In recent years,the gap between the supply and demand of medical radioisotopes has increased,necessitating new methods for producing medical *** reactions based on gamma sources have unique advantages in terms of producing high specific activity and innovative medical ***,the lack of experimental data on reaction cross sections for photonuclear reactions of medical radioisotopes of interest has severely limited the development and production of photonuclear transmutation medical *** this study,the entire process of the generation,decay,and measurement of medical radioisotopes was simulated using online gamma activation and offline gamma measurements combined with a shielding gamma-ray *** on a quasi-monochromatic gamma beam from the Shanghai Laser Electron Gamma Source(SLEGS),the feasibility of this measurement of production cross section for surveyed medi-cal radioisotopes was simulated,and specific solutions for measuring medical radioisotopes with ultra-low production cross sections were *** feasibility of this method for high-precision measurements of the reaction cross section of medical radioisotopes was demonstrated.

Platinum-based material is the most efficient and durable electrocatalyst for motivating the hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)in an acidic electrolyte;however,its low abundance and high cost limit its further application in proton-exchange membrane water electrolysis(PEMWE)***,minimizing the Pt amount while retaining high activity would be ***,we use defect-rich W_(18)O_(49)nanowires to anchor well-dispersed,ultrafine Pt species(Pt-W_(18)O_(49))via a freeze-drying method to avoid aggregation,further mediating an efficient and durable HER in acidic *** functional theory analyses also demonstrate that the strong electronic interaction between the Pt species and W_(18)O_(49)support greatly improves the HER *** a 1/10 Pt loading amount of the commercial 20 wt%Pt/C,the Pt-W_(18)O_(49)catalyst requires the overpotentials of 116 and 743 mV to achieve high current densities of 100 and 1000 ma cm^(−2)in 0.5 mol L^(−1)H_(2)SO_(4),outperforming those of the 20 wt%Pt/C *** importantly,the Pt-W_(18)O_(49)catalyst can sustain a high-currentdensity HER at 500 ma cm^(−2)for more than 38 h without obvious *** work paves a new avenue for synergistically reducing the Pt amount and retaining high activity for real-world PEMWE.

Ti-V-based alloys are proved of huge potential in storing hydrogen,but the incomplete reversible hydrogen storage capacity caused by overstability of V hydride has limited the large-scale *** this study,Ti_(32)V_(40+x)Fe_(23-x)Mn_(5)(x=0,4,8,12,at.%)alloys were designed,and the effects of V/Fe ratio on phase constitution and hydrogen storage properties were *** main phase of the alloys is body-centered cubic(BCC)phase,and the lattice constants of the BCC phase decrease with the decrease of V/Fe ***,C14 Laves phase exists in alloys with a Fe content of 19at.%to 23at.%.For hydrogenation,the C14 Laves phase can accelerate the hydrogen absorption rate,but the hydrogen absorption capacity is *** the decrease of V/Fe ratio,the hydride gradually *** to its large lattice constant and high hydrogen absorption phase content,the Ti_(32)V_(52)Fe_(11)Mn_(5)alloy shows the most enhanced hydrogen storage properties with hydrogenation and dehydrogenation capacities of 3.588wt.%at 298 K and 1.688wt.%at 343 K,*** hydrogen absorption capacity of this alloy can be reserved to 3.574wt.%after 20 cycles of hydrogen absorption and desorption.

BACKGROUND Some hydatid cysts of cystic echinococcosis type 1(CE1)lack well-defined cyst walls or distinctive endocysts,making them difficult to differentiate from simple hepatic *** To investigate the diagnostic methods for atypical hepatic CE1 and the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic *** The clinical data of 93 patients who had a history of visiting endemic areas of CE and were diagnosed with cystic liver lesions for the first time at the People's Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region(China)from January 2018 to September 2023 were retrospectively *** diagnoses were made based on findings from serum immunoglobulin tests for echinococcosis,routine abdominal ultrasound,high-frequency ultrasound,abdominal computed tomography(CT)scan,and *** to the treatments,these patients underwent reexaminations at the outpatient clinic until October *** evaluations included the diagnostic precision of diverse examinations,the efficacy of surgical approaches,and the incidence of CE *** All 93 patients were diagnosed with simple hepatic cysts by conventional abdominal ultrasound and abdominal CT *** them,16 patients were preoperatively diagnosed with atypical CE1,and 77 were diagnosed with simple hepatic cysts by high-frequency *** the 16 patients preoperatively diagnosed with atypical CE1 underwent laparoscopy,of whom 14 patients were intraoperatively confirmed to have CE1,which was consistent with the postoperative pathological diagnosis,one patient was diagnosed with a mesothelial cyst of the liver,and the other was diagnosed with a hepatic cyst combined with local *** the 77 patients who were preoperatively diagnosed with simple hepatic cysts,4 received aspiration sclerotherapy of hepatic cysts,and 19 received laparoscopic *** patients were intraoperatively diagnosed with simple hepatic *** the followup period,none of the 14 patients with CE1 expe

