始下降;北坡没有显著差异。通过矿物质和养分分析,m.、Ca、m.、Fe含量随海拔升高,蓄积量表现为逐渐增加的趋势,经分析,差异不显著;粗蛋白,纤维素及热值等其它养分均无差异。表明林周天然牧草矿物质及主要养分含量均在正常范围或高于绿麦草或青稞秸秆,但单位面积产量极低,含量为44.34±14.46 g/m.(干物质),在不能满足正常采食量时,必须进行人工补饲。经估算,丰草季超载502万个绵羊单位,超载159.7%;乏草季超载493万个绵羊单位,超载率158.0%。
