Precipitation comes in various phases, including rainfall, snowfall, sleet, and hail. Shifts of precipitation phases, as well as changes in precipitation amount, intensity, and frequency, have significant impacts on regional climate, hydrology,ecology, and the energy balance of the land-atmosphere system. Over the past century, certain progress has been achieved in aspects such as the observation, discrimination, transformation, and impact of precipitation phases. Mainly including:since the1980s, studies on the observation, formation mechanism, and prediction of precipitation phases have gradually received greater attention and reached a certain scale. The estimation of different precipitation phases using new detection theories and methods has become a research focus. Avariety of discrimination methods or schemes, such as the potential thickness threshold method of the air layer, the temperature threshold method of the characteristic layer, and the near-surface air temperature threshold method,have emerged one after another. Meanwhile, comparative studies on the discrimination accuracy and applicability assessment of multiple methods or schemes have also been carried out simultaneously. In recent years, the shift of precipitation from solid to liquid (SPSL) in the mid-to-high latitudes of the Northern Hemisphere has become more pronounced due to global warming and human activities. It leads to an increase in rain-on-snow (ROS) events and avalanche disasters, affecting the speed, intensity, and duration of spring snow-melting, accelerating sea ice and glacier melting, releasing carbon from permafrost, altering soil moisture, productivity, and phenological characteristics of ecosystems, and thereby affecting their structures, processes, qualities, and service functions. A lightweight road-assistant detection algorithm， EBD-YOLO， based on YOLOv5s is proposed to address the problems of high model complexity， computation cost， and difficulty in deployment on resource-limited embedded terminals in existing assisted driving detection algorithms. First， lightweight Transformer model EfficientViT was used as the backbone feature extraction network of YOLOv5s model to reduce network parameters and calculation costs. Secondly， a Focal-GIoU Loss function is proposed for bounding box regression to accelerate model convergence and reduce loss. Thirdly， the feature pyramid structure is improved to a weighted bi-directional feature pyramid network (BiFPN) to enhance localization and semantic features. Then， a dynamic head framework is added to unify the attention mechanism with the object detection head to improve its performance. Finally， a Soft-CIoU＿NMS algorithm is proposed in the post-processing stage to enhance occluded targets' localization and detection ability and reduce the missed detection rate. We conducted experiments on the KITTI and BDD100K datasets for autonomous driving， and the results showed that the EBD-YOLO model reduced in size by 38.4% and 37.2%， respectively. In comparison， the computational cost was reduced by 48.1%. As measured by mAP@0.5， the detection accuracy improved by 0.5% and 5.8%， respectively， and mAP@0.5:0.95 improved by 2.8% and 7%， respectively. These improvements satisfied the requirements for deployment on embedded terminals in cars.

Under the assumption of integral m-Bakry-émery Ricci curvature, we give an Escobar-lichnerowiczReilly type eigenvalue estimate for the weighted p-Laplacian on compact smooth metric measure spaces with or without boundaries. This conclusion is a generalization and improvement of Wang-li’s result in the case of integral Bakry-émery Ricci curvature, and of Seto-Wei’s one to the compact metric measure space setting. Our main tools are the weighted p-Bochner formula and the weighted p-Reilly formula.

Photothermal catalytic CO2hydrogenation is an effective means of utilizing carbon ***,it is severely limited in terms of kinetics and ***,it is necessary to meticulously design catalysts to solve this ***,a sandwich structured NiO@InNi/In2O3is designed to intrinsically regulate the direction of photogenerated carriers transfer,resulting in a CO yield of 42.97 mmol g-1h-1(1290.3μmol h-1) with a selectivity near to 100%.InNi alloy favors the collection of photogenerated carriers by the parallel way and enhancement of the adsorption and activation of *** grown on the surface of InNi alloy not only improves the adsorption of H2and provides sufficient H+for the reaction,but also makes InNi alloy more stable during the reaction *** photothermal effect caused by In2O3accelerates the transfer of photogenerated carriers and increases the surface temperature of the catalyst,thereby synergistically promoting the reaction from a kinetic *** work ameliorates the kinetic and thermodynamic limitations of the photothermal catalytic CO2hydrogenation process through rationally designing the electron transfer direction of the sandwich structured catalysts to parallel way.