The low-wavenumber components in the gradient of full waveform inversion(FWI)play a vital role in the stability of the ***,when FWI is implemented in some high frequencies and current models are not far away from the real velocity model,an excessive number of low-wavenumber components in the gradient will also reduce the convergence rate and inversion *** solve this problem,this paper firstly derives a formula of scattering angle weighted gradient in FWI,then proposes a hybrid *** hybrid gradient combines the conventional gradient of FWI with the scattering angle weighted gradient in each inversion frequency band based on an empirical formula derived *** weighted hybrid mode,we can retain some low-wavenumber components in the initial lowfrequency inversion to ensure the stability of the inversion,and use more high-wavenumber components in the high-frequency inversion to improve the convergence *** results of synthetic data experiment demonstrate that compared to the conventional FWI,the FWI based on the proposed hybrid gradient can effectively reduce the low-wavenumber components in the gradient under the premise of ensuring inversion *** also greatly enhances the convergence rate and inversion accuracy,especially in the deep part of the *** the field marine seismic data experiment also illustrates that the FWI based on hybrid gradient(HGFWI)has good stability and adaptability.

A hybrid CNN-LSTM model for diagnosing rice nutrient levels at the rice panicle initiation stage

Nitrogen(N)and potassium(K)are two key mineral nutrient elements involved in rice *** diagnosis of N and K status is very important for the rational application of fertilizers at a specific rice growth ***,we propose a hybrid model for diagnosing rice nutrient levels at the early panicle initiation stage(EPIS),which combines a convolutional neural network(CNN)with an attention mechanism and a long short-term memory network(LSTM).The model was validated on a large set of sequential images collected by an unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)from rice canopies at different growth stages during a two-year *** with VGG16,AlexNet,Googlenet,Densenet,and inceptionV3,ResNet101 combined with LSTM obtained the highest average accuracy of 83.81%on the dataset of Huanghuazhan(HHZ,an indica cultivar).When tested on the datasets of HHZ and Xiushui 134(XS134,a japonica rice variety)in 2021,the ResNet101-LSTM model enhanced with the squeeze-and-excitation(SE)block achieved the highest accuracies of 85.38 and 88.38%,*** the cross-dataset method,the average accuracies on the HHZ and XS134 datasets tested in 2022 were 81.25 and 82.50%,respectively,showing a good *** proposed model works with the dynamic information of different rice growth stages and can efficiently diagnose different rice nutrient status levels at EPIS,which are helpful for making practical decisions regarding rational fertilization treatments at the panicle initiation stage.

Slickwater fracturing fluids are widely used in the development of unconventional oil and gas resources due to the advantages of low cost,low formation damage and high drag reduction ***,their performance is severely affected at high *** reducing agent is the key to determine the drag reducing performance of *** this work,in order to further improve the temperature resistance of slickwater,a temperature-resistant polymeric drag reducing agent(PDRA)was synthesized and used as the basis for preparing the temperature-resistant *** slickwater system was prepared with the compositions of 0.2 wt%PDRA,0.05 wt%drainage aid nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate(NPEP)and 0.5 wt%anti-expansion agent polyepichlorohydrindimethylamine(PDM).The drag reduction ability,rheology properties,temperature and shear resistance ability,and core damage property of slickwater were systematically studied and *** contrast to on-site drag reducing agent(DRA)and HPAM,the temperature-resistant slickwater demonstrates enhanced drag reduction efficacy at 90℃,exhibiting superior temperature and shear resistance ***,the drag reduction retention rate for the slickwater achieved an impressive 90.52%after a 30-min shearing ***,the core damage is only 5.53%.We expect that this study can broaden the application of slickwater in high-temperature reservoirs and provide a theoretical basis for field applications.

Benzyl and phenylpropanoid acids are widely used in organic synthesis of fine chemicals,such as pharmaceuticals and ***,biocatalysis of these acids has received less attention than chemical *** of the main challenges for biological production is the limited availability of alcohol dehydrogenases and aldehyde *** microorganisms are potential sources of these *** this study,129 alcohol dehydrogenases and 42 aldehyde dehydrogenases from Corynebacterium glutamicum,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,and Bacillus subtilis were identified and explored with various benzyl and phenylpropanoid alcohol and aldehyde substrates,among which four alcohol dehydrogenases and four aldehyde dehydrogenases with broad substrate specificity and high catalytic activity were ***,a cascade whole-cell catalytic system including ADH-90,ALDH-40,and the NAD(P)H oxidase Lrenox was established,which showed high efficiency in converting cinnamyl alcohol and p-methylbenzyl alcohol into the respective carboxylic ***,this biocatalytic system can be easily scaled up to gram-level production,facilitating preparation purposes.

ILF3 safeguards telomeres from aberrant homologous recombination as a telomeric R-loop reader