At present, the access of distributed generation and electric vehicles with ultra-fast charging to the distribution network will increase the operational risk of the system. Aiming at the problem that the existing risk assessment indicators fail to consider the system capacity effectively, this paper proposed a comprehensive index of risk assessment of distribution networks considering the power system's capacity. The distributed generation output model and the electric vehicle load model with ultra-fast charging were first constructed. Then, the index based on the distribution entropy theory was used to measure the risk caused by the over-limit of state variables such as voltage and power and the uncertainty of their distribution. The index based on the Theil entropy theory was introduced to measure the risk caused by the equilibrium degree of the incremental distribution of state variables after the load impacted the system. The weight analysis method combining the order relationship method and the objective weighting method was used to evaluate the system risk comprehensively. Finally, the rationality of the comprehensive index was calculated and analyzed by testing the IEEE 33-node system. The results show that the comprehensive index proposed can effectively evaluate the potential risk when the system does not exceed the limit and consider that the ultra-fast charging of electric vehicles will change the time series distribution characteristics of comprehensive risk. The research in this paper can provide theoretical guidance for the safe operation of electric vehicles. with ultra-fast charging connected to the distribution network. © 2025 Power System Technology Press. The infiltration of glioblastoma multiforme(GBM) is predominantly characterized by diffuse spread, contributing significantly to therapy resistance and recurrence of GBM. In this study, we reveal that microtubule deacetylation, mediated through the downregulation of fibronectin type III and SPRY domain-containing 1(FSD1), plays a pivotal role in promoting GBM diffuse infiltration. FSD1 directly interacts with histone deacetylase 6(HDAC6) at its second catalytic domain, thereby impeding its deacetylase activity on α-tubulin and preventing microtubule deacetylation and depolymerization. This inhibitory interaction is disrupted upon phosphorylation of FSD1 at its Ser317 and Ser324 residues by activated CDK5, leading to FSD1 dissociation from microtubules and facilitating HDAC6-mediated α-tubulin deacetylation. Furthermore, increased expression of FSD1 or interference with FSD1 phosphorylation reduces microtubule deacetylation, suppresses invasion of GBM stem cells, and ultimately mitigates tumor infiltration in orthotopic GBM xenografts. Importantly, GBM tissues exhibit diminished levels of FSD1 expression, correlating with microtubule deacetylation and unfavorable clinical outcomes in GBM patients. These findings elucidate the mechanistic involvement of microtubule deacetylation in driving GBM cell invasion and offer potential avenues for managing GBM infiltration.

The formation of C–C bonds is a crucial aspect of organic synthesis. Synthesists' long-term objective is to identify novel catalysts to optimize reaction systems based on traditional transition metal catalysis. This study explores the synthesis and catalytic potential of palladium-installed covalent metal-organic frameworks(CMOFs) based on copper cyclic trinuclear units(Cu-CTUs). By incorporating palladium ions into the imine-based framework JNM-7 through a straightforward immersion method, we achieved a notable enhancement in catalytic activity for critical C–C coupling reactions, including C–H arylation and Sonogashira cross-coupling. The resulting JNM-7-Pd demonstrated remarkable stability and recyclability, maintaining its efficiency over at least three cycles without any decline in efficiency.

The compressive behaviors of medium carbon steel specimens were investigated over a wide range of tem- peratures and strain rates using a Gleeble-3500 thermo-simulation machine. The results show that the flow stress in- creased with strain at first, and then gradually decreased after reaching a peak value. The flow stress softening rate at a high strain rate was larger than that at a low strain rate. The effects of deformation heating and friction on flow stress were analyzed. A new friction correction method, wherein the effect of strain on frictional coefficient was con- sidered, was established here. The stresses revised by the new method deviated from the measured stresses with in- creasing strain. Meanwhile, the apparent frictional coefficient variation law with strain was obtained. The frictional coefficient increased as the strain increased and then slightly decreased after maintaining a constant value. The stress was corrected by considering deformation heating. The accuracy of the temperature correction method was verified using a special experiment. The results of the verification experiment show that the temperature correction method exhibited a good accuracy in calculating the variation of stress caused by deformation heating. A constitutive model considering strain was proposed here to describe the deformation behaviors. Compared with experimental data, the modified constitutive model exhibited a good accuracy as to constitutive correlation.
